I was surprised with food and dirty socks left from previous tourists in the cabinet. One of lamps was out of order, there's a lot of black marks on the walls... Well at least bed was clean and fresh. Still the perfect location, fast checkin, good facilities in the room makes good impression. Strange but my key refused to open the door next night - but guys at reception helped me fast. There's a good kettle in the room, tea&coffe etc. Good for a short stay at all.

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Check-in is incredibly fast. The hotel has a unique style, the rooms are simple and clean, and the size is just right. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

The staffs were very pleasant, the location of the hotel is perfect, the ambience is 100/100. Pictures don't do justice to this hotel, its value for your money.

The property is located in a small town with everything you need, and transportation is fairly convenient. Although it's not near a highway, it's accessible by national highway, which is congested, and there are electric vehicle charging stations. The environment is elegant, with a forest behind the property. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but it's incredibly quiet; just open the windows and use a fan. The price is attractive, making it great value for money.

The hotel's downtown location is its biggest advantage, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are modern and relatively clean, and the service is excellent. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Tilburg.

The hotel was nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Disappointed to hear the swimming pool facilities were not available. The bedroom was a great size, bed very comfy. Nice to have a fridge and kettle, tea/ coffee. The bathroom was spotless. The rooms need to be checked for rubbish behind the desk before the curtains as there was other guests rubbish there. The ice machine is on the ground floor and would be nice if there was another on each floor. Good location for the train station and town. We parked our car with free on street parking a 12 minute walk away to avoid the high hotel parking charges. The room was noisy with street traffic, cars racing up and down.

The staffs are very lovely and extremely helpful. They explain everything clearly and in detail, always with a bright smile. No matter what l ask, they have all the answers. I really like them. I will come back again for sure 🥰 From Debbie london

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. I lived once in 2005 and basically did not change. Very close to the customer's company. The town is quiet, the room is clean and the breakfast is very good. There was a love action movie, but now it is gone.

During my stay at Otium Hotel Roosendaal I was pleasantly surprised by the modern look, the high level of comfort and the excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, near the Rosada shopping centre and easily accessible from the motorway – ideal for both business travellers and tourists. The rooms are spacious, clean and stylishly decorated with an eye for detail. The bed was wonderful and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night. The bathroom was also modern, with a lovely rain shower and luxurious toiletries. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. From check-in to check-out I was helped warmly and professionally. The breakfast was also extensive and of good quality, with fresh products and enough choice for everyone. A big plus is also the fitness and wellness area where guests can relax – a nice extra after a day in the city or a business meeting. In short, Otium Hotel Roosendaal offers comfort, style and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree stay!

Every thing is good, but they close the heating because of economic thats what make the room bit cold
