It is indeed a first-line sea view. It is a little far from the train station, but it is very convenient to watch the sunrise at the seaside. The room is indeed small and old, and the floor is full of scratches. The sanitary conditions are acceptable, and the breakfast is also pretty good. I want to complain about the front desk waiter. On the second day of my stay, I was already in the elevator and he chased me to ask if I had a key... It was a bit strange.

I like this hotel very much, I stay for the second time and my mother booked. Excellent price for such location. From the balcony you can see the sea, it is across the road. Shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean, all fresh, good bathroom room. I'll come again.

Sincerely – this hotel is a real full hit! You come and notice immediately: Everything is true here. The staff is super hearty, you are welcome with a smile and feels right away. The rooms are modern, well-defined and there is exactly what you need – no more, no less. All is clean and made with love. The location? Dreamless! All is near, but still it is quiet and relaxed. And breakfast... really delicious! Fresh, varied and with small lovely details – there you like to start in the day. We were all happy and would've preferred to stay a few days. We're definitely coming back! 💛

The hotel is a 4-star hotel in Riccione. This year I booked here for the long weekend I do every year on bike with my son. At the ‘external' level, the structure is a little more affected by the ‘weight of the years' and the difference is even more noticeable than the ‘neighbors' who have suffered recent lifting. The rooms are very clean, very pleasant to enjoy the pool at the seventh floor. Frokost of first order, but the thing that distinguishes this structure is the courtesy and education of the staff. I have been frequently in Riccione for almost 40 years and I have always appreciated the welcome that the Riccios have reserved to tourists, but the Nautico have been able to surprise me. Education, gentleness, attention from check-in until the time of the re-supply of the room keys. One word: BRAVI!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e il giudizio è sostanzialmente molto positivo anche se qualche appunto va fatto. La Hall dell’hotel moderna e veramente bella. La camera matrimoniale di buone dimensioni anche se il materasso era usurato e da sostituire. Visto che il riposo è importante per un ospite è importante che questi aspetti siano valutati. Bagno grande anche se un po’ datato. Visto il tipo di struttura potrebbe essere rimodernizzato. La colazione è il vero fiore all’occhiello. Per tutti i viaggi che ho fatto in Italia e nel mondo è sicuramente una delle migliori se non forse la migliore in assoluto. Ampissima scelta di dolci (cornetti alla crema, alla nutella, al pistacchio.. bomboloni.. torte..confetture di marmellate di tutti i tipi..) Per chi come me ama il dolce a colazione rimarrà a bocca aperta. Ottima scelta tuttavia anche di frutta, salato vario e reparto glutee free. Veramente voto 10+. Anche i ragazzi che sono lì a servire super disponili e gentili. Nel complesso se dovremo tornare a Milano Marittima questa sarà sicuramente la nostra meta.

這是一次非常滿意的商務出差入住體驗。 位置與交通： 酒店位置很好，離我要拜訪的公司和地鐵站都很近，周邊也有不少簡餐和咖啡館，商務宴請或自己解決都很方便，大大節省了通勤時間。 環境與設施： 大堂有專門的商務區，辦理入住高效。房間設計簡約實用，辦公桌寬敞，燈光柔和明亮，網速也很快，處理文件和視頻會議完全沒問題。床品舒適，隔音效果出色，能保證一整晚的優質睡眠。 服務與細節： 工作人員非常專業，退房時還主動詢問是否需要發票和消費明細。客房服務響應及時，加送礦泉水、提供熨燙服務都很迅速。早餐中西式結合，選擇豐富，能吃得飽且好，為一天的工作開個好頭。 總體來説，這家酒店在滿足核心差旅需求方面做得非常出色，設施到位、服務高效。下次出差來這邊，這裏一定是我的首選。
