A Great Place for Spring Relaxation

Shentangyu Plank Road Navigate to "Shentangyu Plank Road Parking Lot" (CNY 10/day). Public bus H39 goes directly to the entrance. The Shentangyu Plank Road is 7.5 km long. It's perfect for spring, summer, and autumn visits, but it can get very crowded. Enjoy the flowers in spring, the cool shade in summer, the scenery in autumn, and leisurely walks in winter. Picture nine shows the entire cable route of the plank road, which you can use as a reference. You can park anywhere along the route and access the plank road. There are three core highlights: The first 2 km is a gentle section with walnut groves and streams. Take photos on the stone slab bridge or let the kids play in the water. Middle section: The 180° viewing platform at Yanyu Peak offers panoramic views of the remnants of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall and the rolling mountains. Final section: From Seven Fairies Pointing the Way to the end. There are many vendors along the route selling food, drinks, and toys. There are also many homestays for resting. A light hike takes about 3 hours. Wear hiking shoes with good grip and bring a windbreaker. There are six rest pavilions along the way. Pavilion 3 has a mountain spring for refilling water bottles.
