Choosing this hotel for my Shanghai trip was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely prime – just a few minutes' walk to the Bund. In the evening, a stroll along the Suzhou Creek with the gentle breeze was perfect, offering a panoramic view of Lujiazui's dazzling nightscape across the river. If I wanted to shop on Nanjing East Road, it was just a short walk away, completely hassle-free with no need to plan transportation. The hotel service was an even bigger bonus! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted me with warm smiles. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and all facilities were complete and working perfectly. I could even catch a glimpse of the Suzhou Creek from my window. Overall, the experience was fantastic! Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Stumble upon this hotel recommended by Trip. Book it and definitely no regrets, amazing stay! Room is beautiful, Location is just right beside the Bund. Good food and good scenic places reachable by foot. Staffs at the Hotel is very friendly and helpful! Especially Ella, who facilitated my check in and guided me through the process very patiently. I was also offered an upgrade for a deal price and that was one of the best decision made! Simply lovely. It doesn't end there, Ella went the extra mile when my Taobao orders I bought were sent to the wrong hotel due to me keying in the wrong address. Ella kindly assisted me to contact the hotel that my parcel was mailed to for confirmation, followed by guiding me to that hotel to pick up my parcel! It would have been a mess without her help. The location is fantastic. The hotel is ideally situated at the junction of Putuo and Jing'an districts, just a 5-minute walk from Changshou Road subway station (Lines 7 and 13). It's also very close to attractions like Jing'an Temple and Suzhou Creek, as well as major shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

Excellent location in Nanjing Pedestrian Street. Metro line 2 is within walking distance, line 1 will be slightly further. assigned room was at level 7 which was not served by the lift and was a maze to walk through. Room space was ok and there was a massage chair which was a pleasant surprise. however the interior of the room was slightly dated (black furniture and yellow lighting). room cleanliness was average at best. floor felt dusty and the sheets gave me a bit of a rash. counter staff were friendly and accomodating and facilitated collection of my online purchases. having said, this hotel seems to be very popular among tourists from Russia, S Korea and Southeast Asia. overall i would say i enjoyed my stay here.

Wonderful Pet-Friendly Stay Near the Airport I stayed at this hotel near the airport and had an amazing experience. The property is genuinely pet-friendly, which made traveling with my cat so much easier. The front desk staff Xiaohu were incredibly kind and helpful—I had just arrived and didn’t have a Chinese phone number yet, and she went out of her way to help me order cat litter. That small gesture made a huge difference. The room itself was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had a small private yard connected to it—it made the space feel peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. The location is also perfect for travelers, especially those needing quick access to the airport. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the executive lounge and is genuinely one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. The room was flawless, the staff despite the language barrier were incredibly lovely and kind and the view we had of the city was like no other. Breakfast was very nice and is a close distance to any of the major tourist attractions. We will certainly return back him when we come back to Shanghai!

Staying at the Heye Hotel on a high floor offers a view of the Huangpu River, and they even provided tickets for the Oriental Pearl TV Tower's two spheres. My mom and I had a great time! For this value for money, you won't find anything better in Lujiazui. The bar on the 30th floor also offers a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower – I wish I had known sooner! I'd definitely come back again; I'm very satisfied. Those two tickets for the spheres were such a great deal. The breakfast was good. Each stay includes two tickets to the spheres for sightseeing: perfect!

We chose this onsen hotel because we were going to Disneyland, and it unexpectedly enhanced our trip! After a long day at the park, coming back to soak in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast was extensive, the playground was great for kids, and the Disneyland shuttle service was very convenient! Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys hot springs or is planning a visit to the park!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and as soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by a French-inspired decor that exuded a luxurious feel. My mother, who travels extensively, also found it comfortable and pleasant. The room layout was absolutely beautiful, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it! The water pressure in the room was excellent, and the lobby design was very stylish, which I personally loved. One pleasant surprise was that the Bund is just a 5-minute walk away, where you can take a 2-yuan ferry to admire the night view – truly wonderful! There's also a large supermarket right across the street that's worth exploring for some shopping. If only I had more time, I would have loved to stay a few more days. I definitely plan on returning for a longer stay next time to slowly explore Shanghai. Oh, and they have robot delivery service for food orders, and all the staff were very warm and friendly!
