Had a lovely stay, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We requested a room close to the elevator and they gave us a spacious one just as we asked. The location is fantastic, especially if you're visiting during the Christmas market season; everything is within walking distance. The only downsides were the weak internet connection, so it’s better to have your own data plan if you rely on being online, and bed sheets are only changed upon request. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would recommend for the location, helpful staff and lovely spacious rooms!

It's brilliant and beyond description I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoster in Munster City, and I must commend the establishment for its exceptional service and outstanding facilities. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff at Hoster truly made my experience memorable with their kindhearted attitude and approachable demeanor. I was supposed to check in after 15:00pm, but I came early in the morning around 11am and I explained the my situation ,to my surprise the staff in the reception allow me check-in and have enough rest. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, the service was excellent, and there was plenty of space with good lighting. The environment was pleasant, and it was very close to the train station. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again. The hotel's location is superb, the housekeeping staff are very friendly, and the front desk lady was so welcoming. The room rates are also very affordable, offering great value for money! It truly feels like a vibrant, lived-in place – that's my review of this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was very soft.

The hotel is just by the Rhein river and next to the Chocolate museum. Walk slowly along the river towards the Cathedral and soak in the beauty of Koln. The staff Kyra is very friendly and helpful, throughout our 2-week trip in Europe, she was on my top 1. The size of the room is great with a pretty large wash basin outside the toilet, so it is very convenient. The room comes with a kettle, a complimentary bottle of sparkling water, 2pcs of mini chocolate, a few packets of coffee and tea. For less than 100euro a night, this is a very nice touch. In the lobby there are water station and fruit basket. Really love this hotel.

Hygiene: The room was thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. Service: The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with a friendly attitude during both check-in and check-out. Facilities: Basic toiletries were provided, and the room had decent soundproofing, making for a quiet night's sleep. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located not far from the train station and city center, about a fifteen-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. It's also quiet as it's not directly in the bustling downtown area.

The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly. The hotel is huge and has lifts to all floors. The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc. There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking. However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in. All in all, a very good experience.

It is a great location for a business trip, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I recommend it as the best stay for a solo stay. It was convenient because it had cooking utensils and an induction stove so I could have a simple meal.

Mein Mann und ich waren über das Wochenende im Hotel. Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht, nur Übernachtung und Parkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist gut und bequem ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis haben wir als angemessen empfunden. Empfehlenswert!

The hotel's overall environment was incredibly neat and clean. The room was tidy and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors or clutter, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was extremely rich, with a wide variety of dishes that tasted homemade and were nutritionally balanced, perfectly satisfying my dining needs. The location and amenities were very convenient, offering excellent value for money. The surroundings were quiet, yet transportation was easy, making it especially suitable for business travelers. I highly recommend it for anyone on a business trip; it's definitely the top choice for business travel.
