Excellent as always! I'm probably a returning guest, and the front desk staff kindly arranged an executive floor room for me. The view was expansive, with the full panorama of the Huangpu River nightscape right there – a true river view room. All the staff I encountered were incredibly warm and attentive, thank you 🙏. The half-star deduction this time is because the mattress felt uneven last night for some reason. There was a noise from the bed frame whenever I slightly turned over. The housekeepers wouldn't hear it when making the bed unless they actually lay on it. I suggest following up on this bed noise issue, specifically in room 3822.

The room was great, very satisfying, and the location was super convenient, close to everything. The front desk service was excellent, the lobby was clean, and the facilities were good. Plus, the front desk staff spoke English.

This is an excellent hotel, located right in the heart of Lujiazui. There's an underground passage connecting it to IFC Mall, Super Brand Mall, and the subway. It's been over 20 years since my last stay, and the experience was even better this time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by enthusiastic staff who opened the doors. Check-in was orderly and efficient. The room was clean and a good size, and the facilities were well-maintained, clearly having been renovated. Requests for extra pillows and other amenities were promptly fulfilled. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to fully explore the public facilities. On my check-out day, it was raining, and the concierge had plenty of umbrellas available for loan. Overall, the service was very comfortable – warm and genuine, not artificial. The hotel's views are simply breathtaking. From the room, you can see the Shanghai Tower, the tallest building in Shanghai, and the Huangpu River. It feels like all the high-rise buildings you see from the ground are right at your feet, giving you a sense of grandeur. At night, the vibrant neon lights of the surrounding area are captivating. Highly recommended.

We faced a big problem, and thanks to her patience, responsibility, and sincere desire to help, she supported us step by step and even helped us get our money back. This level of care is far beyond standard hotel service. She proved that the reception team here is not just present for formalities — they truly help guests solve real and important problems. We are deeply grateful to her. The entire reception team always tried to accommodate our requests in every possible way, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude made us feel truly cared for. Another lovely detail was the availability of bath salt, which made our evenings especially relaxing after a long day. The hotel has a great atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very helpful and enthusiastic. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended! It's also very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again.

I traveled to Shanghai with my family of four. Our return bullet train was at 6 AM on the 13th, and I was worried we wouldn't make it to Hongqiao Railway Station on time. So, we arrived at the station around 6 PM on the 12th and looked for a hotel nearby. I checked Ctrip and found this place to be excellent value for money. I booked a special offer room for 157 yuan, thinking we'd just squeeze in and leave early the next morning. The hotel was very close. When we got there, the front desk attendant was a handsome guy who was very polite. After hearing our situation, he upgraded us to a duplex room with two beds for free, saying, 'Both the adults and children can get a good rest.' He was very thoughtful and efficient. The two kids absolutely loved it, happily running up and down the stairs. Our family stayed in Shanghai for two nights. The first night was at a Home Inn in North Bund, and honestly, this hotel was much, much better. This hotel is genuinely great and highly recommended. The hotel's name is Muyi Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao National Exhibition and Convention Center).

The location is next to big mall, the subway is just near by and you can walk directly to the north bund from there. A big disadvantage that the hotel staff does not speak any English, and also the parking 🅿️ was included, but I had an issue to go in and out arguing with the park service guy. The room without window is not really cool comparing with the window one, so would never book that again as it little fresh air. In general, it’s clean and comfortable

the hotel’s location is relatively convenient and very accessible to location like nanjingroad. the staff here also also very friendly to help. though the history of this hotel is long but the room is clean and comfortable. i also ordered delivery and it will be sent via robot and buy taobao to this hotel, where they can help receive the parcel. overall is a very good experience.
