Jeju Jewel: A Hidden Gem of a Restaurant and Bar in Jeju

Jewel is a special place where you can enjoy Korean fusion cuisine paired with a variety of drinks. We ordered the signature dishes, the Beef Tendon Sausage Hot Pot and the Cheese Potato Pancake. The hot pot had a deep and refreshing broth that was as good as any specialty restaurant, and eating the beef tendon and sausage made me feel as strong as a tiger 🐯. The Cheese Potato Pancake had thinly fried potatoes piled high on top of the cheese and pancake, making it the best potato pancake I've had recently 🧀🥔. Just like its name, we had a truly precious time in a precious place.
