The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The service was good, and we appreciated being able to cook – especially since we had elderly family members who prefer home-cooked meals. It was a nice touch. The location is very convenient for transportation; it's close to the seafood market, Zhongshan Road, and a supermarket. I'd recommend getting your fruit from the supermarket, it's less than 50 meters away. Getting a ride-sharing car was easy and affordable, and there were shared bikes available too. Even though it's in an old neighborhood, it has its own charm, allowing us to experience the daily life of people in Xiamen's old quarter. The streets and alleys are well-connected and lead everywhere. We also tried Drunken One Seafood Restaurant, and even at 11 PM, it was packed! The grilled eel and steamed grouper were absolutely delicious. Overall, this guesthouse has a great location and was easy to find.

The room was clean, and the shower had wonderfully hot water. The central air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius. The staff were very welcoming, and the robot delivery service was quick and efficient. The location is super convenient, close to Sanfang Qixiang, Shangxiahang, and Minjiang之心. The environment here is absolutely fantastic! Coming to Fuzhou with so many Ming and Qing dynasty buildings, I initially chose a guesthouse converted from an ancient building, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The hygiene is excellent, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. It's worth mentioning how lovely the shampoo is; at previous hotels, my hair would always feel dry after washing, but here it feels great. The activities in the courtyard are perfect for kids, like calligraphy tools and the old-fashioned well for drawing water. While playing, a faint scent of osmanthus would occasionally drift by. You can truly relax and unwind without even needing to leave the property. Opening the door in the morning, you're greeted by the vibrant atmosphere of an old residential neighborhood – the smell of residents cooking dinner, the scent of wood emanating from the old houses, and the sound of footsteps on the wooden廊 (corridor). It was enough to calm even the most mischievous child.

The location is definitely convenient, right by the ferry terminal, and it's a short walk to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street for dining and shopping, which saves a lot of time for tourists. It's advertised as a 'sea view room,' and you can indeed see the sea from the window, but the view is quite standard, not as expansive as I imagined – pretty average. The room itself was reasonably clean with all the basic amenities, but the decor and furnishing were simple, more like a half-apartment, lacking much in the way of design. Soundproofing was decent; it felt stuffy with the window closed, and there was road noise with it open. I could faintly hear traffic at night. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, even escorting us to our room. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and value a good location, this place fits the bill. However, if you have high expectations for a 'sea view' or the overall accommodation experience, you might find it rather ordinary. It's acceptable if the price isn't too high, but during peak season, the value for money might be just average. **Suitable for:** Travelers who aren't too particular about accommodation and primarily spend their time exploring outside.

The hotel room I booked was a Luxury Executive River View Room, facing the southwest corner. The views and natural light were excellent, and privacy was high. It's truly one of Fuzhou's top room types. The interior space is large, with mostly wooden flooring and some carpeting – very impressive. The hotel also features a pool and gym with fantastic views, as well as an afternoon tea restaurant, all of which are of a very high standard. The afternoon tea cakes are freshly made, and the breakfast selection is quite rich and delicious, with fresh and light flavors. If I had to mention any shortcomings, it would be that some in-room facilities could be upgraded. For instance, the toilet isn't automatic, and the showerhead and faucet operation are a bit too traditional and impractical. There aren't full-room electric curtains, and the TV clarity isn't great. Also, the toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't from a well-known brand. If they could upgrade these details, it would be perfect. **Cleanliness**: Very clean and tidy, satisfactory. **Service**: There's butler service and reception at the entrance to help with luggage, etc. Check-in required queuing due to many guests, but the service felt very good. **Environment/Location**: The location is excellent, right in the city center. Minjiang Park is right at your doorstep, and nearby shopping malls and attractions are not far, all within a short taxi ride. This room design is very suitable for couples.

It's within walking distance of major attractions, making it easy for families with young children or elderly relatives. The breakfast is abundant, and the pool and kids' area are a great bonus, creating a perfect family vacation atmosphere. A fantastic experience overall!

The room was tidy and clean overall. It's close to Zengcuo'an, so it's a little noisy, but it's very convenient for visiting the night market and going to the beach. The service from the young lady was incredibly good. She even took me to the taxi stand in her electric scooter when she saw me carrying such a big suitcase. In this respect, it far surpasses other accommodations in this area!

The service was great, and the staff member was very welcoming. The hotel has a pool, which kept the kids entertained and happy. The environment is comfortable, right next to the beach. There's a bus stop basically 300 meters away, making transportation very convenient. There's a snack street nearby, and if you're not into snacks, there are plenty of popular brand-name restaurants and almost all the well-known milk tea brands.
