I booked this hotel for a business trip because it was close to the conference venue and the pictures looked clean. It turned out to be unexpectedly comfortable.
**Facilities:** The facilities are quite complete. It would be perfect if the shower had a rain showerhead. I liked that the toilet and shower were separate, which saved time when sharing a room with a colleague.
**Hygiene:** It was very clean; the sheets and duvet cover were freshly changed.
**Environment:** The hotel is divided into three floors. The 3rd floor is for check-in and has larger rooms, while the 13th and 14th floors also have rooms. On my first day, I stayed on the 14th floor alone and it even had a balcony. It would be lovely to sit out there when the weather isn't cold. The restaurant is also on the 114th floor.
**Service:** The staff here are very attentive; they remembered everything I mentioned and even reminded me about things. They also offered afternoon tea, and there was tea provided in the room. It was genuinely very good.

I've been to Chengdu many times, and usually stay in hotels. But this time, traveling with family, we chose this apartment... I didn't expect it to be so good! It offered us a fantastic view, and we could even see the 3D screen at Taikoo Li, which I especially loved.
**Amenities**: As soon as we walked in, wow, it was beautiful! There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room was particularly spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. We all absolutely loved it! 🥰
**Service**: The service was impeccable, from before check-in all the way to check-out. The concierges were excellent, polite, and friendly, making the entire communication process very smooth. Parking is free; just let the concierge know in advance to register your car, which is super convenient. The instructions from the concierge were very clear. Most importantly, they even deliver your takeout right to your door – that's amazing!
Overall, I highly recommend you stay here; we'll definitely be back!

The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again.

After a long deliberation, I finally settled on LOUIS High-rise Hotel for my Chengdu trip, and I was absolutely blown away! It seriously made my entire trip so much more enjoyable.
The hotel's location is just divine, right in the heart of Chunxi Road. It's just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li to see the famous climbing panda, and downstairs you'll find a luxury shopping district and all sorts of authentic Chengdu snacks like 'Lao Ma Tu Tou' (Old Mama Rabbit Head) and hotpot, all ready to be devoured right outside the door. Even better, the subway station is just a few hundred meters away, and there's a direct shuttle service to Tianfu Airport. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring the city or heading out, saving so much time on transportation.
As soon as I entered the room, I was mesmerized by the panoramic views from the 28th floor! The 180° floor-to-ceiling windows framed Chengdu's cityscape like a moving painting. By day, you can watch the blue tiles and traffic of Taikoo Li, and at night, the neon lights transform into a river of light. Even brushing my teeth, I could catch a glimpse of the bustling city outside, it really added a touch of grandeur to the experience. The room design is perfect for young people, with its black and white panda theme and mirrored elements, giving it a very cyberpunk vibe. Every photo taken here looks amazing, and the front desk staff even offered to help me take pictures – a 100% success rate for great shots.
The hardware facilities were incredibly thoughtful too: a huge scenic bathtub with a plush bath mat. I just sprinkled in some bath salts, soaked in the tub while enjoying the night view and listening to music on the Marshall speaker – so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Plus, there's a full smart home control system and a Panasonic smart toilet, so no more cold surprises in winter. They also provide a Starbucks capsule coffee machine and a Laifen hairdryer. Every detail exudes quality.

This hotel's design is absolutely perfect for couples; it's incredibly romantic and atmospheric. The highlight has to be the huge bathtub with an unbeatable view of Chengdu's nightscape – simply stunning! From the front desk service to the room tidiness, everything was exceptional. The location is fantastic too, right behind Taikoo Li, with two convenience stores downstairs. Plus, the street food stalls outside stay open quite late, so night owls can easily grab a late-night snack. Highly recommend! 💯

Right in the heart of Chengdu city. Just 5min away from IFS building where there are many tour buses to outskirts. ISEYA service is top notch! I stayed in 3 different hotels during my China trip. ISEYA’s butler is most responsive and speedy. Kudos to 琪琪! Every morning, she will text us and ask if we want room make up and are there any special request. Always at my doorstep within 10min whenever we need her. The room is also very new and modern, no issue with the facilities. The only issue is the temperature difference between the loft level and bottom level, due to the room aircon vent position issue. So upper level may feel hot but lower level feels colder. Not really a big issue after we self adjust after one day. I would definitely choose ISEYA again for my next trip to China.

Overall, I had a very positive experience!
What I liked: great location, spacious room, nice view from the window, excellent service — the staff are very friendly and always willing to help, good price amazing value for money!
The room looked exactly like the photos — everything was in great condition.
What could be improved:
The automatic light in the small hallway when you enter the room turns off after about 10 seconds — not enough time to take off your shoes or coat, and you can only turn it back on from the main room.
Also, there are not enough hooks for towels. The hand towel just lies on the counter, and the bath towel can only be hung inside the shower, where it gets damp.
Wi-Fi could be better — it felt a bit slow, although that might just be the general internet situation in China.

I have nothing much to say but a very very big thank you to all the staff, especially 刘鑫 for always welcoming us and helping us out with every questions, laundry and being kind which makes us feel warm and home! Another big thank you to 王鑫悦 and 腾慧琳 who helped my mum out during midnight to find out ways to explore Emeishan! The staffs for morning breakfast always very kind and warmth like having a home cook meal at home! If you are looking for a quieter but convenient spot, please try this hotel! It’s really clean, cozy and spacious! They always clean and mop the floor in the morning, so the cleanliness is superb. The staffs are all helpful and friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights, all the nights where we are in Chengdu, this shows how much we love this place!

Seriously, since I started traveling in 2018, I've never encountered a hotel with such amazing service. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful, not only giving me great directions when I was lost but also recommending delicious local food, fun attractions, and even telling me where to see the Leshan Giant Buddha, checking the weather, and advising on where to book tickets.
This level of service is the best I've seen in all my years of traveling. It's one of the few hotels that makes me want to come back again and again after my first stay.

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

AAna TimoI am very happy with the hotel, close to the attraction and the metro station is strategic. Room very clean and with a lot of stuff. Reception very friendly. Close by a shop and walking distance a lot of place where to eat. Also received a nice gift as a memory :)
NNM.KALocated about a 10 mins walk from the Changpinggou entrance. If your bus drops you off in front of the entrance, do not take the hills on the left. Just go straight for about 500 meters, and you will arrive.
As a Muslim traveller, the nearest halal restaurant is a bit far, about a 30 mins walk. However, the hotel serves breakfast starting from ¥20 and you can request to suit your dietary needs.
To reach Shuangqiaogou, you will need to take a yellow minibus, which costs ¥15 one way. Make sure to carry some extra cash in case the driver’s WeChat Pay does not accept foreign card transactions, just like mine did.
The room was the best I’ve ever had during my stay in Sichuan, very comfortable with heated floors. The atmosphere and surroundings were breezy and peaceful. I honestly have no complaints at all! I totally loved this hotel!
The owner went the extra mile by picking me up from the Changpinggou entrance when I lost my way. Hats off! Also, special thanks to the two girls who helped me catch my bus back to Chengdu on my last day. All the staff were super friendly and I felt very welcomed and at home.
It truly feels like home here. Highly recommended for all solo female travellers. If I ever return to this area, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

__WeChat22703****First off, I have to commend the hotel's service; the staff were incredibly patient and polite. I also really liked the decor. The location is excellent – right across from the noodle shop Nicholas Tse visited, and the nearby Cuiniangniang Hotpot is also great. You can easily walk to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and IFS, among other places. The downside is that it's close to a main road, and even with the lights off at night, you can hear passing cars, which affected my sleep.
AAbigail WebbIt was okay. Would not book again. Unfortunately, this was one of our worse stays in China during our month long travel. There was an unfortunate plumbing issue (that they had no control over, totally understandable) but they moved us to a different room not listed with not as good of a view. And after asking and having to personally message the boss via WeChat received a 10% discount. The room was not very clean. Leftover tissues and hair in corners from the pervious person. The walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors. And we arrived to breakfast 30minutes after it started and there was very little left. I would be more gracious but this was also the most expensive place we stayed at. Did not meet my standards and would not stay here again.
MM60972****After returning from Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou, the rooms we booked there were quite standard. Back in the city, I wanted to experience a hotel with a strong ******* atmosphere, and after seeing the online reviews, I decisively booked this place for two nights. The location is great, quite close to Kuanzhai Alley. The hotel's decor exceeded my expectations; the public areas are filled with many items, yet they all blend together seamlessly and match perfectly. Where space is needed, it's never cluttered, making for a comfortable and well-balanced arrangement. The food is very simple, a mix of basic Western and Chinese options. The room is spotless and very comfortable. Both the owner and his wife are *******; judging by the decor, they seem to have an artistic background. They are both very friendly and welcoming. It's a guesthouse with great value for money.

__YX19971****The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Emei, just a 10-minute walk to the tourist center for the shuttle bus, and very convenient for accessing the main food street. There are plenty of great restaurants with thousands of reviews nearby, and the average prices are quite affordable, which I really liked.
The hotel environment is beautiful, with a standard swimming pool, an indoor hot spring pool, and two outdoor hot spring pools – perfect for relaxing after a hike! The rooms are quite spacious, though a bit damp; running the air conditioning more might help improve this.
The breakfast was abundant, but it lacked some thoughtfully prepared hot meat dishes. For several days, it was just fried chicken cutlets or roasted chicken. Other hot dishes were mostly vegetarian. Customers can definitely tell if a breakfast is genuinely well-prepared or just using quantity to make up for quality. The bread and desserts in the pastry section were quite varied, though!

MM235764****There's a direct passage from the Chengdu East Railway Station exit level that leads straight to the subway exit near the hotel via escalator. I walked to the train station's entrance in about 5 minutes from the hotel. It's clean, and the room is small, but for just over 100 RMB a night, there's really nothing to complain about. The breakfast is so-so; don't expect too much, but it's not terrible either, definitely better than grabbing something random on the street, and super convenient to eat and then head straight for your train.

AALian1113This Holiday Inn Express at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area has a great environment – it's clean, tidy, and hygienic. The breakfast is also really good; it's perfect to have breakfast before heading into Jiuzhaigou. During the off-season, it offers excellent value for money. The service attitude is also very good, making it a highly recommended hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou.

CChengEric ChengThe location is excellent, less than a minute's walk from the subway station, making it super convenient to get to shopping areas and attractions. The front desk lady was incredibly quick with check-in and even proactively upgraded our room. We stayed for 4 days with family and kids, and the experience was perfect! When we arrived, the hotel noticed we had a child and had already prepared kids' slippers and toothbrushes after we checked in, which instantly felt so thoughtful. The room space was large enough for the kids to run around without feeling crowded, and the cleanliness was impeccable; even corners and table crevices were spotless. There's a convenience store downstairs, making it super easy to buy snacks and daily necessities. Plus, for breakfast, they had special kid-sized cutlery, and my child really enjoyed eating. Next time I bring the kids, I'll definitely stay here again!
