Beppu Hotels with Pools

"This is a newly opened hotel with a strong industrial aesthetic. It's super conveniently located near Beppu JR Station, less than a 5-minute walk away. The hot spring is excellent and not crowded, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak. The room itself is exceptionally spacious and offers distant ocean views. All of this comes at a fantastic price. If I visit Beppu again, I'll definitely stay here. As for breakfast, well, personally, I found it just average."

"Excellent value for money! It's right next to Beppu Tower and there's a Korean BBQ place called 'Korean Garden' nearby. The walk from Beppu Station was very smooth when I arrived. Check-in can be done via a self-service machine. The internal facilities are complete, and there's a large public bath. However, you need to bring your own towel. There's also a coin laundry, but it was so popular that I couldn't get a spot."

"This hotel is an annex of AMANEK YULA-RE, granting guests access to the main building's 16th-floor public bath (onsen) and 17th-floor outdoor infinity pool and Jacuzzi. **Pros:** 1. **Excellent Location:** It's just a 5-minute walk from the JR station, the bus stop for Fukuoka, and the bus stop for the Beppu Hells. The Fukuoka-bound bus station (located near a shopping mall) is also conveniently reachable within a 10-minute walk. 2. **Stunning Infinity Pool:** The infinity pool offers breathtaking views, including Beppu Tower, and is perfect for photos. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during my stay, so it was deserted during the day. The operating hours are quite reasonable, covering most of the day during my visit. 3. **Impressive Lobby & Dining:** The main building's lobby boasts an impressive design. Dining options are available on the first floor, and at 3300 JPY (approximately 160 RMB), the price is quite reasonable, comparable to what you'd expect at a star-rated hotel in China. 4. **Convenient Amenities & Services:** Shower caps and other amenities are available for collection at the front desk. Luggage storage is also provided. 5. **Spacious & Quiet Rooms:** Rooms are spacious. The hotel is quiet, ensuring a very good night's sleep."

"Hello, everyone! We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was mixed — there are some nice touches, but also noticeable shortcomings. **Room:** The room was spacious but clearly outdated; furniture and interior look worn. The ventilation works, yet it still feels quite stuffy inside. It would be great if the hotel improved air-conditioning or installed mosquito screens: the sea view is beautiful, but opening the window isn’t an option because of too many insects. **Facilities & Service:** The only real extras are massage service and a shared onsen. There’s no gym, pool, or other activities — the hotel is designed for quiet relaxation. A shuttle service is available, which is convenient, but if you miss it, getting to the hotel on your own can be quite difficult. During this stay the hotel was quite busy, and it often took a long time to catch the elevator to our floor. **Dining:** Breakfast and dinner can be pre-booked; the food was tasty and varied. The bar offers a pleasant atmosphere with a decent drink selection, and in the evening the lobby lounge opens with alcoholic drinks and light snacks — a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. **Location:** The property faces Beppu Bay, yet the seaside feeling is limited — there are few walking areas nearby, and due to insects it’s hard to enjoy the open air. **Overall:** A good option for a calm, onsen-style getaway with decent food and polite staff, but when the hotel is crowded, the lack of facilities and outdated rooms become more noticeable. With some modernization and better infrastructure, this could be an excellent resort."

"Love this place! Our glamping experience was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well everything was set up. The tent was spacious, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with all the comforts of a hotel room but surrounded by nature. The location was perfect—nestled in nature with stunning views and just the right amount of seclusion for a peaceful escape. We were thrilled to find a campfire pit for cozy evenings, even though the rain meant we couldn’t use it. The sound of raindrops on the tent was surprisingly relaxing, though!"

"We stayed in a newly renovated room at Tower. Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, it was perfect, but the bus stop right outside was very convenient. The hotel is garden-style, with winding paths leading to secluded spots, and the balconies and private hot springs in the rooms offer unobstructed sea views. Breakfast was served at the adjacent Qinghai Hotel, and the variety and quality of the food were excellent. A special thank you to one of the hotel's staff members from Northeast China; she was incredibly kind and helpful. My friend lost her camera on a highway bus, and she immediately contacted the bus company and successfully retrieved it for us – we were truly touched."

"The room is well-equipped but a bit dilapidated, the lighting is dim, and the children said the bed was not very comfortable. From the room, you can see the geothermal smoke all around outside the window, and the scenery is beautiful. "

"The only minor drawback is the slightly remote location, meaning you'll likely need a taxi or public bus to get down the mountain since the complimentary shuttle service isn't very frequent. Otherwise, there are virtually no other complaints. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and tidy, and the toiletries provided were quite good. The outdoor hot spring was fantastic! The hotel wasn't overly crowded, which made for a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere."

"The hotel is incredibly luxurious and comfortable, with a wide array of facilities. They offer a shuttle bus service to and from Beppu JR Station. Beyond the hot springs, there are entertainment options like arcade games, a shopping center, and a spa – truly comprehensive facilities. The hotel also provides a 'one-night, two-meals' package, with delicious food, especially the buffet, which boasts a rich selection and high-quality dishes."

"第一次去別府，選了這家2025年新開業有私湯、海景可以走到海地獄等景點的温泉酒店，太驚喜啦！ 位置/設施： 酒店在鐵論温泉附近的山上，面朝別府港大海方向，上山的幾百米車需幾道盤旋公路而上，一點小刺激！酒店樹木環繞，旁邊衹有另一個酒店及神社，非常寧靜。我們被升級的別墅（B-2）非常大，卧室有三張雙人床，還有和室、客廳、餐廳、廚房、庭院、游泳池（夏天才有水）、室內、室外温泉池、室外桑拿、兩個洗手間等，院子非常私密，但從庭院可以看到別府的海及山下多處温泉蒸汽噴發的美景。 餐飲： 套餐包含晚餐及早餐：晚餐從5:30到8:00，需最晚7:30到達。兩餐選擇豐富、食物質量非常好，餐盤也非常精緻。晚餐每人有一份現煎的和牛及大鮑魚。早餐雞蛋、培根、香腸也是現做的… 服務： 用攜程提供的郵件（英文）回覆非常快，告知下午在別府站有四次免費接站2:30/3:30/4:30/5:30。我們開始選的5:30，但當天臨時改到4:30也沒有問題。酒店派了一輛出租車來接我們。到了酒店，大堂接待的前台居然可以説中文，非常耐心地和我們介紹酒店的服務與設施！ 傍晚，在小院裏泡好温泉去吃飯時發現很多客人都是穿着酒店的睡衣去進食的，好鬆弛！早飯後，我們沒有選擇酒店上午的免費送站服務，步行下山到海地獄（很近），city walk到海邊 （50分鐘左右），再🚖回酒店取行李/到別府站（4000元）。 酒店説如果想享用公共温泉，可以享用他們的姐妹酒店，走路5分鐘，留給下次！ 酒店入住率感覺挺高的（很多小院外都有停車），但多説日語/韓語。發現還沒有點評，開筆分享這家難忘的海邊温泉度假酒店！"
