You’ll find Millennium Hotel Durham minutes away from Duke University Hospital and Duke University – and an easy drive to charming downtown Durham, where you'll also discover gems such as Durham Bulls Stadium, Bennett Place, Carolina Theater and Durham Performing Arts Center. In addition to 316 suites and rooms, including many double queen rooms perfect for teams, this luxury hotel in Durham is sure to providing you with a relaxing stay.

"My daughter stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving Durham after graduating. The hotel was quite large, with a resort-like feel, and the rooms were spacious. However, there were very few staff members; only one person handled check-in at the lobby, and they gave me the wrong room key, forcing me to walk across the entire hotel to get it back. No one helped with the luggage cart, and I couldn't even offer a tip."

"Tru Hotel by Hilton Gaston, North Carolina, good value for money! The hotel is located next to the highway and has convenient transportation. There is KFC and a superb beef restaurant opposite, and the dining is super convenient. The sanitary conditions are acceptable, similar to the standard of domestic super luxury express hotels. The only thing that is not satisfied is that there are few types of breakfast, but fortunately, eggs and meat are available. In addition, the tire was pierced when I stayed in the store, but I think it should be caused by my own carelessness. After all, the security of the United States is still reliable, and no one will deliberately pierce the tire. Overall, suitable for friends who travel by car or short stay!"

We offer meeting space and a business center. After a busy day, relax with a drink at our First Ward Social Bar + Kitchen.

"The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea."

Can't say the hotel was too bad. However I can say the location is somewhat sketchy. Directly outside of the hotel their is alot of activity going on which is needless to say very questionable. Possible drug deals, ************ and drug doing. There is a gas station/convenience store right there on the premises which too draws a large crowd. However the rooms were ok. I just didn't like that I felt my car would be unsafe in there parking area due to the amount of questionable traffic. So sad to say I never took my luggage out the car in fear someone standing by would notice a bag or two and come back later to check it out. I did choose to leave but not because of the lodging. I think if you can get past the outdoor activity it may make for a nice rest spot.

We booked a suite that was supposed to have a Jacuzzi. After checkout it wasn't listed in the details but too late to cancel. I requested our room to be upgraded and never received a response or acknowledgement and of course we got stuck without one. Couldn't figure out where the pool was or even if they had one but supposedly they should have one. Water in the bath tub constantly dripped and we couldn't get it to shut off. We reported it immediately to the front desk as soon as we entered the room but we suffered 3 days with the nonstop sound of dripping running water because they had no one who could do maintenance. Our room was positioned directly over the lobby and across from the elevator and the soundproofing was almost non-existent. We heard everything. Dogs barking, neighbors arguing, doors closing, every trip of the elevator and every movement of the lobby doors. It was hard to get any sleep. And then the TV was quite old a 20” screen stuck at the ceiling with lots of noise / static across the picture. Hubby wanted to watch the FIFA games but the pic quality was so bad you couldn't even tell where the ball was. The wifi was only accessible on one side of the room and when you had access it was only 0.41mbs. It was clean if you ignore the dog hairs on the sofa and chairs etc. Breakfast was so-so. Nothing was made fresh it was all prepackaged stuff, and it was hot only if you microwaved it. So the stay was ”alright” but we feel like we were overcharged considering all of the issues above. We took a vacay last year to Hot Springs spent the same amount of money per night and that hotel was pure luxury compared to this it was so clean, uptodate, hot fresh breakfast, big tv screen, cook stove, large refrigerator, even had some dishes stocked and a dishwasher in the room. You don't go on vacay for the room but at the very least you should be comfortable enough to relax during your stay especially at the rate they charge.

The room is large and clean, and the bathroom is bright. However, slippers, toothbrushes and other supplies are not provided. If necessary, you have to ask at the front desk, but slippers are not provided. There is a private parking space. However, there are several stairs to go from the lobby to the room, so you need to carry your luggage. 15 minutes drive from the airport. There are many restaurant options nearby.

We arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person. All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal. The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away. One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see. Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.

If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to rest your head for the night, Motel 6 usually gets the job done. It’s not fancy, but it’s functional. The prices are reasonable, especially if you're on a tight budget or just passing through town. Rooms are generally clean and straightforward—bed, bathroom, TV, and A/C. Don’t expect luxury, but most locations keep things tidy. I appreciate that they often allow pets with no extra charge, which is a huge plus for folks traveling with furry companions. Staff friendliness can vary depending on location, but I’ve had more good than bad experiences. Check-in is usually quick, and they try to accommodate special requests when they can. The biggest perk? You usually know what you’re getting. Whether it’s a small town or a city edge, Motel 6 tends to offer consistent value without surprises. Overall, it’s a solid choice when you just need a clean room, a hot shower, and a good night’s sleep without breaking the bank.

The location is very good, walking distance from the Meadowmont to go, one side is the fast road on the side of the woods, there is a special walking/riding lane, followed by navigation and culvert crossing the road to a pond and lawn hillside, behind which is the office building to go. There are trails to the business center of Meadowmont, which is convenient for Harris Teeter supermarket, Quickley tea shop, pizza shop, etc. The room and service are normal.

I was very disappointed with the service I recieve. The first night I could not close the shade so I stayed up most of the night because there were cars and a lamp pole shinning directly in my window. I was lied to by the receptionist on duty that the maintenance man would fix the problem the next morning.. Again I had to endure the lights shinning in my room. I was told that they would move me. I was told by staff that the other rooms had broken shades also. I suppose to have a handicapped accessible room. Their virgin of a handicapped room was a shower with a overhead water and a small bench on the floor for a smallshort person. The maid did all she could to help by covering the window with trash bags and paste board boxes which worked amazingly well. I gave her a nice tip for helping me. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a shower chair so I could take a shower. They refuse to refund my money so I couldn't go any where else. I should not had to endure 2 days of little sleep and no shower cause it could be fix with a chair under 50 dollars. No hotel should be allowed to advertise handicapped accessible if they don't meet the minimum standards of what accessible means. The hotel is very convenient to my family and friends. The food was good and the receptionist on the day we left did apologize for the inconvenient.
