The name of the Hotel is Mei Si International Hotel.and not Muslim Mansion Hotel like how it's sold on the booking sites. The hotel was obviously built in the 1980's and little has changed since that time. It's an interesting time machine to those times. The bed is excellent and very comfortable. Receptionists are reserved but helpful, the rooms are of a good size. Everything was quite satisfactory if you can accept that this is a very old and distinguished faded hotel in a prime location in Xining. All in all it was an excellent stay.

The seller's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and he answers questions patiently and carefully. The delivery speed was super fast and the packaging was tight, so I received my favorite products in a short time. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and offers excellent value for money. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they proactively asked if we needed station pick-up service, along with attending to other thoughtful details. During check-in, they also kindly reminded us that the weather gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings and advised us to dress warmly, which was incredibly considerate. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was varied and perfectly to my liking, and enjoying breakfast on the 11th floor with a mountain view was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!!!

Service: The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful; I truly couldn't fault anything. The front desk even proactively offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean, tidy, and had no unpleasant odors. Facilities: I was impressed by the wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The washbasin was conveniently located right by the entrance, and to my pleasant surprise, hand soap was provided – a very practical touch. The shower and toilet being separate was also a fantastic design choice! The only issue was that the room felt quite stuffy and warm. We visited Xining at the end of July, and the room caught a lot of sun in the afternoon. The heat seemed to linger even into the night, and despite opening the windows, it remained warm. On the bright side, our laundry dried incredibly quickly! Location: The hotel's location is convenient. There's a convenience store immediately to the left of the entrance, perfect for grabbing supplies. Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy: take the shuttle bus to the train station (approx. 35 minutes), which drops you off near a bus stop. From there, take bus 106 for two stops, and you'll spot the hotel sign right across the street.

I stayed at this hotel on the first day of Xining. I felt very good. I went to play with the group for two days the next day. I still chose this hotel on the third day. The hotel is very user-friendly. A male manager at the front desk still arranged the room I lived in before. The hotel also sent small snacks, which have Xining special yogurt. Awesome!

The Ji Hotel Xining Railway Station is incredibly convenient, just a 7-minute walk from the train station exit! A taxi ride to Limeng Commercial Street takes about 20 minutes and costs 18 RMB. It's perfect if you need to catch an early train or are looking for an overnight stopover. The staff were incredibly helpful; they even assisted me in receiving a package I had ordered online and sent to the hotel in advance. Plus, having a printer available to print documents was a huge bonus! The room was also very spacious. For us, coming from Lanzhou, it only took an hour to reach Xining by high-speed train.

The location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

The Qinghai-Gansu Loop Line landed in Xining, and I stayed at Xining Building because the plane arrived early. I checked in at the hotel after 10 o'clock. The hotel is one of the older star hotels with a good location, very close to Xining Station, good service, and the luggage was delivered to the room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was close to several night markets, and I went to the Nanxiaguan Market twice, a place frequented by locals, and bought some food as supplies for the next day's journey. The breakfast was not so good, there was nothing to eat. Our room was close to the road outside, and it was a bit noisy at night.
