This is the forth time I live at this hotel, I found the sofa inside the room is dirty, the room is very congest, you can't even open two luggage bags at one time.
We live in the hotel for 12 days and did a lot of shopping. There is no place for us to put our belongings and the sofa can hardly accommodate for two persons at one time. We are elderly of almost 70s both, we sometimes need comfortable chairs to take a rest in the room. Only one person can sit on the sofa all the time as our luggage bags were there. We feel a little disappinted with the room arrangement this time as the sofa too small and room very crowded with two beds. Moreover, the bed too soft which makes our back so painful. The last two days we felt really suffering.
It was perfect for staying alone. It is also very high that you can go from Disney by one. However, I thought that I could not hear the sound outside the door well. However, I thought that it was like each other because I also made sounds.
This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo for the same price range. It's located in Odaiba, and I absolutely love staying in such an open space! You can enjoy the night views of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge. It's even listed as one of Asia's Top 100 Beautiful Hotels for 2025. The lobby is directly connected to Odaiba Station on the Yurikamome line, making transportation incredibly convenient!
The skybridge leads straight to a department store with tons of shopping and dining options. Gundam and the Statue of Liberty are right nearby, and there are even park walking paths – it's really great for families with kids.
I also highly recommend the teppanyaki restaurant on the hotel's top floor; the views are absolutely stunning! The breakfast also offers a wide variety of choices, just remember not to wear slippers there!

The hotel room was clean and there were several facilities available. It was comfortable staying there, but be aware that it is quite far away from popular neighborhoods like Shinjuku and Shibuya, which takes around 40 minutes to get there by public transportation. On the other hand, it is rather close to TeamLab Planets and there are convenience stores and some restaurants nearby.
The room was fantastic, although the location was a little out of the way. That said, for my first time in Tokyo, it was surprisingly spacious, which was a huge plus! The surrounding area was also very quiet and peaceful, and there's a convenience store conveniently located right downstairs.
This hotel was a friend's recommendation for my business trip to Tokyo. Its location is fantastic, with a subway entrance right downstairs. The night views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful 🌃. The staff were also incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Breakfast was quite good. However, a word of advice: make sure to book dinner in advance! 😂 My friend and I missed out because we didn't have a reservation... After a day of work, a relaxing soak in the tub 🛀 was just what I needed to unwind. The bedding was top-notch, guaranteeing a very comfortable and peaceful sleep. But what I appreciated most was the immediate feeling of the space upon entering: it was spacious and elegantly designed. The combination of lighting, music, and the quality of the furniture materials created a truly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I'd definitely return here if I have the opportunity.
Staying at a 5-star hotel in Tokyo for just over 800 [currency implied], with rooms exceeding 20 square meters, truly offers exceptional value for money. The breakfast spread is incredibly extensive and delicious. This has essentially become our go-to hotel whenever we're in Tokyo; my wife has even declared that this is where we'll be staying exclusively from now on! The entire Toyosu district feels very new and modern, and it's conveniently located right opposite the Senkyakubanrai complex.
All procedures are streamlined, making checking in and out run quickly and smoothly. We got the type of room we asked for without a problem. There is also an excellent locker system for storing luggage. Very good location for several attractions we were interested in, as well as close to international cruise terminal. Several restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
The room was incredibly spacious, a real rarity in Japan. Hilton and Hotel Nikko are conveniently located on opposite sides of the subway station. What truly drew me to the Hilton was its generous balcony; I found the extra 50-meter walk compared to Nikko completely worthwhile! The room was impeccably maintained, breakfast was good, and the rooftop pool and outdoor hot springs were fantastic! At this price point, I highly recommend Hilton Odaiba.
The location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-meter walk from the escalator exit at JR Shin-Kiba Station. The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and an automatic humidifier, making it perfect for business travelers. They even offered Sekkisei skincare products, a thoughtful touch that truly surpasses what you'd find in some four-star hotels.

Great
AAnonymous UserRight across from the subway station, the location is super convenient. It's only a half-hour ride to Tokyo. The hotel is very new and the environment is great, with unique and beautiful decor inside. There are many convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab things. Coming back in the evening to soak in the hot spring and have a drink is incredibly relaxing. And no need to worry about language barriers, as there's Chinese service available.
44LClover_88The hotel is just opposite the train station and is a few stations away from Disneyland. It is also not too far from Ginza & Tsukiji. The rooms are spacious and they have coin laundry too. Will definitely stay here again if I travel to Tokyo again.
Service was really good too. Before we checked in to the hotel, we came few days earlier to leave some of our luggages here before heading to Mt. Fuji. Check in and luggage storage were all smooth.
There are supermarkets and eateries around the hotel too. Really convenient.
MM30567****Exceeded my expectations, I loved it! I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo. From the warm cookies at check-in to the fragrant breakfast, everything was great. It's especially recommended if you're traveling by chartered car. The surroundings are quiet, and my parents really enjoyed it too.
MM43060****The room was great, quite spacious, and I loved that the toilet and shower were separate. The big window with city and night views was incredibly soothing. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance to TeamLab Tokyo, Toyosu Park, and Toyosu Market. There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the lobby, which was very handy for grabbing essentials. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of a self-service laundry machine; you had to use an external laundry service.
NNZ_MattSecond time here for the same event and I will continue to use:
*Location is great
*Check in is super simple
*Lawsons convenience store on level 2
*Room was quite small, although for a solo traveller, it served its purpose
*Airport limousine stops at this hotel
*Reasonably priced
GGuest UserIt was closer to the station than I expected, and the building was very clean and comfortable.
I was able to use the large public bath without it being too crowded.
I had plans so I couldn't stay until the last minute before check-out, which is a shame. The breakfast was delicious, so I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity, and I hope I can take my time.
The elevator takes a while to arrive, so it's best to leave with plenty of time when going out.
I was a bit worried because the only place to leave luggage was in the bathroom, so I had to bring my suitcase into the changing room.
GGuest UserVery convenience place for before or after flight from HND airport. 24 hours 7-11 and Aeon and drug store are nearby within minutes walking distance. Parking can be paid but need advance booking with the hotel.
KKosuke SAWAI had an absolutely wonderful stay at L stay & grow! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and with easy access to public transport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
