"Beppu is an excellent choice. The accommodation is located on the upper floor of a shop. The space is very, very large. The indoor equipment and materials are all high-end goods, and all the necessary facilities for life are available. The industrial style interior decoration does not give you the feeling of staying in a hotel, but rather a home feeling.
If you can only check in after 6 o'clock, remember to ask the boss for the password required for the check-in procedure. This is only the password for entering the store for the first time. There is an iPad on the counter inside. Follow the procedure displayed on the iPad to check in. Then a password to enter your room will be displayed. This password is also the password to enter the store later.
Parking can be done in parking lot 1 or 2 according to the map provided by the store, and there are ample parking spaces."

"It was a new hotel, so the price was great, so I made a reservation right away.
First of all, it was quiet, clean, and had many outlets
Beppu Tower Donkey is close by, and Yumetown is 10 minutes by foot, and Beppu Station is 10 minutes
It takes about 5 minutes more to get to the airport bus stop, and the location was really good
There was a washing machine, so I did all my laundry while I was traveling, and the kids were curious about what detergent they used because it smelled so good. LOL. Can I ask? LOL (It's blue.)
When I search the address on Google Maps, it only leads to the parking lot.
But if you give additional directions on how to get from the parking lot next to the place where Beppunon is posted on the parking lot fence, it would be better - I went to someone else's house and looked around. LOL

"This accommodation is primarily practical. It's all you need and the parking is right in front of the door.
What unfortunately did not like was the quality of mattresses. You feel every pearl. Also the sofa was old and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, there was no haak to hang towels.
It is a rebuilt store. When you open the windows forcing, everyone who passes through the street can look directly in. Airs only go if you leave the door up front.
For 2 nights OK if you're otherwise on the way."

"It’s better to find it at night. It’s very close to Beppu Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk according to the map. The room is on the 2nd floor. If the box is heavy, it’s a bit difficult to move."

GGuest UserWhen I arrived the hotel, the two parking lots on the right side of the entrance were occupied but the one on the left side was still vacant. So I temporarily parked there to unload my luggage and then drove away to a nearby public paid carpark. However when I came back, I found the parking space was occupied by a rental car with a Fukuoka license plate and it parked there for the whole night.
The instruction sent to us clear said the customer can only use the two parking lots on the right side with “first come first serve” principle. I am wondering what is the left parking space used for? If it is only used for unloading and pickup, then the instruction should clearly mention it. Otherwise it is not fair for the customers that followed the rules and parked their cars to somewhere else.

Must check email before check in as they will send you email about the details of check in & passcode. Overall we have a nice stay.

BBreadThe hotel is very close to Beppu Station, about a 5-minute walk away, but check-in is a bit troublesome. I don't think I need to confirm with the hotel beforehand. The hotel will send me the check-in voucher code again, so I have to wait on the street in the cold weather. Fortunately, I contacted trip.com and the staff responded immediately, but it took me 20-30 minutes to get into the hotel. It was a very bad experience😢😢😢😢

GGuest UserThe self-service counter is not well set up. You must enter the gate to use the self-service counter to contact the hotel staff. I did not receive the gate code letter from the hotel before the trip, which resulted in the inability to contact the hotel immediately at the gate. In the end, I had to use an international roaming phone to successfully contact the hotel staff.
The room is not small. There are two double beds, a single bed, a dining table and a sofa. In addition to the refrigerator, there is also a kitchen and a washing machine. It is actually quite convenient.

However, the traffic on the floor will be a little louder and will affect the downstairs, so you have to slow down. I made a call while writing a phone bill, but someone who can only speak Japanese received a call. It was too uncomfortable to know the password. I didn't know how to connect to Wi-Fi. Other than that, the rest was satisfied. Location facilities are satisfactory
