Wuxi Liangxi District Hotels

Came to Wuxi for a get-together with my sisters, and chose the Suning Galaxy International Hotel for the views. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of Wuxi at night, encompassing both the city skyline and glimpses of Huishan Mountain and Taihu Lake – I absolutely loved it! 💕 The bedding was super comfortable. I was woken up by insects outside the window in the middle of the night, which was a small hiccup, but after communicating with the butler, the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. This dedication to prioritizing guests' peace and comfort truly reflects the core of the hotel's service. Good management isn't just about spotting problems, but also about the comforting touch that follows [strong]. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining downstairs [satisfied]. Our personal butler, Bunny, was always online and responded quickly to any requests, making our check-in and stay incredibly smooth and worry-free [love].

We had a pleasant staycation at this hotel. Check-in was smooth and quick, which made the arrival experience very comfortable. The location is in a small alley, but still within easy walking distance to nearby shopping malls — very convenient. The room was spacious and generally clean, with complete amenities and facilities. However, the refrigerator was leaking water, which made the area around the sink and dining table wet. We contacted the front office to have it cleaned, but unfortunately no one came to assist until we checked out. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and they kindly provided **two complimentary breakfast vouchers for the kids**, which we really appreciated. Parking was easy — we got a spot right in front of the hotel along the alley, free of charge, and the security guards were very helpful. We also appreciated the late check-out benefit. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good value, though the responsiveness of the staff could be improved.

As a foreign traveler, the last thing you want when facing issues in an unfamiliar city is miscommunication or being brushed off. But every single staff member here made me feel so welcome. Whenever we needed help, they were incredibly patient, meticulously assisting us step by step. What touched me most was when I accidentally twisted my ankle; the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful, helping me book a high-speed train ticket and arrange traveler services. The human touch in their service truly exceeded all expectations. My only 'minor quibble': the breakfast could use some improvement, haha! 😂

I was on a business trip to Huai'an and booked this hotel by chance, but I didn't expect to be so satisfied! The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient and free. Taking a taxi to the high-speed train station was also quick. The room was clean, the facilities were new, and the internet was fast, which made working easy. They even offered hot porridge in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. When checking out, they gave me bottled water and small snacks. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

The hotel service was excellent, especially the lady at the reception. On top of that, they even prepared a small gift for guests during the Dragon Boat Festival, which I assume was for InterContinental members, as I am one. Although the hotel's decor seems a bit dated, all the soft furnishings are perfect. It even has an automatic toilet, and it's incredibly quiet; there's no noise at all in the hallways. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and the transportation is convenient too.

I moved in at the beginning of July. The living room is spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout for the sofa and dining table, ensuring privacy for both rest and meals. The air conditioning runs all day, keeping the house cool and comfortable even in the summer heat. The beds are clean, with linens changed after each guest, and individual storage lockers provide security. There's a separate washer and dryer, so you can easily dry sweaty clothes on the same day. Xiaolou Lane is right outside, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and transportation – perfect for short-term stays, whether for tourism or work!

The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's so close to the pedestrian street that after an evening stroll, the walk back to the hotel is a breeze. Plus, there are bus stops right outside that go to all the main attractions, which I found even more convenient than being near a subway station. The room itself was perfectly square and incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable layout. The staff were also wonderfully warm and welcoming. They even gave us two extra bottles of water when they found out I had two kids, and presented us with a souvenir when we checked out. So thoughtful!

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is right next to Sanyang Plaza and very close to A Bing's former residence. It's just a short walk from the subway station to the hotel. The higher floor offers a nice view too! 👍
