The warm and professional service of the front desk staff Liu Yuanli made us feel like spring breeze. The room design combines style and comfort, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can enjoy the beautiful city night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. I especially like the details of the bathroom space - high-end toiletries, constant temperature showers and fluffy bathrobes that are changed daily make people completely relaxed. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of Tangdao and Wanda, and the surrounding food recommended by the concierge is also amazing. Whether it is the rich buffet breakfast in the morning or the 24-hour responsive room service, it shows the delicate service quality of a five-star hotel. Looking forward to experiencing it again next time!

Centrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai. What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway. But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

The bathroom is really great, it feels like it has been refurbished. The decoration and furniture are a bit outdated, especially the sofa which is a bit off. If you want to make big money, you can change the lobby first.
