"The open-air bath was amazing! The changing room, shower room, and balcony open-air bath were all connected, which was great. The air purifier and the corners of the room were a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were very helpful and polite when I checked in! There were some shops open until around 10 PM, so I could go for a walk even after relaxing at the hotel! I couldn't go this time, so I'll save it for next time. (T_T) I was shocked that the room service I ordered was cold. The room didn't have a microwave, which was a problem! The food was delicious!! There was also a snack and drink set that looked delicious! Thank you so much!"

The small refrigerator is all free, and there are Mikimoto skin care products. The lounge has a terrace with an excellent view, and the food and drinks prepared are also exquisite. The service here is perfect. I checked in on my birthday. When checking in, I was asked to choose whether the check-in was on my birthday anniversary. I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty."

"I was incredibly lucky to snag a room for my last-minute reservation, especially since it was right before a three-day weekend! This was my first time visiting Toba, and I traveled by car ferry. The hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, and the views were absolutely stunning! They had three different baths, and the food was delicious too!! For dinner, the Matsusaka beef Ise Udon was a highlight, and in the morning, the white miso soup with mekabu was so tasty!! I also bought some of the delicious nori tsukudani (seaweed paste) that was served at breakfast from their souvenir shop! And some local sake too!! Everyone was so kind, and the atmosphere was really welcoming and gentle, making me want to stay again. I'll definitely be back!!"

"As expected from a hotel with such history and tradition, it's truly wonderful. The service is, of course, excellent, and the French dinner was superb. Breakfast is a buffet, and it can feel a bit rushed due to the crowds, but there's plenty to enjoy. The onsen (bath) is a bit of a walk, but it's very good. I was surprised by how many foreigners there were, and it was interesting to see them all wearing yukata and seemingly accustomed to the onsen experience. "We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar."

"This hotel is a renovated Japanese traditional house. The entire house has three guest rooms and a restaurant. It offered a very unique stay experience. The staff spoke fluent English, and there was a hospital nearby with parking available (cash is given by the staff). The only drawback was that the blackout curtains on the second floor of my room weren't very effective. Overall, it was a very good experience."
