Hotels in Ningxia Museum/Downtown, Yinchuan

Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

服務非常滿意👍，前台小姐姐看到我帶個大孩子，免費為我升級大床房。房間乾淨整潔，出差買了羊肉，房間正好有冷藏冰箱。三樓健身室旁邊就是洗衣室，鍛鍊完後，正好衣服洗好。出門右轉900米，約13分鐘左右就可抵達金鳳區萬達廣場，購物，吃美食，看電影都很方便，樓下美食節，化粧，美髮，美睫，美甲都有。酒店的早餐很豐盛。如果趕着坐高鐵，希望提前40分鐘出發，以防高峯期出現堵車情況。

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

Friends went out to play together, beyond my imagination, the service attitude was very good when entering the hall, and the check-in efficiency was fast. Entering the room was very clean and comfortable. Standing in front of the window, you can see the night view of Yuehai. It is not too comfortable and comfortable. Really recommend it, whether it is a friend traveling or a parent-child going out to play, it is worth living on business trips. Mainly the boss is very handsome haha people are fine

When we travel and book hotels, my wife is used to looking at bad reviews of hotels. This hotel is not as bad as the reviews say. The rooms are old after ten years of renovation. My wife and I don’t feel the oldness of the room. Instead, we feel that the decoration facilities are relatively new! The shower head has a large water flow and is easy to use! I like her hotel. It’s just that the water flow of the wash basin is not smooth.

The facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The aromatherapy in the room is very warm and helps with sleep. There is a short-term construction at the entrance for half a month. The front desk will inform you of the entry and exit routes in advance.

The store's service attitude is very good, guests' needs are handled promptly, and check-in is quick. The location of the youth hostel is not bad. There are hotels, bus stations and shared electric vehicles around, making traveling very convenient. The beds are relatively simple. The boss said that their store has been open for ten years and some facilities have not kept up. The beds vary from big to small, and they make little creaking noises when you turn over. There are no bed curtains or air conditioning, but the electric fan blows cool air, there are fewer mosquitoes, and it is quieter at night. It is recommended that light sleepers wear headphones and eye masks. The toilet is very clean, and the store provides shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes for a fee. The clean bed was warmed by the sun. The price is still good value for money. The sunset in Yinchuan is so beautiful.

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

It's clean and hygienic, with dry and wet areas, extra large bathrooms, everything is available, disposable slippers, paper towels, mineral water, etc. It has its own backyard parking lot for easy parking, but you have to be careful to drive in through the film company door on a one-way street. You missed it. You can't turn around and can only reverse. The hotel is no problem with the navigation on the winding side streets. It's very quiet. The breakfast is also good, including two hot and two cold porridges, steamed buns, hanrolls, eggs, and self-cooked noodles.

The location is average, the room layout is very nice, there is a park downstairs, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere. For someone like me who is picky about food, it is really hard to find food nearby. The landlord is very nice and worth recommending.
