I chose this hotel near the North Station for its proximity to catch a high-speed train, and their service was exceptionally thoughtful. The room was immaculately clean, with crisp, wrinkle-free sheets, and the AC cooled the room quickly. The front desk staff kindly helped me with my luggage to the elevator and even offered recommendations for nearby attractions and local eateries. The housekeeping team provided bottled water, and noticing I was working late, even gave me extra tissues. It made for a truly relaxing and stress-free one-night stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I have been to many hotels around the world and nothing comes close to this very unique boutique hotel which is also a space for local artists to display their beautiful paintings. The modern slick European style architectural furnishings make each room so unique and beautiful, it's absolutely amazing. Along with that, the hotel goes out of their way to give you the best service. Free afternoon tea to your room on arrival, a surprise gift pack, smart rooms with movie projector, smart curtains, smart toilet. Help yourself to free snack, fruits, drinks and coffee at any afternoon and supper. Great self help laundry and gym. And if that wasn't enough, it's situated on the 17th & 18th floors in Block 3 of a high rise estate, right above the Songhua Road subway station, Exit B, among two modern shopping centers and hundreds of restaurants at your door step. It's also situated next to the White House and a wetland park. The view above feels like you are above Central Park in New York, NY. It only took us around 35 min to arrive from Guiyang North HSR train station. This is probably the best location you can find for a short or long stay in Guiyang. The staff will also advise you on how to arrange a 1 to 4 days trip around the province of Guizhou . We took a 4 days trip with the China Travel Service and were able to store our large luggage with reception until we returned 4 days later. We are so happy with the staff, service, room and amenities of this hotel that I would stay recommend all my Australian family and friends to do the same when they visit Guiyang. This is a five star boutique hotel without the cost of other five star hotels. Best value for. money.

The hotel's ambiance was immediately captivating – so tranquil and cozy, making for a truly relaxing stay. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner of the room, the bedding, and the bathroom were spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. The facilities were incredibly comprehensive: having a washer and dryer directly solved my laundry woes while traveling, and the printer was super convenient for urgent needs – they really thought of everything! The staff were warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. The biggest surprise was the free parking, making road trips stress-free. The value for money is absolutely amazing, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Hotel location and amenities are good but hotel’s rooms are seems like only suitable for intimate couple. Very dark at rooms walkway, Sexy see thru curtains within room, round bed, funny couple sticker on wall glass.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Jiaxiu Tower. Downstairs, there's a fantastic array of local snacks and street food, including Nanmen Changwang Noodles, Sour Soup Fish, and Luoguo, making it incredibly easy to find a meal. Both Qianling Mountain and Yangming Ancestral Temple are just a short taxi ride away. I had originally made two separate bookings, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a room on the 50th floor. Later, despite high occupancy, they went above and beyond to secure an extension for an extra night and even provided complimentary executive lounge afternoon tea vouchers. The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive, the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the service was impeccable. My deposit was refunded immediately after check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel boasts a great environment, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Its location is also super convenient for exploring; Qianling Mountain Park, with its many monkeys, is very close by. Plus, it's just a 400-meter walk to the White House, and also close to Jiaxiu Tower, Qingyun Market, and Minsheng Road. Guizhou's natural scenery is absolutely stunning! Highly recommended.

Charming Hotel with Attentive Service and Breathtaking Views Getting to the hotel can be a bit of an adventure—it’s tucked away inside the village, which requires a ticket and a bus transfer. However, the effort is well worth it. From the moment we arrived, our butler was incredibly attentive, offering a pickup service and always being available to answer questions or help with any needs. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and full of character, with stunning views that make you want to linger by the window. One of the most unique highlights is the rooftop photoshoot service—the backdrop is absolutely spectacular, and the photos turned out unbelievably beautiful. Overall, despite the slightly tricky journey, the combination of personalized service, charming rooms, and unforgettable experiences makes this hotel a true hidden gem.

Super good!! The butler service is very comprehensive, and every staff member I met is very considerate. Before departure, you can communicate with the butler on WeChat. We landed at 8:30 pm, and there are airport pick-up and drop-off services. The butler Myles is very considerate because my boyfriend sprained his leg while playing basketball and had difficulty walking. Myles brought a wheelchair to pick him up at the airport, which is great! ! When we checked in at the hotel, we were given hot towels and tea. Because we had to go out for a midnight snack at night, Myles also recommended a store to us and asked us if we needed to queue up. It was great! The next morning, because my boyfriend had difficulty walking, I asked the butler to send breakfast to the room. It was fresh fruit and bread, which was relatively simple. We had dinner at the hotel in the evening. The layout was very romantic and the taste was good! There is also an art tour of the hotel. I have to say that after listening to it, I realized that there are so many small ideas in design. The butler who introduced us was Nono, who was very sweet and introduced it very well! The hotel bar is full of atmosphere and we had a lot of drinks. We also gave us snacks, which were fried potato chips. They were a bit spicy, but we couldn't eat anything too spicy. Next to it is Ayunduo Warehouse, which has many cultural and creative products, coffee shops, and food. It is very suitable for walking, very trendy, and the design is also very beautiful. We booked afternoon tea on the third day, and the desserts were delicious and not too sweet. Because it was a night flight, we specially delayed the room until 4 o'clock. It was the first time for us to delay the room until 4 o'clock when we stayed in a hotel. When we left, the housekeeper came to help us take the luggage and put it in the car. The hotel's location is truly exceptional. We could quickly reach numerous popular spots like Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Night Market either on foot or by taxi, which made it incredibly easy to dive into an authentic Guiyang culinary adventure. What was especially thoughtful was that all the rooms arranged for us were Jiaxiu Tower view rooms. Whether it was the ancient charm during the day or the dazzling lights at night, these views became the most beautiful backdrop of our trip. What truly touched us was our encounter with Rabby and Stellar at check-out. Not only did they kindly ask about our stay over the past few days and attentively listen to our feedback, but they also surprised us with gifts – cute puzzle toys for the kids, and even exquisite Guizhou-style embroidered coasters for us adults. This level of thoughtfulness made our departure feel warm and special.

We booked this hotel as a last-minute Chistmas Eve getaway. At a total cost of 840 rmb, it was a bit of a splurge. It was totally worth it. Let's start with the bathtub. I am 6'4” (193 cm), 150kg, and I love a good bath. This bathtub is a small pool. You can see in the photo that I was stretched out with room to spare. Then there is the view, I love Guiyang at night, and it looked so cool with the fog and the lights. The sitting area by the windows was so pleasant with a couple glasses of wine (provided with the room) . Honestly, you can find the rest of the room amenities in other hotels, but you are hard pressed to find a view or a tub like this anywhere. I also found the service to be extremely helpful. My Chinese is poor, so the hostess who checked us in created a wechat group so that I could translate things and make any requests of the front desk staff. They were very responsive and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I will most likely book this room every couple of months as a mini vacation for the wife and I.
