This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated above Cocono with a mall and cinema downstairs. It's seamlessly connected to Susukino subway station underground. I took the airport bus from New Chitose to Minami 3-jo, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Sapporo isn't very big, so most places are only one or two stops away by subway, or even walkable if you're up for it. Dining and shopping options are very convenient; Tanukikoji is close by, and there's a *** (likely referring to a convenience store or similar, but kept as is since it's unclear) not far downstairs. When leaving, the airport bus stop is just across the street, a 2-minute walk, making trips to the airport super convenient. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, with main dishes rotated daily, including roast meat bowls, Wagyu beef bowls, and seafood bowls. I booked a larger twin room, and it was indeed more spacious than typical rooms, with enough space to open luggage. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Sapporo.

The room was spacious, and like last time, all three beds in Keio Plaza Hotel's triple room were proper beds, not temporary rollaways, so we could easily open three suitcases without a problem. After a year, we stayed at Keio again, and the breakfast was still a major highlight – it's really great. However, the luggage storage process after check-out has changed. Before, a staff member would directly help me store my bags at the counter. Now, I have to push them about thirty meters to an automatic locker, which is a bit inconvenient. It's not very friendly for us older folks.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! The location, service, and especially the breakfast are top-notch. From our 12th-floor window, we could see the Hakodate Morning Market, JR station, and even the cruise ship. The sparkling lights of the harbor at night are infinitely better than the overrated mountain view. The lovely front desk lady with excellent American English made communication a breeze. She even specially picked a room with a 'special view' for us. Guests in deluxe rooms can use their room key to access the simple executive lounge on the top floor, which offers some snacks, drinks, and alcohol. Hakodate has a charming, sophisticated vibe, much like Shanghai, and I'd definitely visit again. I'll be staying at this hotel next time too!

This was my third stay, and it was just as great as the previous times. I enjoyed watching the cruise ships and the sea, and loved the open-air onsen on the top floor. By coincidence, there was an earthquake during my stay, and it was quite shaky, but the hotel's emergency response was excellent, which helped everyone feel less nervous and worried!

We had a great time skiing at the Furano Hotel with our kids. It was super convenient – you can buy ski passes and rent equipment right on the second floor, and then you're directly on the slopes. It was our first time experiencing Hokkaido's powder snow! The room size was average, but we could easily open two large suitcases. The buffet dinner, which requires a reservation, had a fantastic variety, including Wagyu beef and large crab claws. The onsen experience was good; the indoor bath was quite spacious, while the outdoor one was smaller and got pretty crowded. The hotel also offers a direct bus to Asahikawa, stopping at Furano Station and Biei. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also reasonable for the price. The difference in level between the rooms is an issue. I hope they improve this. I also think the price is reasonable. I was able to enjoy the hot springs.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Was given the second highest floor (8th). Breakfast option was spectacular, catering to both continental and local cuisine, amenities were good - public and private onsen, complimentary washer (dryer is paid but cheap) and service was spectacular. For example, when the carpark was full, the hotel staff redirected us to a different carpark where pickup and dropoff service was included. Most importantly, the view of the Mt Ashibetsu mountain ranges was exceptional. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Furano 👍🏻 *Only downside is that they do not do room cleaning so you’ll have to get a new towel from the counter every day.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. For breakfast, you get to choose one of three set meals; the Japanese option was quite good. The service attitude was also excellent. Our room featured a private Japanese garden view, which was very unique and picturesque – definitely worth booking this room type for photos.

Hotel is in the city centre and quite close to the basement metro. We can walk to the beer museum and the tanukikoji shopping street nearby. It's also a short distance walk to reach the underground shopping shops, which was very convenient. However the hotel doesn't provide hot water refills at the lobby, refills are only reachable inside the breakfast diner. We ordered hotel breakfast for the first day of stay but not for the second and third night, but the breakfast diner's receptionist still kindly let us in for refills of the hot water. Breakfast is on moderate level and menu variety could be better still, regarding the price paid. Not much seafood options to be found, besides the mini sashimi don.

The hotel is located in Odori, not far from Odori subway station, and actually quite close to Sapporo Station, about a 9-minute walk. The area is relatively quiet but still has convenience stores and restaurants, so the location is pretty good. I booked a Cross Floor room with a view of Sapporo TV Tower. The room isn't huge, but just about big enough to open two suitcases. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water; you need to get drinking water from the dispenser in the elevator area. However, guests on the Cross Floor get complimentary access to the lounge and public bath, which is a big plus for those who enjoy a drink. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't feature any particularly impressive dishes.

GGuest UserAfter working through New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, I finally got to relax at Daiichi-san after 10 years. The open-air bath by the river's gentle murmur was incredibly soothing, both for body and soul. The dinner was perfectly seasoned; I could eat it without getting bored, and the breakfast accompaniments and pickles were also delicious. The audio room, the coffee and soft-serve ice cream in the lounge, and the 24-hour coffee and tea service were all fantastic – there was so much to enjoy, I couldn't even try everything! It seems like there are more international staff now, but everyone spoke Japanese very well and handled irregular situations smoothly, making for a very comfortable stay. I even got to see a Blakiston's fish owl, and all the staff were wonderfully cheerful and charming.

Kkishin214I had a great time. I booked a room on the top floor. Business hotels are cramped, so I stayed overnight with a friend. There was a sauna, karaoke, and a large TV. It was also well soundproofed, so I could drink and make a lot of noise. I had a great time.
