We had an outstanding and truly unforgettable stay at this hotel. Every member of staff was wonderful, and the manager, Shirley, went above and beyond to make sure we were completely comfortable throughout our visit. We were staying during my partner’s birthday, and the team made a genuine effort to turn it into a very special occasion. When renovations in the neighboring room caused some noise, Shirley kindly upgraded us to another room at no extra charge and even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate the birthday. The rooms were perfect, with a stunning view from the window overlooking the famous and beautiful Shanghai skyline. This level of care and attention truly made our stay memorable.

The hotel lobby is magnificent. As soon as I got out of the car, a staff member came to help me with my luggage. I had three large suitcases, and he kindly carried them all up for me. The breakfast restaurant has beautiful views, perfect for taking lovely photos. The breakfast selection is quite extensive, and the mini wontons are incredibly authentic and delicious.

Amara Shanghai exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well organized. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel had a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Amara Shanghai and would love to return in the future.

The location is fantastic!! Cannot beat this location right on nanjing road. Popular eats such as lailai xlb 2 mins walk away. One consideration tho, for people with accessibility challenges the set up of this hotel is a bit strange. Within the same floor, somehow it’s separated into two levels. You need to climb up a narrow staircase to get up to your room for some rooms. This was a bit challenging with the suitcases. Other than that, can’t complain with this location.

This hotel truly stands out for its exceptional service. They responded immediately via WeChat, and everything was seamless from start to finish. The breakfast was wonderful as well. Love the wonton and the aunty! After staying here for three days because we wanted to be near Disneyland, we moved to a five-star hotel on the Bund. Even so, we both agreed that the beds at Manli were far more comfortable. Having stayed in luxury and other hotels around the world, we can confidently say this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

Eton hotel is my first choice of stay because of the many above pointers and many many others good reason. The hotel starts from floor 28 onward and it is a very high floor view of both the river and the skyline. And because of the first good stay, I went back again in November 2025 and then in December 2025 to the same hotel and it offer the same level of floor height to stay. Gym is good to use and so does it changing room facilties. The indoor pool is also good to see and it is closed during my stay. Maybe it is cold weather and the pool is closed for indoor use. And many other international participants are also staying in this properties

Fantastic stay at the Treasury Hotel – highly recommend. We had an excellent stay at the Treasury Hotel in Shanghai. The room was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned to a really high standard throughout our stay, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re travelling. The hotel itself feels well looked after and comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Anytime we needed directions, recommendations, or help figuring out transport, they went out of their way to explain things clearly and make sure we were sorted. Nothing felt like a hassle, and they were always smiling and approachable. The location is also a big plus – very convenient for getting around Shanghai, with shops, food, and transport links nearby. It made exploring the city really easy. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding service. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Everything was perfect, from the front desk staff, garage and ground parking attendants, those issuing parking vouchers and inputting license plates, to the housekeeping on each floor, and the restaurant and executive lounge service teams—everyone was friendly, polite, and patient. During the day, doormen in European-style uniforms assisted with car drop-offs and luggage handling. The dining options were plentiful and of high quality. Both the hotel's interior and exterior, as well as the room condition, exceeded expectations. The suite was furnished to feel like a home, complete with various furniture and amenities. The executive lounge environment was also very elegant and comfortable, and the hotel is close to the ferry and cruise terminals. As a Bund hotel, it offers excellent value for money overall and is a perfect place to enjoy beautiful scenery, delicious food, and unwind.

The Disney shuttle only runs once in the early morning; it would be great if they could add one in the late morning and one in the afternoon.

Stayed for 4 nights. A bit outside the city but right above McDonald’s, and DiDi makes everything easy. Very clean hotel with the friendliest staff. Would 100% stay here again.
