The first thing that caught my eye when I entered the room was the incredible view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the iconic Raffles City right across, and the scenery is truly calming. Chongqing is a city with lots of hills and slopes, so it can be quite tiring to walk around. That's where the large bathtub in the room came in handy – a hot soak was incredibly relaxing. The hotel was very clean, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. The service was also excellent. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I really hit the jackpot with this hotel in Chongqing! It's super close to Jiefangbei CBD, and there's a subway station right downstairs, making getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby, from all sorts of Chongqing specialty snacks to proper meals. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but you can find plenty of hot breakfast options right downstairs, which is super handy. The room itself is incredibly spacious, offering an amazing stay experience. The views are absolutely breathtaking – whether it's the city landscape during the day or the dazzling neon lights at night, you can see it all perfectly, and it's fantastic for photos. The service was also top-notch; the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The only minor thing is that you have to transfer elevators, which took a little getting used to at first. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic stay and definitely worth recommending!

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the bridge, making it very convenient to get to Yuzhong District and Jiangbei District. The management of this long-standing five-star hotel is still very much on point. Emily at the front desk, in particular, contacted me early and upgraded my room. Just like the vibrant red dress she was wearing, she made me feel very warm and welcome! The entire front desk team was amiable and outstanding. The hotel's standard short-course pool is very clean, and the water temperature is perfect; it's the best I've experienced in any Chongqing hotel. However, the issue of aging facilities still needs to be addressed by the owner through renovations and upgrades. It would truly do justice to the hotel's excellent management team. I believe that after the renovations and upgrades, the Kempinski will only get better and better.

We stayed at the Westin for two nights with our child, and the front desk staff was so kind and upgraded our room. The night view of Chongqing from the hotel room was absolutely stunning. The surrounding attractions are very close, making it super convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. Being an international hotel, the standardization is excellent, and the room itself was clean and tidy. We'll definitely be staying here again.

I had a great stay here. I requested for an early checkin and was assisted by Tina (小于) from reservation. She was incredibly helpful, following up with updates and went the extra mile to get a much appreciated room upgrade. She even followed up after checkout to ensure that everything went well with my stay. One of the best thar I have encountered. The hotel itself was great too. Spacious room, great cleanliness and plenty of amenities. Located right across the road from a major shopping center that is connected to the subway. There was a little bit of construction noise from a neighbouring site, but nothing much that the hotel could do about it. All in all, a great stay there.

The location is quite central. This hotel is on a level itself and not the usual hotel with a lobby. As it comprises of any hotel in one building. Would say the only bad thing is you can hear the constat honking of drivers even late in the night although the hotel is at level 26.

Facilities: The room was quite nice. The shower in my bathroom was incredibly loud and the water temperature easily got too hot, but the water pressure was good. Environment: It was quiet, but in the morning I could smell cigarette smoke, which likely came from other rooms through the air conditioning or exhaust fan. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location: It's very close to the light rail station, making travel very convenient.

The room was great – clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet, with a lovely view of the Jialing River and the bridge. Breakfast was good, and while the evening light meal at the executive lounge was simple, it perfectly met our needs. All the hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's central location in Yuzhong District made it super convenient to get around. We stayed for four nights and walked everywhere, feeling like we explored every corner and alley of the district.

The hotel's environment is excellent. It's very close to the marathon starting point, and also conveniently located near popular spots like Xiahaoli and Longmenhao. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and even come with a bathtub. The front desk staff provided exceptionally attentive service.

I stayed at the Hilton in Chongqing for three nights and was satisfied with everything. It's very close to the subway station (Lianglukou) and Didi (ride-hailing) is also super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including a Luckin Coffee right outside. The staff were amazing! Housekeeping Auntie Chen (I hope I got the name right) was incredibly thoughtful; she brought amenities for my child and even provided a bathtub liner and bath salts. Vickie and Jason at the front desk provided excellent service and even complimentary breakfast for one day. The concierge staff proactively helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially for a mom traveling alone with a child! I recommend bringing a swimsuit. We forgot ours, otherwise, I definitely would have relaxed in the heated pool. I really enjoy swimming in winter.
