This is my first time staying at this hotel during a business trip to Tianjin, and I must say that the service is excellent, the facilities are well-equipped, and the management is top-notch; I will definitely stay here again in the future! If something is dropped at the front desk, the young lady there will immediately contact someone to help send it out.

Yesterday, I went to Tianjin Deyun Club to watch a show and decided to stay an extra day to explore. I randomly picked this hotel on Trip.com, and it was truly amazing! 👍🏻 I originally chose it out of curiosity for its round deep-soaking bathtub. Upon arrival at the front desk, they upgraded us to a river-view suite for free. The hotel genuinely makes excellent service a routine practice. They are observant of guests, their needs, and their work. From the moment I stepped out of the car and saw the doorman open the door, to the bellhop in the lobby, and then the receptionist during check-in, everyone greeted us with a genuine, natural smile. I was carrying a small bag, and they insisted on taking it for me. After checking in and going up to the room, I was absolutely stunned – it was incredibly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere I touched! Housekeeping had already turned down the bed, and the executive housekeeper even brought fruit and snacks. She also thoughtfully reminded me that the weather was dry and that I could call her anytime if I needed anything. So many small details, so many little things, I can't list them all. Even though I only stayed one day, I absolutely loved it here. Tianjin has many hotels of all sizes, price ranges, and styles, offering a lot of choices, but this place really impressed me from the moment I walked in! No detail is too small; it's about putting in the effort. The staff here not only accomplished this but did it exceptionally well! Highly recommend! Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious rooms with friendly and professional staff. Only a 5 minute walk from the subway and 3 stops away from Tianjin downtown. The only drawback is there aren't too many shops downstairs, so you'll need to order food/snacks online and get them delivered to the hotel.

We’ve stayed at this hotel at least three times. It’s special to us because we got engaged there. This time was disappointing. At check-in I asked the customer service representative who helped us to check in to add breakfast for each day of our stay. She didn’t do it. Also, I pre-booked a spa day for two people but when we arrived at the spa, there was only one person working.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and impeccably clean. Hygiene: Spotless. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of trash bags in the bins, which made us hesitant to throw garbage directly in. I suggest providing trash liners; it would also make cleanup easier for the staff. Environment: Excellent. The location is superb, very close to various entertainment venues like TEDA Football Stadium, cinemas, Decathlon, and TEDA Second Sports Center. The hotel also boasts a very spacious parking lot, so driving here is highly recommended. Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They proactively offered us a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. Food deliveries were also very prompt, with robots delivering directly to our room. The bottled water supply was generous; we received two bottles on the first day, and then the cleaning staff, noticing our larger group, started placing four bottles in each room. Tea bags were also promptly replenished when needed. The mini-fridge was functional, perfect for chilling our own drinks in the summer. Some key highlights include a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool open from 7 AM to 10 PM. (Note: The pool seems to be open to the public as well, not just hotel guests. I highly recommend going right at 7 AM when it's less crowded, but be aware that at that time, the changing rooms didn't have bath towels available, suggesting they weren't fully prepared yet.) The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. It offered an array of authentic Tianjin local specialties like Gabacai, Doufunao, and Jianbing – the Jianbing, in particular, tasted genuinely local. The Western breakfast selection was equally impressive, with salads, fruits, and various juices, including fresh watermelon juice. The restaurant itself is spacious with ample seating, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Upon check-in, we were also given four bar vouchers, which we used for two soft drinks and two Tsingtao beers. Additionally, there was a welcome fruit platter in our room. The bathtub in the room was excellent. We stayed in two adjacent rooms that had a connecting door, which is ideal for families or for creating a family suite setup. The spacious desk and desk lamp were a significant plus, allowing our kids to occasionally read or do homework. The bedside universal power adapters were incredibly convenient for direct USB charging. The shower also provided instant and strong hot water. The *only* significant drawback was that on the night we arrived, during a heavy downpour, we discovered around midnight that water was leaking into the room from the window. We immediately called the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought two bath towels to stem the flow. I strongly recommend the hotel addresses this issue during the dry season; resolving it would make the stay absolutely perfect. Additionally, the labels on all the light switches were too small and indistinct. We couldn't read them clearly, and often had to use a flashlight to figure out which switch was for which light. I suggest enlarging and making the font more prominent for easier operation, especially for elderly guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return if we have the chance.

I recently found a great hotel, Tianjin R&F Wanda Vista Hotel, and I must recommend it to everyone! When I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its exterior design, which is stylish and elegant. The front desk staff is very good-looking and enthusiastic, and quickly helped me check in. When I walked into the room, I loved it! The space is spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, and every detail is well handled. The window has an excellent view, and the beautiful city scenery is in full view. The bed is soft, like being trapped in the clouds, and I had a super comfortable sleep. The hotel has rich supporting facilities. The gym equipment is brand new and complete, and you can go to the sauna to relax after swimming. In addition, the location is great, Metro Line 9 is close at hand, and travel is super convenient. Angel Ivy checked out and asked about the check-in experience, which was very considerate. This check-in experience is great, and it is definitely the best choice for traveling to Tianjin! Come and experience it!

Very nice hotel. I often travel for business and have high requirements for hotels. I have stayed in many hotels. The room type and service here are all very good. Facilities: very complete and in good condition, and the bed is comfortable. Hygiene: clean and comfortable. Environment: very quiet and not noisy. Service: good, especially the front desk understood my needs in advance and arranged the room. The overall staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic and responded to my needs in a timely manner. The hotel's breakfast is diverse and ends at 10 o'clock. It contains almost all the local characteristics of Tianjin. There are pancakes and rolls made by the chef on site. I like rolls the most. The chef's skill is good and the roll fillings are delicious. I love it. There is also freshly cooked porridge, you can choose the ingredients to add, which is very innovative. The location of the hotel is also good. It takes a short taxi ride from the South Station to the subway station. It is not far from the subway station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is worth recommending! I will choose it next time!

Our stay was fantastic! Wang Qiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, greeted us with a warm smile, and made check-in quick and efficient. He even upgraded our room without us asking. The concierge staff were very attentive, gave us a detailed tour of the hotel facilities, and recommended some excellent local restaurants – their service was truly thoughtful and considerate. When checking out, Li Sen from the concierge team helped us arrange our luggage and a taxi, paying attention to every detail! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip or vacation, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

This was a tremendous help for our party and truly deserves five stars. 2. **Abundant Amenities:** The hotel boasts hot springs, a swimming pool, and a kids' playground, making it ideal for families with children. Its location is also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. 3. **Good Breakfast Variety:** The breakfast offered a good selection of items, particularly staple foods, which met our basic needs. Areas for Improvement: 1. **Facility Maintenance:** The billiard table had noticeable issues that affected gameplay, reducing the overall experience. Additionally, some areas were dimly lit, giving a slightly dated impression. 2. **Uninspired Breakfast:** For a hotel in Tianjin, the breakfast unfortunately lacked local specialties (e.g., Ga Ba Cai). The limited selection of stir-fried dishes also made it feel somewhat monotonous. 3. **Slow Emergency Response:** After using the hot springs, a family member (my mother, with a more severe reaction) developed an allergic itch. Although the hotel promised to arrange medical attention when we contacted them, there was no actual follow-up. They later only offered a small gift as an apology. Guests truly need prompt attention to health concerns, not just post-event compensation. This aspect of the experience was quite unsatisfactory. 4. **Hot Spring Water Quality:** Given that multiple people experienced allergic reactions, we strongly suggest closer monitoring of the hot spring water quality and more frequent water changes. Overall, the hotel has a solid foundation and is well-suited for family getaways. However, with improvements in facility maintenance and service responsiveness, it could be even more highly recommended. We hope the hotel genuinely values guest feedback to offer a warmer, more considerate service.

Real stay experience: The environment is very clean, the soundproofing is good, and the service is good. It is very close to the airport and takes about ten minutes to drive. It is also convenient to go to the city center near the subway station. We booked the airport pick-up service. They will call you in advance, and then the pick-up person will wear a suit to help you take the luggage and contact the driver. The check-in experience is also very good! The room is very clean and there are no water stains on the faucet and mirror (the picture shows the disposable bedding we brought ourselves). The most unexpected thing is! When we came back from going out, we actually received a small note and fruit snacks left by the housekeeping department. It was quite a surprise. I am very happy that I chose to stay in your hotel this time!
