Absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were so kind and communicated clearly and efficiently. The lobby has a really welcoming vibe. While the room facilities are a bit older, which is to be expected given how long it's been since the last renovation, overall, it's really great.

For families with kids visiting Chongqing, the Westin Hotel is a must-stay, offering unparalleled views of Chongqing's night skyline. During the autumn break, I traveled with my child and even brought our dog 🐶. After contemplating between four five-star hotels in the Jiefangbei business district, I ultimately chose the Westin based on our travel needs. This five-star hotel did not disappoint. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful, and the customer service小姐姐 (a polite term for a female staff member) was exceptionally attentive during our two-night stay. The lobby features a unique wall adorned with framed Hermès scarves. From the comfort of your bed, you can gaze at the Jialing River, and the executive lounge is available for guests from 8:00 to 22:30. Even if you're not staying overnight, you can still enjoy Chongqing's night views from up high for free! Be sure to visit the Westin's 54th floor for a spectacular view 🌃. The infinity pool is open to the public free of charge, so you can access the 54th floor even without a reservation. You'll need to transfer elevators from the 51st-floor lobby 🛗. If you're a guest, you can also access the 52nd-floor executive lounge. The night view is truly magnificent, with the buildings opposite displaying a rotating 'Hello Chongqing' message, perfect for photos [golden potato R][golden potato R]. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. I was a bit hesitant after comparing online, but it turned out to be a fantastic choice, no regrets! 🌟

This hotel's location is absolutely golden for exploring Chongqing's core attractions! It's just a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei CBD, perfect for shopping and seeing landmarks up close. In 8 minutes, you can reach the Yangtze River Cableway North Station, avoiding taxi queues and easily enjoying the fun of an aerial view of the Two Rivers. Hongyadong is a mere 15-minute walk away, so after enjoying the dazzling lights of Qianximen Bridge and the stilt houses at night, you don't have to rush back. Shibatier Traditional Block and the Eling Cloud Skywalk are also very close, reachable within a 10-minute walk. You can spend your day exploring the charm of old Chongqing's staircases and then ascend to the high-altitude observation deck in the evening for panoramic city views – talk about maximizing your sightseeing efficiency! Subway stations are just an 8-minute walk away, and there's a specialty snack street right downstairs, offering a complete set of dining and transportation options. It’s lively yet peaceful, allowing you to both relax and explore. Staying here truly saves time and effort when visiting Chongqing's main sights; no detours or rushing around, and the value for money is exceptional. For anyone visiting Chongqing, choosing this hotel is a surefire hit, highly recommended to all tourists!

Staying on the 25th floor, this room is super spacious, easily 40㎡ (even a bit empty due to minimal furnishings). It was quiet at night, got great sleep for three days without any disturbance. I found the hygiene to be good, everything was quite clean, though the bathroom isn't wet/dry separated. Besides the two large beds, the room also has a small sofa and a small table, which provides even more living space. Great for watching movies from bed. Being right by Jiefangbei means easy access everywhere, the snack street is just a 3-minute walk downstairs.

This hotel in Wulong Fairy Mountain is absolutely fantastic! I'm used to traditional guesthouses, so I decided to try something different and booked this camping-style hotel. The rooms are mainly space capsules and tents. Since I was with my two kids, I chose a space capsule, and it was truly a delightful surprise – the kids absolutely loved it! They had so much fun at the hotel and didn't want to leave. In the evening, the light and shadow effects throughout the camp were really atmospheric. The guy at the front desk was super enthusiastic and always helped us immediately with anything we needed. The driver was also really nice and available for pickups and drop-offs anytime. Plus, the breakfast was abundant, with so much food we couldn't even finish it all! The hotel is also very close to the Fairy Mountain Tourist Center, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the scenic area! We came in November this time, and the weather was beautiful, clear skies all around. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!!

Xiao Hua, who helped us check in, upgraded our room, and the breakfast was very rich. Xiao Zheng made the check-out process quick. I will choose this place again in the future.

The room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. They also thoughtfully provided all the necessary disposable toiletries, including laundry detergent for underwear at the sink. Many small details were handled exceptionally well. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive, even kindly helping us wash and dry our clothes. We're very grateful to the hotel for providing such a comfortable and reassuring stay for our trip. We'll definitely be back!

The checked in process very fast. Thats important because we arrived at the hotel almost 1.30 am in the morning. Our room was well prepared. Cleaned. First compliment from me is that the towels are all very new every day. We stayed 4 nights and never failed to gave us new towels. The cleaning lady was fantastic. They always asked us what is the best time to clean the room. We stayed In a suite. The only disappointment is the executive lounge is not the usual 23rd floor. And for an international hotel, we don't see the temporary lounge has whiskey and other liquor. Even baijiu also they don't serve. Luckily all these shortcomings perfectly handled by Mr anthony the 4th floor restaurant manager. He even personally gave me a bottle of baijiu. Thats is what I always preached perfect customer service. Otherwise my stay is not a good and pleasant one. One must understand why people pay extra for executive lounge access or suite. It is the evening drinks and food matters. Overall is good stay but the lounge access is a let down. I will be coming back to chongqing in January 2026. I will likely stay at conrad hotel next door. Unless double tree hilton can convinced me that they have improved by then. I will be bringing my business partners to join me. Thanks

This hotel is incredibly unique, a renovated old mint, and I still love it even after my third stay. We booked the river-view balcony duplex room, which was perfect for four people. It blends modern style with a rustic cultural ambiance. The surrounding Second Factory Cultural Plaza is super convenient for photos, sightseeing, and snacks, and the cleanliness is excellent. The bedding meets five-star standards, and the service is attentive, like a personal butler. The only thing is the breakfast was just average; I hope they can improve that. The rooftop observation deck on the fifth floor is absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking view of this misty city at night. Highly recommend! ❤️

Nestled away in Ciqikou, The Moon Hidden Hotel truly understands the art of a perfect getaway! This was the most pleasant surprise of my Chongqing trip. The indoor private hot spring was incredibly relaxing; soaking in it with flower petals scattered around, gazing at the courtyard view outside, all my travel fatigue just melted away. The service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage and even planned my itinerary. I wanted to take some traditional Chinese-style photos, and the hotel provided complimentary Hanfu outfits and makeup. The makeup artist was highly skilled and even offered thoughtful guidance on lighting and camera angles, resulting in stunning photos. The breakfast on the second day was a delightful mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and attention to every detail. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Ciqikou Old Town and the Jialing River beach. When I got tired from exploring, I could easily retreat to the courtyard for some peace and quiet. The common areas also feature a tea room, an indoor golf simulator, and a chess and card room, so there's plenty to do even if you stay in all day. I managed to capture many satisfying photos during my trip to Chongqing.
