The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. I have stayed here twice within the last month. The location is perfect if you have an early flight from Nanjing airport. Unlike many other similar hotels, it’s also possible to arrive here by public transport the night before(as opposed to having to go to the airport and take a taxi from there); it’s just a short walk from Tongshan metro station on line S9. The owner is very friendly and speaks English, both times he actually collected me from the metro station, as well as driving me to the airport at a time of my choice the next morning. The room is good, and very clean compared to rooms in similar hotels. I will now stay here whenever I have an early flight from Nanjing and will recommend it to anyone who needs a place by the airport.
