I was satisfied with everything but the man chef. When I had the breakfast at the restaurant, I was so excited about the beef pho. But when I asked him if I could have the beef pho, he said no. It was ok, I chose the chicken pho. But the ****, after few minutes, I got back again and the nice woman chef serviced me. She said “ Do you want to try the beef pho ? “. I was so confused, but it was not the end, the *********** came by and said to the woman chef : “ just give a little “. What the **** do you mean ? I paid for the whole service at the hotel. I gave you an opportunity to do your work. When you just are an employee, don’t think you are the boss.

Good breakfast. Especially the beef pho is no different from the restaurant, the rest is ok. The minus point is that it is near the main road so it is very noisy, the soundproofing is not good. I heard the sound of dogs repairing and the children playing from the backyard of the hotel. The toilet flushing system is also very noisy, after going to the toilet, there is a sound like a washing machine.

GGuest Userroom wasn't very secure. air conditioner worked. bathroom was dirty. windows were bad. staff repeatedly woke me up in the morning by knocking on the door for no good reason. staff was bad at answering questions about thai nguyen but they did call me a taxi when i asked for it (no grab in thai nguyen).
