#InsomniaScene invites friends to explore art in a fresh and new perspective with "Iris77 Art Thesis Exhibition", an art thesis exhibition by final year undergraduate students, Faculty of Painting, Sculpture and Graphic Arts, Silpakorn University, Academic Year 2024. This art thesis exhibition project is organized under the concept of "Iris 77", which has a symbolic meaning of cultivating knowledge and nurturing various obstacles. Inspired by the element Iridium (Ir), which has strong and durable properties, it must go through a casting process before it can be shaped as desired. In addition, the number 77 of the element Iridium also matches the generation of final year students, which clearly aligns with the concept. This exhibition presents the work of students who have conveyed their thoughts and skills accumulated throughout their studies. Each piece clearly reflects the artist's identity and questions current issues through the language of art. In addition to beauty and creativity, we will also see the diversity of styles, techniques and materials that the artists choose to use, all of which reflect the courage to experiment and dare to think of the new generation. This post will be the work of the Department of Mixed Media / Department of Sculpture. Which is displayed at SAC Gallery and will be on display until May 15, 2025.
