Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

The hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. It is unexpectedly comfortable. The scenery is even better when the sun is shining. The hotel's breakfast is buffet, and you can occasionally encounter cats. Although the cats in Montenegro are basically wild, they are very friendly. What's even better is that someone will come and ask you if you need coffee. The price is much cheaper than one&only. The sea view rooms on the fourth floor have balconies and are connected together, which is very suitable for traveling with friends. In general, I am very satisfied. If I go to Montenegro next time, I will still go here!

Can't hang up the house account, saying that you have to clear the account every day? The rooms are average and dilapidated, but they are basically average over there? At the beginning, the door lock of the room was broken, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. I found the front desk and changed to another room. It seemed to be an accidental upgrade? In the afternoon, I asked the front desk to help call a taxi, but I didn't call for half an hour. Is the attitude of the front desk not very good? Breakfast is very mediocre, with few choices. WIFI is sometimes not available, and it is not as fast as moving overseas 4G. Except that the environment is satisfactory, everything else is average. Will not live again next time. Will change to another place.

Yes, it is a new hotel. Everything is new, untouched. A large comfortable bed with good linen. The room has everything you need, it is spacious, there is a French balcony. A large bathroom with a huge shower, where it is very comfortable to wash. It is a 5-7 minute walk to Port Montenegro. Nearby, I would even say below, there are shops, food and cafes. But! There is one but! During our stay, renovations were ongoing! The noise did not allow us to sleep well and stay in the room from 8:30 (9:00) in the morning until 16:00. It was unbearable. I asked, begged the staff to do at least something, because I was on vacation, but they did nothing. Nothing at all. Already at check-out, for some reason, they offered me dinner as compensation. And what were you thinking before that? Why do I need dinner when my flight is in 2 hours. The staff, of course, is friendly, polite, but they do not know how to solve problems.

Booking this hotel is that it feels attractive to face the sea on the cover, but it is actually an apartment in an upscale community that has not been completed. Open the balcony window or build a project. Relatively difficult to find this hotel. The room facilities are still very new and clean, but the location is far from the old city KOTOR in the city. There is only one restaurant in the community to provide dining. The first time I didn’t know that the hot water had to turn on the hot water by myself. I asked the front desk to know. The result was more than 2 hours before waiting for the warm water to come out. It was midnight. This hotel is not because of the cover attraction, I will not book there. Booked for two nights and wanted to unsubscribe for one night without consent. If you drive by yourself, you can live without caring about the environment.

A splendid hotel with great facilities and perfect sea view. The breakfast it provides is also lovely. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car

A great hotel, a chic room in which we lived, joyful hosts.Near the Whore, where you can go even on the bus a blue line that runs constantly. You can walk on the path to an old town , now abandoned by people, very interesting walk. There is a parking lot for the car.The most important thing here is quiet, no rape at night as in the office. Recommended.
