Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

I booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

Last weekend, I stayed at a city center branch of LeFeng Hotel for business reasons. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, this healing journey full of ritual began quietly. First impression: sensory enjoyment of nature and technology The iconic purple logo and elegant fragrance at the hotel entrance instantly make people relieve their fatigue. The smiling greeting from the front desk staff was professional and warm, and the hot towels and lavender tea they handed over were extremely thoughtful. When checking in, I noticed that the lobby design was dominated by natural elements. The combination of wood color and lavender purple was fresh and soft, and the background music was soothing humming, as if I was in a quiet forest. What surprised me even more was that the front desk was equipped with a self-service check-in machine, which could complete identity verification and room card collection in 3 minutes, combining efficiency with humanistic care. Room Experience: The Truth is in the Details When I pushed open the door, the curtains opened automatically and the sunlight shone through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the light grey carpet. The room was filled with a faint scent of lavender - I later learned that this was LeFeng's unique aromatherapy system, which could adjust the concentration according to the time of day. The room design continues the brand's natural concept. The original wood-colored furniture and purple soft furnishings complement each other, and the wall decoration painting is an abstract lavender field, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Catering and supporting facilities: convenience and quality Although the hotel breakfast is not luxurious, it has the advantage of fresh ingredients and reasonable combinations. Freshly cooked noodles, steaming Chinese dim sum, whole grains and salad bars are all available. Although the gym is not big, it is fully equipped with equipment; the self-service equipment in the laundry room is easy to operate and is very practical for long-term guests. Check-out moment: a sweet dream you don’t want to wake up from When I checked out, the front desk asked if I needed to check out later. After learning that I needed to catch a high-speed train, they quickly completed the formalities and gave me a portable bottle of lavender essential oil. When I looked back at the hotel entrance, I suddenly realized that this short stay had given me a wonderful sense of attachment - the technological warmth hidden in the smart guest control, the natural atmosphere blended in the lavender fragrance, and the sincere smiles in the eyes of the employees, together weaved into the warmest memories of the journey.

The hotel is in a great location, with Huaiyuan Night Market just downstairs. Staying here, you can visit the market twice or three times until you're exhausted. The overall hotel maintenance is acceptable, with the only problem being that the toilet, perhaps a bit worn out, has a slight odor of stale urine upon opening the door. The hotel staff was wonderful, and they gave two breakfast coupons upon check-in. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows and bed felt like one and the same! The highlight was the shower room. Turning on the showerhead automatically plays music, and you can switch to the next song if you don't like it, or pause it if you want a quiet shower. It was a really fun touch. The apples provided by the hotel were also incredibly sweet! Overall, I highly recommend it!

The future cabin design of the Mars base is great, with a smart toilet, plenty of hot water, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rich welcome fruit plate. It can be said that it has everything. Unfortunately, we encountered extreme weather during the two days we went there. We felt the power of the sandstorm and spent half of the time playing in the room. It was considered a bad stay haha. Fortunately, the wind stopped at night, and we watched two nights of bonfire parties in a row. The children liked it very much. When the wind stopped during the day, we took the time to go sandboarding. The children loved sandboarding so much. It was super fun. On the third day, it finally cleared up. We went to Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area to brush the project. It was still very cost-effective with a 50% discount. 150 per person, you can play four projects: horse riding, camel riding, surfing car, and motorcycle. The housekeeper Xiaodong took very thoughtful care and provided us with great convenience. He deserves a five-star praise.

The location is superior, with Baolan Railway, Dingwu Expressway and Yinlan Expressway surrounding the surrounding area, and convenient transportation. The environment is beautiful, and the Yellow River passes around the village, forming a Jizi Bay. The river water is clear. The Ming Great Wall can be reached in a five-minute walk. From it, you can overlook the entire village and the Shapotou Scenic Area across the Yellow River. The towers and sand sliding center that fly over the Yellow River are clearly visible. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities such as bathtubs, toilets and hair dryers are all good. The service is excellent. I arrived at more than ten o'clock in the evening, and the front desk guy was still waiting for me in the parking lot. He drove me around the village the next day. The front desk was warm and considerate, and responded to every request. I felt first-class service in the northwest. The coffee at Kongshan Jiutie is delicious!

I stayed at your hotel on this business trip and was very satisfied with the overall experience! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the desk and lighting design were very suitable for work. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and the commercial district, making travel very convenient. The front desk service was professional and efficient, especially Lucy's warm reception, which impressed me deeply. I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip!

We booked a Deluxe Cabin and a King Cabin for two nights, traveling as a family of four plus two elders. Upon check-in, we discovered they offered a butler-like service, which wasn't mentioned on Ctrip but was a pleasant surprise. Requests were responded to very quickly, almost instantly. The twin beds in the Deluxe Cabin could be combined to form a super king bed, perfect for families. Right outside our cabin door was sand, which the kids absolutely loved and played in all the time. Shared sand-digging tools were also available. Golf carts were provided for transfers within the resort, which was very convenient. There are two restaurants: the 'Panorama Restaurant' on the second floor in Zone A, offering dune views, and the 'Star Restaurant' in Zone B. Breakfast, dinner, and late-night snacks were all complimentary. The Panorama Restaurant served a Chinese and Western buffet for dinner, while the Star Restaurant offered mini hot pot. It seemed the Panorama Restaurant was exclusively for guests who booked higher-category rooms; guests in other room types needed to pay an extra fee. Personally, however, I preferred the mini hot pot at the Star Restaurant and felt no need to visit the Panorama Restaurant, but that's a matter of personal preference. The late-night snack was noodles, which could even be delivered to our room – a very thoughtful touch that showed great hospitality. These complimentary dinner and late-night snack benefits were also not listed on Ctrip but were indeed provided. The hotel offered shuttle service to and from the activity zone, though a transfer at Star Coffee was required. Stargazing at night was also fantastic, but since I visited in early September, it was still a bit chilly in the evenings, so I recommend wearing a long coat. The only downsides were that some golf cart drivers weren't very friendly, perhaps due to heavy workloads. Also, the complimentary amenities in each room varied. One room had neck gaiters, arm sleeves, and shoe covers, while the other lacked arm sleeves but had raincoats and umbrellas, which I found a bit confusing. Moreover, for extended stays, these amenities are supposed to be replenished daily, but ours were not refilled. However, we could pick them up at Star Coffee for free. Overall, I still highly recommend this place. It's definitely worth bringing children here for a unique experience. We booked a special room to experience the scenery of the Yellow River. The housekeeper upgraded us to a family room for free when she saw that we were bringing our children! There is a slide in the room! The children were so happy that they didn't want to leave! The Dalezhiye in Huanghe Suji is first-class from the environment to the service! The breakfast is also very good!

It's worthy of being called Xipo. The service and the room are so good. Taking advantage of the off-peak season, I came alone to experience the Yellow River Homestay. Each homestay has a different decoration style. I chose Xipo on the recommendation of my friend and was very satisfied. The facilities and services corresponding to this price are really worth it. The price of two nights in the off-season is equivalent to the price of a normal night. The hair dryer is Dyson, and the toiletries are all from the laboratory. There are also beer + drinks in the mini bar, freshly ground coffee, and freshly made bread (forgot to take a picture). The sea salt rolls are super delicious, and the scones are also good, not sweet at all, which suits my taste. The whole homestay is very quiet, close to the Yellow River, and there are trails. If there are many people at night, you can drink, eat barbecue and watch the stars by the Yellow River. The service of private butler Xiaoying is really excellent. She will contact the guests about three days before you check in and help arrange some matters, such as car pick-up, introduction of food, drink and entertainment nearby, food, drink and entertainment in Zhongwei, and travel photography needs. She will also recommend it. After check-in, she will also take meticulous care of the guests. She deserves 100 points. Such a niche place is highly recommended for family and couple travel. If you go to Zhongwei, you must stay at Huanghe Suji to experience the local traditional customs.
