Book here last minute so that i dont have to rush to Pudong Airport the next day. Its cheap but surprisingly its super clean & beautiful hotel, nice smell , big room , big super king bed with a balcony. The receptionist can speak English , a plus point. The next day my flight got delayed & the staff give me late check out til 2pm. Thanks. I tried a breakfast even i didnt prebook it coz i plan to wake up late. I just pay rmb40 for the healthy bfast. Just the same floor as mine. Very near. I will book here again if i got a chance. Its very highly recommended. Btw surrouding are actually residence area with a residence mall , massage , salon , coffee shop & jist eveything that u need is here. The driver just send us until here at the square as picture attach coz theres no road to the lobby

I have that you can see the life and the mini shopping more and eating you can see it and it’s the nearest the Eastern energy Road have many choice to keep buying and have the pop Mart and like another. Near ahma handmade, lailai xiaolong, luckin coffee, and lawson. Great location.

Hotel Review – Absolutely Worthwhile Stay I had a fantastic stay and honestly have nothing bad to say. The whole experience felt smooth, clean, and genuinely relaxing. My husband and I spent a couple of days there celebrating my birthday. Spa & Facilities The spa was amazing. It’s a no-shoe area, so you can walk around barefoot, in socks, or use the shoes they provide. It was spotlessly clean, and we had access to all the sauna and stone rooms. Our room had a private hot tub, which was a highlight, and the massages were both reasonably priced and excellent. Rooms & Service The staff spoke English and went out of their way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. One thing to note: there aren’t shelves or cupboards in the rooms, but they provide hooks and hangers. That’s because they supply spa clothes for guests, so you don’t need much closet space. Your shoes are kept in lockers inside the hotel. You can put the on and take them off before you enter and exit the hotel. Location & Convenience It’s close to Disney, and they run a bus to and from Disneyland. The departure time is a bit early, but you can have an early breakfast beforehand if you book a room with breakfast included. The wristband system makes everything easy and affordable — meals, games, and other extras all get charged directly to your room. Extras for Everyone There’s plenty to do on-site: billiards, Nintendo games, arcade room, movies, and several kid-friendly areas. They also have an in-house restaurant with snack bars, ice cream, drinks, and sweets. Designated smoking areas are available too. Overall, it was a really relaxing and well-organized getaway. Great for families and couples alike. Highly recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay near Disney.

The online service was great, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The environment was lovely, and the duplex room was absolutely fantastic! It offered incredible value for money. My kids even said, 'This hotel is amazing!' Breakfast was also really good, and having laundry facilities was a big plus. Highly recommend!

The location is great, right near Xinzha Road Metro Station on Line 1, making it super convenient for shopping, getting around, and finding places to eat. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. The surrounding amenities are excellent, making daily travel and sightseeing a breeze. The geographical advantage is a huge plus. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is excellent! Pros: 1. The entire staff, from the front desk and housekeepers to the concierge and doormen, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. However, it seemed like they were severely understaffed. I personally witnessed five groups queuing to check in at night with only one front desk agent. They were clearly overwhelmed. 2. The room was spacious, the bathtub was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. 3. The location is very convenient for both taxis and the subway. Just a heads-up for those with luggage: the nearest subway entrance doesn't have an escalator or elevator. Cons: 1. There were some minor cleanliness issues. A housekeeper left someone else's soap in my room. 2. The curtains didn't reach the floor, so I was woken up by the sunlight in the morning. 3. While the Wi-Fi was usable and fine for Tencent Meeting, it wasn't as fast or reliable as I would have liked.

The room type was great, with two large beds and a children's slide, which my kids absolutely loved. It was very clean, and the bathroom mirror even had a motion-sensor light. The hair dryer was a Laifen, which worked really well. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was resolved quickly after we reported it. Overall, it's great value for money. The surrounding environment is also lovely; the B&B has cats and dogs, and there's a camping area where you can feed small animals, which the kids also enjoyed a lot. The B&B breakfast was very rich and delicious.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived very early in the morning from our flight and as our room was ready, they allowed us to check in early with no extra charge. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. We even had a massage chair in the room which was unexpected. The shower was amazing, hot water and great pressure. The bed was comfortable. For the price and location, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because it's super close to my kid's class, and I was worried about being late. What's really great is that even though it's in the city center, they still offer parking, which many hotels can't provide these days. The hotel itself is very quiet and clean, so my stay was really comfortable. The front desk staff and housekeeping aunties were all excellent, and breakfast was plentiful.
