I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it.
The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well.
I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area.
One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point.
Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel.
Would I stay here again? Yes, I would.
I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily.
For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it.
Have a great holiday!
The hotel's location is excellent. The room is clean. The pool is clean. There's a large supermarket nearby. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. I recommend the price and quality.👍
Stunning hotel! The rooms are very lovely and with a comfortable bed! The service from the staff is faultless and so welcoming & friendly! They couldn’t do enough for you! The breakfast is exceptional! Best breakfast choice on my trip! And the lovely lady who served us each morning was amazing at her job! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
If you are looking for a beautifully relaxing retreat with a wonderful boutique feel, this hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. The entire team truly exemplifies ”service with a smile,” making us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay.
We want to give a very special shoutout to Daren, who went completely above and beyond to arrange a beautifully special room for our honeymoon. It added such a thoughtful, personal touch to our celebration that we will never forget.
If you are looking to unwind, you absolutely must see Kimvon she gave me the most amazing foot massage that melted all my stress away. We also want to highlight Daryl and Leakhana, who both provided consistently wonderful and prompt service whenever we had a request, always delivering it with incredible warmth.
The impeccable service combined with the charming boutique vibe left us feeling genuinely and deeply relaxed. We would absolutely love to visit again in the future and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
The room was very clean and cozy, which made it wonderfully relaxing after long days of temple hopping. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The pool was also beautiful and quiet, perfect for an afternoon cool-down. A lovely, peaceful place to unwind.
This hotel is located in a quiet area but it's far from the main tourist spots, so you'll always need to take a tuk-tuk to get around. The cleanliness and the staff's friendliness are definitely the highlights of this place. However, the air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy at night, and if you turn yours off, you can hear the AC from the next room. The bathroom really needs an upgrade; there's no shower curtain or screen.
I really liked this hotel. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area. They clean the room and change the sheets and towels every day. The staff are friendly and always ready to help if you don't understand something or need assistance. The room itself is good; the wardrobe and small table are a bit worn, but that wasn't a big issue for me. It was quiet and peaceful in the room, I didn't hear any outside noise. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in! Thank you for such great service!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Embassy Angkor Wat Resort, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their professionalism, responsibility, and genuine warmth. Everyone was incredibly patient and attentive, always willing to help with a smile and making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. You can really feel that this hotel is run with heart, not just as a business.
The room itself was excellent — spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Considering the quality of the room, the service, and the overall experience, the value for money is outstanding. Embassy Angkor Wat Resort offers a level of comfort and service that easily exceeds expectations for its price range, making it one of the best value stays we have experienced on our trip.
What truly sets this hotel apart is how generous and thoughtful the team is. They kindly offered us complimentary shuttle services, which made getting around extremely convenient and stress-free. Even more impressive, when we told them that we needed to wake up very early (around 4:30 a.m.) for our Angkor Wat sunrise visit, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast in advance for us. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated, especially when traveling.
Every detail, big or small, was handled with care. The staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and happiness, and their kindness made a lasting impression on us. Thanks to them, our stay in Siem Reap felt relaxed, smooth, and truly memorable.
If you are looking for a hotel that combines excellent rooms, great value, responsible and patient staff, and genuinely generous service, Embassy Angkor Wat Resort is an outstanding choice. We would absolutely stay here again and will happily recommend it to friends and family without hesitation. This hotel deserves the highest possible rating on any travel platform.
The best thing about this hotel is that all the staff greet you with a smile and are incredibly friendly. Plus, the air conditioning works great, keeping everything nice and cool. I'd definitely want to come back here again!
The hotel is beautiful and the pool is clean. The room came with water, a hairdryer, a kettle, a fridge, tea and coffee, shampoo and liquid soap, bathrobes, slippers, and even an aroma lamp! The bed was very comfortable. There are many cafes nearby with delicious and affordable food. What could be improved: the hairdryer was barely warm. There was no outlet near the kettle? The shower head was defective, with half the water leaking from a loose nut rather than the nozzle. The toilet had a noticeable sewage smell. It's not a bad option for a couple of days' stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located with a discreet entrance in the quieter part of town, outside the hustle and bustle of the centre and bar street but with everything within a short walk.
The hotel has a delightful pool area open until 10pm where one can relax and swim as the heat of the day cools slightly
Breakfast offers western and local options as well as a good selection of fruit and cereals
The customer service is excellent with all the staff very attentive
PpassportfullofrosiesposiesThis hotel, particularly the service, has made me in love with Siem Reap. Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and
The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.
DDARrYaI really liked this hotel.
MMariasmdThe room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.
GGuest UserI must give this hotel a big five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the lobby until I checked out, the entire experience was absolutely perfect and completely exceeded my expectations.
As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and they also patiently informed me about the location of the hotel's facilities as well as recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, which made me feel very welcome right away.
The room was even more of a pleasant surprise. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, and it was spotlessly clean—there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners. What impressed me most was the bedding: the mattress was neither too hard nor too soft, and the quilt and pillows were fluffy and soft, with a great skin-friendly feel. As someone who's picky about beds, I actually slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a well-designed dry-wet separation layout, with a spacious and tidy vanity. The hot water came quickly and steadily, and the quality of the toiletries was good, making them very comfortable to use.
The breakfast the next day was a delightful surprise too. The dining area was clean and bright, with an extremely rich variety of food. There was a wide selection of Chinese options like porridge and noodles, as well as Western choices such as bread, bacon, and fruits. All the ingredients were fresh, and they were replenished promptly, which could fully satisfy different taste preferences. My child wanted to eat instant noodles every noon, and the hotel restaurant staff kindly helped to make them—such a thoughtful gesture!
This stay experience was truly flawless. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends, and I will definitely choose it again next time I come!
AAowupimengwangI was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.
GGuest UserThe staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always available to assist with any requests. The convenient location also made exploring nearby restaurants and landmarks much easier. Overall, it was a delightful experience with a great combination of comfort, hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
GGuest UserExcellent hostel right in the heart of Siem Reap. The accommodation was great, and it's super close to the main street. They have a lot of activities going on, and I met so many new friends. Absolutely perfect!
GGuest UserWe were welcomed with complimentary juice and snacks upon arriving at the hotel. They had a scent reminiscent of Cambodia and were delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel offered a variety of tours, which could be booked at the front desk by the day before, making it very convenient.
We joined two tours arranged by the hotel, and both were fantastic. The price was also reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the services and the cost.
