This hotel is indeed highly recommended for its scenic views and quite near to the Plaza Mayor de Armas. Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is very good, just behind the weapons square. A bit quiet. The hotel's service is also very good, hot water, cold pure water, the lobby has it, you can pick it up. Breakfast starts at five o'clock, and you can eat the train and then go (the hotel I stayed at before started at six o'clock, it was a bit too late). The dissatisfaction is the size of the room and the window. The order shows that the room is 38 square meters. When checking in, the front desk is also reminded that it is a 38 square meter room. However, the actual room size is obviously inconsistent. It is a bit difficult to open the two boxes and put them flat. The actual situation of the window is as shown in Figure 1, and there is about 1/5 window. The large area of frosted film can't see the outside, it's a bit depressed, like living in a windowless room.

The hotel is less than 100 meters from the Plaza de Armas, and you can walk to the main attractions in the old city. The room facilities are relatively new and the decoration style is similar to that in China. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the wash basin and shower room have hot water 24 hours a day. The lobby downstairs is not big, but it is comfortably furnished and the breakfast is good. All in all, everything is good, but the price is a bit expensive.

LLouise MariePerfectly located in the center of the historic district and so close to everything. Everyone here is magnificent in helping and answering questions. There are a few bars nearby so we could hear parties at night but not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is yummy and the courtyard is great for evening drinks.
