Bo Keng, Songkhla Province 🏗️Bo Keng is a fortress in front of the old Songkhla city, located on the Laem Son side. It was built around the end of the 24th Buddhist century. It consists of ramparts, cannons, residences for the fortress guards, wells, and gates. ⛲️Inside Bo Keng, there are still a number of ancient ruins that are relatively intact. One of them is a gate. The gate has a curved roof ridge, which is at odds with traditional Thai buildings. However, this characteristic is found in many buildings in southern China.
