The atmosphere is shady, surrounded by mountains and big trees 🍃🌲 Khun Tan Tunnel is located between Lamphun and Lampang provinces. It is 1,352 meters long! It is considered the first mountain railway in Thailand that is still in use to this day. 🚉🇹🇭 The impressive point is standing and watching the train run in and out of the tunnel with the faint sound of the whistle. It feels like you have entered a classic movie. This place is quiet, suitable for walking, taking pictures and learning about history at the same time. 🕰️📚 ⸻ 📍 Location: Khun Tan Tunnel Doi Khun Tan National Park (next to Khun Tan Railway Station) ⛰️ There are hiking trails, viewpoints and camping grounds in the park. 🌤️ Come early in the morning, the air will be cool and refreshing.
