I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

The room was relatively basic. It's close to the airport, so there was a bit of noise, and the air conditioning unit was particularly loud. Once the temperature was set, I had to turn it off to sleep. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport every half hour, on a first-come, first-served basis, departing on time. It's a comfortable Mercedes-Benz, and it can drop you off at T3 or T1.

I took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated

The most striking thing about the hotel is its location, guarding the Ganaraska River. During my stay, I met salmon salmon and witnessed the spectacular sight of the salmon swimming all over the place to the birthplace. The rooms are European in style and the Italian restaurant downstairs is especially stunning.

The location is excellent, it's a boutique hotel with a retro vibe, renovated from a 100-year-old building. The lobby is small but very charming and beautiful. For a city center hotel, the room is quite spacious. Our twin-bedded king room was right above Yonge Street, but surprisingly, this section doesn't have much bus traffic, so it was pretty quiet at night. The breakfast was fantastic, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included. It's not a buffet; you order à la carte from a menu, and each dish is made fresh. Absolutely delicious! The coffee and hot chocolate are also freshly prepared. Honestly, I haven't had such a refined breakfast in North America in a long time. Just for the breakfast and the location, it's totally worth it.

2 days no cleaning. They were supposed to come in the morning even when I was not there. But when I came back around 2pm things were the same, no cleaning.

The place was perfect for what we needed. They gave us a joining room. We had 2 adult’s, one senior and 5 kids. We needed a stop over on our way to the north. Plus all the staff were friendly.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is not half an hour. It is about 60 knives. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The front desk service is also very good. It is close to the TD Bank supermarket. There is breakfast but there are not many varieties. I have not changed the taste for a few days. The price is not expensive. Will stay next time and recommend friends and relatives 👍

It’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?
