Alila Shanghai, I didn't want to check out after three days!!!! Stayed in a beautiful hotel in Shanghai 💚 My Shanghai trip included a stay at a satisfying hotel. I loved the large windows in the room. And there were lots of little design details. Although it's newly opened, the overall service was also very good. The touch of green in the common area is beautiful. It has a real urban resort feel ⛱️ My first experience with a gong bath was incredibly moving. The instructor had a calming presence and helped me quickly relax. Focusing on the sounds and meditating, the whole process was very relaxing and therapeutic. Young people need to put down their phones and quietly connect with their inner selves. Spending time alone with yourself, treating yourself well, boosts your energy. At the end, there was even a ritual where I drew a message: "When we transform the energy of anger into the healing energy of love, beautiful changes occur." By regulating ourselves and transforming negative emotions into positive actions, we believe we can create better outcomes! Another day healed by the details! Totally impressed by Alila!
