Romantic Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

"My stay there was satisfied, I liked the idea of the capsule-like giving quiet good privacy. All the staff there were friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was very superb for me as well. Grazie!"

"Good location, short journey by car from train station & walkable distance to the city. Carrefour express supermarket is next to the hotel. Room is good with various pillows, except  missing bathroom slippers and amenities kit."

"Facilities are good but services are typical Italian... Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay."

"Overall, great value for money, highly recommend! Only a slight drain smell. Here's my real experience in August 2026: **[Location]** Right opposite Milan Central Station, super close! Perfect for late-night arrivals or early-morning departures. The station is a huge central hub with metro and bus connections, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's also very safe, with a security guard at the hotel entrance. **[Facilities]** Very new and complete, with a bathtub (you shower while standing in the tub). The bathroom is super spacious, and the mirror is large. They even provided disposable slippers, though I'm not sure why only one pair. **[Service]** The front desk service was excellent; I was able to check in before 2 PM. On the first night, complimentary sparkling water and still water in glass bottles were provided. **[Cons]** The room I stayed in had a slight drain odor, but no other major issues."

"The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving. Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding). The room was very cool and the room was very cool."

"The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water."

"We stayed at this hotel because we had a 4 AM flight the next morning. We booked a taxi through the hotel, and the staff said they could pack breakfast for us to take away. After checking in, we found the air conditioning wasn't working. Milan was scorching hot, and no matter how we adjusted it, the AC stayed above 26 degrees Celsius. We called the front desk around 9 PM. After a long wait, a staff member came, but all they did was press the AC temperature buttons a few times and then left. We had set the AC to 18 degrees, but the temperature just wouldn't drop. The front desk said they'd send another person to fix it and claimed the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. We waited for a very long time again, and it was almost 11 PM, but still no one came to fix it. My husband called the hotel again, this time being a bit more assertive. The hotel finally sent another person, who worked on it for a while but said it couldn't be fixed. The front desk then finally offered to move us to a room with working AC, from room 438 to 410. We finally got into a room with functioning air conditioning past 11:30 PM. Both my child and I were exhausted. They had previously said the rooms were all full, but now there was one – isn't that contradictory? If there was a room available, why didn't they switch us earlier? We could have gotten at least 2-3 more hours of sleep. We woke up around 3 AM the next morning to pack our bags. After a night of hassle, neither of us got much sleep. The taxi driver arrived promptly at 4 AM, but the packed breakfast the hotel promised was not provided. The service at this hotel is truly speechless. I will definitely not be staying here again."

"This hotel embodies the unique European concept of a 'small luxury hotel.' Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Duomo and the Galleria in Milan. At night, after the crowds disperse, you can enjoy the stunning dome all to yourself under the quiet lights – the view is incredible directly from your room. From the reception area to the corridors, the rooms, and the restaurant, there's a pervasive artistic atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay."

"Very beautiful place in the mountains, what air there 🤍 Hotel is crazy beautiful. Yes, the rooms are not very new and the design is possible, but it gives it a charming. The restaurant where breakfast is going on is something unrealistic. The breakfast is delicious. The terms that are included in the accommodation are also great. Happy hour by recording, also included in the accommodation - serve snacks, small Swedish table, sparkling, beer, alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktail. Thank you to the hotel, for our holiday. I dream to return 🙏"

"The hotel would better not to have the concierge staff, Andrea, who had very unpleasant attitude. It seems another woman staff next to him felt sorry about this, watching these 😂. He was disrespectful, talking without eye-contact when I asked something to him. Except him, every staff was super kind and perfect. Hotel was also very nice. Super beautiful lake view and garden. To the hotel, I am sure he is not a good one for keeping the fame and the reputation of hotel. I hope hotel know about this."
