I will recommend this to my friends. Great location and view from our room, friendly and helpful staff team, and there are a lot of choices for breakfast. The room is modern, and the size is acceptable. There is a coffee machine and we can make our free coffee.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The dining options were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my stay even more relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Pros: • owner is very responsive and keeps on checking us for anything that we need • location is downtown so it is near to most of the sites we wanna go • very near the train station and closer to a bus stop too • it has T&T on the ground flr which makes it easy to buy stuffs and even meals • stone's throw away to a lot of coffee shops and restaurants in • place is really big for two people and I love the view from the balcony and rooms Cons: • place needs a little more cleaning, dusts were everywhere (we kept on sneezing) • no netflix or channel on TV. There was on the 1st day. We will still consider this place if we are going to downtown. It is just very convenient.

I have had really good time staying in this hotel. Facility, staffs & service are above expectation. Although I have one tiny little issue, which is only have one charging station. Obviously there are more EVs in Vancouver these day so, it would be a lot more convenient for EV drivers. At the end thanks for the hospitality!

I’ve always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. The room was comfy and the staff was friendly. Of course the location is pefect. I had to walk a long way down 3-4 hallways to get to my room which I thought was to get to my lovely “city view” room but no. My “view” was into other rooms.

A very good experience staying in Westin Wall.  Strongly recommended if stay in the Richmond area.   The hotel will be very convenient when the Skytrain station next to it is opened, hopefully very soon!  Parking spaces were extremely full at night time during my stay, however the staff is very helpful in locating available space!  Will stay again if ever come back in Vancouver!

Breakfast is superb, not taste, is the location of the restaurant, directly to the sea, the taste is Western food order, very good, with a tip of less than one hundred people, feels cheaper than other hotels to buy meals. In addition, this hotel has no relationship with Zhang Aijia. The hotel is the English name of the daughter of the architect more than 100 years ago. Today, Zhang Aijia’s English name is the same as the hotel name. It can be said to be a misleading hotel reservation. However, this hotel is considered to be a famous hotel. The local foreigner also knows it, probably because one of the few hotels on the edge of English Beach, except for the old elevator, it is quite good. The bed was quite big and the room was quite big. There is a parking lot, there may be a charge, I don’t know if I have not paid the bill.
