Great customer service from check-in to check-out! Our room was clean. The room did not have a mini bar fridge, which would have been ideal. The hotel also didn’t have much toiletries in the bathroom, just shower gel and hand soap.

The rooms are spacious and bright, decorated in a simple and modern style, full of Nordic design. The beds are comfortable and the sheets and towels are very clean, ensuring a good sleep experience. I especially like the large windows in the room with beautiful views of the city.

After we went up, we felt that the view was good, but the windows in the room could not be opened at all, and the ventilation was poor.
