The location is excellent, and the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient. It is close to the train station. The room is also relatively clean. I stayed in this hotel for 16 days. Overall, I am very satisfied.

During my stay at Otium Hotel Roosendaal I was pleasantly surprised by the modern look, the high level of comfort and the excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, near the Rosada shopping centre and easily accessible from the motorway – ideal for both business travellers and tourists. The rooms are spacious, clean and stylishly decorated with an eye for detail. The bed was wonderful and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night. The bathroom was also modern, with a lovely rain shower and luxurious toiletries. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. From check-in to check-out I was helped warmly and professionally. The breakfast was also extensive and of good quality, with fresh products and enough choice for everyone. A big plus is also the fitness and wellness area where guests can relax – a nice extra after a day in the city or a business meeting. In short, Otium Hotel Roosendaal offers comfort, style and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree stay!

Very large room with kitchen, dining table, couch, nice box spring and beautiful panoramic view of the city. The only downside was that the bathroom had no window coverings, only a strip of frosted glass foil, but I thought that was just a bit too little. The room was located in an adjacent building/wing, with its own entrance that was accessible with the door pass, but you are not informed about this. Parking is possible in their own garage, but also at the 2 adjacent Q-Park parking garages. On the website of the hotel itself you can find a link to park at Q-Park at a reduced rate (and to reserve a spot).

Good room size with large king bed Price is reasonable. Good Wi-Fi in hotel. Breakfast is good. Ample for free parking space. Stayed for one night only. Convenient only for guests who drive

Very nice hotel perfectly located in a nice little town in a beautiful nature reserve perfect for walkers and cyclists. Very good breakfast included with lovely coffees but a very bad point was that in 3 nights stay they never came to clean the bathroom or make the beds. They left on few rooms every day (ours too) a paper bag attached to the door handle with clean towels and a note in dutch. At the end we had a pile of dirty wet towels under the sink on the bathroom floor. Not a nice experience to be honest.

Lovely Hotel The pool was great, but there no towels to hand, and the Sauna was never on unless you asked them yo switch on. The breakfast did not have many options.. very basic .

The hotel is right at the entrance of the pedestrian street, very convenient for eating and shopping, and it takes 15 minutes to walk from the train station! The downside is that there is a bar downstairs. It is probably the weekend, and the booming subwoofer music is played until 2 am. In addition, ** is legal in the Netherlands, and there are constantly ** new generation people screaming

The room is large, the health is good, the sound insulation is OK, although the breakfast is not many varieties, but the taste is good, the staff service is good.

I stayed at the Tulip Inn Eindhoven Airport for a quick stopover, and it was exactly what I needed—clean, efficient, and super convenient. If you're flying in or out of Eindhoven and just need a no-fuss place to rest, this hotel is a solid choice. Just be aware it’s mainly geared toward short stays—don’t expect full hotel facilities or much happening around, but for the location and convenience, it does the job well.
