My stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Amman was fantastic, and I honestly can't say enough about the staff. Everyone, from the housekeeping team to the front desk, was professional and incredibly welcoming. A huge thank you to Thurya at the front desk who was particularly helpful and made our check-in and stay so smooth. The suites are more like luxurious hotel apartments, fully equipped with all the amenities one would need for a long stay, which was a huge convenience. The balcony offered a great view of Amman-it was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The hotel is also very family-friendly, and its location is excellent; we could easily walk to Taj Mall, and the complex downstairs has everything you need, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and a barbershop. The food and beverage options are amazing, especially the coffee in the mornings!

For our purpose, this hotel was fine. People were nice. We liked the location, We the breakfast, the view from the rooftop restaurant. We had issue with water dripping from one of the showers into the bedroom turning it into a flooded room. We had it cleaned twice, a very nice man. But seems he did not convey the issue to the management to fix it. The other shower head was broken too. As the result we had to check out after 4 nights.

A beautiful, small four-story hotel, clean and most importantly, excellent location versus the gateway of Mecca Mol, a big supermact, and close to the wonderful Mecca Street means all the services are in your neighborhood, the staff are very confused and very helpful, especially Mr. Hassan, very respected man, and helped us Citra, the hotel is worth it. They're looking at the medical city and the famous university.

Very cost-effective, there is a restaurant around the corner, it is also convenient to take a taxi, the hotel is cleaned promptly every day, there is a microwave and electric stove, but I don't really use them, there are many Jordanian delicacies, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are many desserts and pastries, there is a security check when entering the hotel, it feels very safe, the staff are also very enthusiastic, the locals are very friendly to Chinese tourists

It was good , but one thing i did not get it , that it is not allowed someone to visit you , they have said that is like family Hotel ( which i do not think they have the right of that because it is not shown when you book the room) so if friend of you is coming if it is a girl , you need to appear a document that shows it is you sister or wife, other things it was good and clean and I recommend it

The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay.
Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel was basically good, relatively clean, lots of tv channels but very few English. The breakfast was good and the attendant was always helpful. The bar downstairs was good too.
Less good--really seemed to depend who you got, many really couldn't be bothered, especially the overnight manager. Hedir (likely spelling that wrong) was a breath of fresh air on reception, helpful, smiling and upgraded me. She was great. The dry cleaning service was good and quick but very pricey.
