Wan Chai's Newly Opened Chinese Restaurant

Whenever I celebrate birthdays with my family, I always want to take them out for Chinese cuisine. This time, we chose this restaurant, which had just officially opened the day before, for our meal. 😋 The rose-smoked chicken was flavorful and not dry at all—the meat was tender and delicious. 😋 The rose jelly pigeon was also aromatic and very tasty—I really loved this dish! Super flavorful. 😋 The steamed egg with clams was silky smooth, and the clams were large and fresh! The steamed minced pork patty with dried seafood was packed with ingredients, and the patty was soft and not overly dense or dry—very well done. 😋 The chilled sea snails with mustard were thoughtfully prepared, with the snail meat already removed from the shells. The sakura shrimp salad was refreshing and light. 🥗 The casserole with shrimp paste and seasonal vegetables, as well as the tofu cooked with fresh mushrooms, were both quite good—the portions were generous and aromatic. ☺️ Four Seasons Restaurant Ground Floor, Kam Fung Commercial Building, 2-4 Tin Lok Lane, Wan Chai
