Great location and super high value for money. This is an older, established hotel, so the facilities and decor are what you'd expect from a classic five-star. The service is absolutely top-notch, and the location couldn't be better – close to Hongyadong and surrounded by plenty of dining options.

Choosing the Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei for my trip to Chongqing was definitely the right decision! The hotel is right in the heart of the main commercial district. Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street is just a five-minute walk downstairs, which was super convenient for strolling back after an evening market visit. Hongyadong and the Yangtze River Cableway are also within walking distance, so there's no need to bother with taxis. The subway station is also close by, making it easy to visit other attractions. The room was incredibly clean, with no strange odors. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic city views – busy streets during the day and sparkling lights at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable; after a tiring day of sightseeing, I fell asleep in no time, without any of that 'unfamiliar bed' discomfort. Charon, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic. Check-in was efficient, and she even took the initiative to recommend local food and sightseeing routes. When I asked the front desk for an umbrella in the morning, they gave me one without hesitation – so thoughtful! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chongqing!

You can walk to Jiefangbei for shopping and dining in just 3 minutes, reach the Yangtze River Cableway in 5 minutes to cross the river, stroll to Hongyadong in 8 minutes to see the 'Spirited Away'-esque night view, and arrive at Shibati in 10 minutes to explore the old Chongqing charm on its bluestone steps. Downstairs, there's a bustling snack street with hotpot and noodles readily available. After enjoying the night views, you can leisurely walk back to the hotel – it's so relaxing and convenient. Staying here truly unlocks an efficient way to experience Chongqing; you won't waste any time commuting, making sightseeing and dining a breeze, all in one go. If you're coming to Chongqing, this place's location is simply impeccable! What's even more surprising is that it's in the same building as the 'Eye of the Clouds' observation deck. You can buy discounted tickets at the front desk, making it super convenient to go up and enjoy panoramic views of the 8D mountain city. All attractions are within walking distance, so there's no need to rush in the morning for transportation. You can return to the hotel to rest whenever you get tired, and with the snack street downstairs, both travel and dining are incredibly convenient. I was very happy with the apartment. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to Xiaoshizi subway station. I could walk to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. There was no scale in the kettle; I always clean kettles before using them, and this one was spotless, showing great attention to hygiene. The shower water was also good. The projector was large, perfect for binge-watching dramas like ”My Old Uncle” in the evening. They even provided disposable towels and toilet seat covers. The bedding was clean and comfortable. I stayed for three nights. I'll definitely come back to Chongqing again in the future.

Had a great stay at this capsule hotel. The people in charge were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. They provided transfer service to the tourist center and nearby food areas, and even recommended a really delicious lamb soup pot. Breakfast the next morning was nice and satisfying. The room was well heated, which was very comfortable, and the bed and pillows were great — I had a really good rest. There is also a small café on-site for guests who would like to order coffee or tea. As a bonus, there were two very cute doggies around, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! 这次住的太空舱酒店体验真的很好～工作人员都非常友善，也很贴心，会帮忙接送到游客中心和附近的美食区，还给我们推荐了一家超好吃的羊肉汤锅，真的没踩雷👍 第二天的早餐也不错，房间里的暖气很足，完全不冷，床和枕头都很舒服，睡得特别好～酒店里还有一个小咖啡吧，想喝咖啡或茶都很方便☕️ 另外还有两只超可爱的狗狗加分🐶🐶 整体体验很舒服，很推荐！

This is an older Hilton hotel, but it's still quite well-maintained. The lobby is clean and bright, and both the front desk and concierge staff are very welcoming. William and Gloria, who helped with check-in, were professional and efficient. The room they assigned had a nice orientation, was very quiet, and offered a good view. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This was an incredibly satisfying stay. The guesthouse itself is a protected historical building over a hundred years old, and every day many tourists come to the first floor and courtyard to snap pictures, which turn out beautifully. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast is a set menu; the housekeeper has guests choose their options, then prepares everything fresh for the next morning – it's all very exquisite. The room's balcony is perfect for sitting, enjoying tea, and unwinding, or listening to the music from the bar across the street in the evenings. However, what truly made the stay memorable were the lovely, enthusiastic, and capable young woman at the guesthouse, the quiet but kind and warm-hearted owner, the barista who doesn't talk much but makes excellent coffee, and the two adorable cats – Lailai and Caicai! This guesthouse is genuinely highly recommended 👍

The checked in process very fast. Thats important because we arrived at the hotel almost 1.30 am in the morning. Our room was well prepared. Cleaned. First compliment from me is that the towels are all very new every day. We stayed 4 nights and never failed to gave us new towels. The cleaning lady was fantastic. They always asked us what is the best time to clean the room. We stayed In a suite. The only disappointment is the executive lounge is not the usual 23rd floor. And for an international hotel, we don't see the temporary lounge has whiskey and other liquor. Even baijiu also they don't serve. Luckily all these shortcomings perfectly handled by Mr anthony the 4th floor restaurant manager. He even personally gave me a bottle of baijiu. Thats is what I always preached perfect customer service. Otherwise my stay is not a good and pleasant one. One must understand why people pay extra for executive lounge access or suite. It is the evening drinks and food matters. Overall is good stay but the lounge access is a let down. I will be coming back to chongqing in January 2026. I will likely stay at conrad hotel next door. Unless double tree hilton can convinced me that they have improved by then. I will be bringing my business partners to join me. Thanks

I chose this hotel for its location and design. The hotel even helped arrange round-trip transfers, which was very reasonably priced with no upcharge, making it super convenient and reliable. It's located between E'ling Park and Liziba, and the E'ling Er Factory cultural and creative park is just 50 meters away, making it incredibly easy to visit attractions. The room comfort was also excellent; it looked exactly like the pictures. Anyone who hasn't experienced this design style should definitely give it a try. The 24-hour front desk staff (our butler) basically responded instantly. Chongqing really is a warm and welcoming city!

Nestled away in Ciqikou, The Moon Hidden Hotel truly understands the art of a perfect getaway! This was the most pleasant surprise of my Chongqing trip. The indoor private hot spring was incredibly relaxing; soaking in it with flower petals scattered around, gazing at the courtyard view outside, all my travel fatigue just melted away. The service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage and even planned my itinerary. I wanted to take some traditional Chinese-style photos, and the hotel provided complimentary Hanfu outfits and makeup. The makeup artist was highly skilled and even offered thoughtful guidance on lighting and camera angles, resulting in stunning photos. The breakfast on the second day was a delightful mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and attention to every detail. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Ciqikou Old Town and the Jialing River beach. When I got tired from exploring, I could easily retreat to the courtyard for some peace and quiet. The common areas also feature a tea room, an indoor golf simulator, and a chess and card room, so there's plenty to do even if you stay in all day. I managed to capture many satisfying photos during my trip to Chongqing.
