Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)

Zeer fijn verblijf in een mooi hotel met een fijne kamer, dat voorzien was van alle faciliteiten. Enorm vriendelijke mensen, zowel in de bediening als de hosting. En gelegen op een steenworp afstand van de zee. Heel mooi.

No frills hotel, very friendly and warm staff made you feel welcomed. Family room has kitchenette, it would be great if there were bowls. Room was very dark. Free carpark is awesome, however really dark too.

The hotel was very shitty and terrible! First bed: I book a single double although the room is single double room for sure, the bed is combine by two single beds, there was even a hole between two beds, when I told the staff about this, she just told me she can’t fix this problem, until they shift to another staff, despite that he help me to fix the problem but it already the last three days of my stay! Second shower system: the bath system is also shitty! Water either extremely hot or cold, and the staff doesn’t figure out how to fix the problem, until my last 4 days staying! Eventually I got cold after I ‘m back in the UK! Third heating: the heating should be a centralised one, but the staff didn’t figure out how to fix it or turn on it,they even give me a portable one instead, the voltage often overload because the heating, and lights in the room, and it is also one of the reasons I got cold. Last lights: the lights is very dark in the room! I’m quite disappointed my stay, the hostel should increase the training of their staff also the facilities, fix the problem of heating and shower system! I will never book this hostel again.

We enjoyed a weekend away. Thanks to this beautiful hotel the Baak Seaside. A beautiful location, very good and friendly service, the room and bathroom fresh and clean. Breakfast was versatile and delicious. The ventilator in the room was a welcome surprise, otherwise it would have been very warm, now it was nice. We're coming back!

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

Excellent location in the heart of the city, set in an iconic building. The staff are truly outstanding – friendly, helpful, and always willing to think along with you. Renting bicycles is an absolute must and a great way to explore the area. Breakfast is very good, and the view is simply outstanding – far beyond expectations.

Ramada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didn’t change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasn’t puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag.

Clean place with nice staff. Near to restaurant and the Keukenhof garden. Recommended if you stay in Lisse. The garden is very crowded from the noon time and we are glad that we stay here for a night and can enter the garden at very early morning.

RRichard TurenGreat location just ten minutes from Rotterdam Centraal Station, quick efficient check in, friendly guy at the counter explained services offered! Room was well lit, quiet and very clean! Big worry was the Doona..a single king doona stuffed into a double bed doona cover! Lots of pulling to cover each of us! Only three pillows. No room safe! Breakfast was adequate, room needs a better layout, one coffee machine didn’t work! No beans, no bacon, only overcooked scrambled eggs and hash browns on the heated side! Slow toaster! Cleaning staff were fast and friendly! Table turnover was quick! We would recommend this hotel for a business stay, it seems popular with school and sporting groups!

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the center. The reception staff was friendly. The restaurant was poorly clean. Cables and other items were scattered around the buffet. The breakfast area was unappealing. The waiters only superficially wiped the tables. The buffet looked uninviting. Overall, it's okay for an overnight stay, but unsuitable for a clean and pleasant breakfast.

DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

GGuest UserThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

GGuest UserNH hotels usually offer a certain level of reliability, and this one is pretty central. You can walk to the city center and nearby attractions within 10-15 minutes. The hotel breakfast is also quite good, and if you opt out of room cleaning, you can redeem a complimentary drink of your choice at the bar.

GGuest UserOur initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers. The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring! The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.

EElenka AngeWe only stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights – we were short on time, so we only picked the most interesting cities to explore. On the plus side: it was clean, comfortable, had a large and cozy bed, and pretty much everything you'd need. However, the lack of slippers was really noticeable. As for the negatives: like many large hotels, they have a paid system for early check-in and extra hours. But the most unpleasant thing was being made to wait two hours upon arrival, under the pretext that 'the room wasn't ready yet.' After a long and tiring journey, such a wait is a real test of patience. During our stay, there was noisy construction outside our window, which would definitely wake you up early in the morning.
