Excellent location! The Haihe River is right across the street. You can easily walk to attractions like the Tianjin Eye, Ancient Culture Street, and Shizilin Bridge along the riverbanks. The service was very attentive; the front desk, bellhops, and concierge staff were all incredibly enthusiastic. They even thoughtfully provided a humidifier for us, which was a nice touch. We chose a balcony room with a distant view of the Tianjin Eye, and the former residence of Li Shutong is right downstairs. The bathing area and sleeping area are well-separated, with great soundproofing and blackout curtains, perfect for sleeping in, haha!

This is my first time staying at this hotel during a business trip to Tianjin, and I must say that the service is excellent, the facilities are well-equipped, and the management is top-notch; I will definitely stay here again in the future! If something is dropped at the front desk, the young lady there will immediately contact someone to help send it out.

We had dinner at the Shang Palace, so we decided to stay right upstairs. I've stayed at Shangri-La in Malaysia before, so I booked it again with my child this time. The environment was impeccable, and the service was flawless. The only downside was that due to the New Year, cleaning and room turnover took too long; we arrived at 1:15 PM and couldn't check in until 3 PM. If that could be improved, this trip would have been perfect!

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and impeccably clean. Hygiene: Spotless. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of trash bags in the bins, which made us hesitant to throw garbage directly in. I suggest providing trash liners; it would also make cleanup easier for the staff. Environment: Excellent. The location is superb, very close to various entertainment venues like TEDA Football Stadium, cinemas, Decathlon, and TEDA Second Sports Center. The hotel also boasts a very spacious parking lot, so driving here is highly recommended. Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They proactively offered us a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. Food deliveries were also very prompt, with robots delivering directly to our room. The bottled water supply was generous; we received two bottles on the first day, and then the cleaning staff, noticing our larger group, started placing four bottles in each room. Tea bags were also promptly replenished when needed. The mini-fridge was functional, perfect for chilling our own drinks in the summer. Some key highlights include a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool open from 7 AM to 10 PM. (Note: The pool seems to be open to the public as well, not just hotel guests. I highly recommend going right at 7 AM when it's less crowded, but be aware that at that time, the changing rooms didn't have bath towels available, suggesting they weren't fully prepared yet.) The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. It offered an array of authentic Tianjin local specialties like Gabacai, Doufunao, and Jianbing – the Jianbing, in particular, tasted genuinely local. The Western breakfast selection was equally impressive, with salads, fruits, and various juices, including fresh watermelon juice. The restaurant itself is spacious with ample seating, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Upon check-in, we were also given four bar vouchers, which we used for two soft drinks and two Tsingtao beers. Additionally, there was a welcome fruit platter in our room. The bathtub in the room was excellent. We stayed in two adjacent rooms that had a connecting door, which is ideal for families or for creating a family suite setup. The spacious desk and desk lamp were a significant plus, allowing our kids to occasionally read or do homework. The bedside universal power adapters were incredibly convenient for direct USB charging. The shower also provided instant and strong hot water. The *only* significant drawback was that on the night we arrived, during a heavy downpour, we discovered around midnight that water was leaking into the room from the window. We immediately called the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought two bath towels to stem the flow. I strongly recommend the hotel addresses this issue during the dry season; resolving it would make the stay absolutely perfect. Additionally, the labels on all the light switches were too small and indistinct. We couldn't read them clearly, and often had to use a flashlight to figure out which switch was for which light. I suggest enlarging and making the font more prominent for easier operation, especially for elderly guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return if we have the chance.

I forgot to take photos. The location is not in the city, but the room is big. The two single beds can be put together to form a huge king-size single bed. The child was very happy. The bath water was very strong. I liked it. The room is not very soundproof. The old man and the old woman next door yelled at the child early in the morning. This sounded very clear, like thunder in my ears, like a fishbone stuck in my throat, and I felt very uncomfortable. In short, the overall score is 85 points. By the way, there are plenty of parking spaces and Tesla fast charging. The pictures have nothing to do with the hotel. It just means that I love Tianjin.

The parent-child suite is really good, a 1.5-meter bed, a 1.8-meter bed, and the room is also equipped with a humidifier. Just in time for the third day of the hotel to set off firecrackers, and also enjoyed the free fireworks. The red uniform agreed by the hotel waiter was very festive and the service attitude was very good. Although the restaurant is not big, the breakfast is quite rich. Two stir-fried vegetables, boiled eggs and fried eggs, steamed sweet potato stickers with steamed buns and fried dough sticks, there are many snacks, two kinds of porridge, milk soy milk are also hot, a variety of pickles and bean curd, sausages and sausages, as well as fruits and candies, in short, the price is very high, parking is also convenient. The most important thing is that it is only a little more than ten kilometers away from the aircraft carrier park, and it takes less than half an hour to drive. There is the hotel's own cafe downstairs, as well as McDonald's. There are restaurants with high ratings such as Fugui Xianghe Hairanju in about ten minutes' walk. They are all based on seafood home-cooked dishes and the dishes are large. This hotel is worth living. The only downside is that some rooms are on the side of the road, and there are always some motorcycle party engines roaring past. If you don't sleep well, you can live on the other side, and the other side is next to the residential building.

Facilities: The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with exquisite decor, and include a kitchen and laundry room, which is very convenient for families. The breakfast leans towards a Chinese style, featuring freshly pulled beef noodles, mini wontons, and traditional delicacies like Goubuli baozi and fried dough cakes. While the overall variety isn't extensive, it's all delicious and offers enough choices. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Excellent both inside and out. Service: Good. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier Chinese hotel. Tianjin is also a beautiful city, and I hope to visit again in the future.

Had a fantastic experience! The front desk staff upgraded us to a lake-view room. We could enjoy the lake and the bridge right from our window, and it was even more beautiful at night when lit up. **Location:** The hotel is located in Dongli District (Airport Economic Zone), with outlets, Fu Yue Li, and SM Lifestyle Plaza nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. It's essentially midway between attractions in Binhai New Area and the city center, catering to both. **Facilities:** The facilities aren't brand new but are very comprehensive. They offer a buffet and a Chinese restaurant, though due to the holiday, the Chinese restaurant was also relocated to the first floor. Breakfast indeed had a rich variety, including Tianjin specialties like Jianbing Guozi, Guobacai, and steamed buns with braised pork. However, the overall taste at the restaurant was just average. **Hygiene:** Our floor attendant, Liu Yanming, was extremely helpful. He's a male attendant, which is uncommon but he was very meticulous and attentive, always ready to assist and helped us resolve some issues during our stay. **Environment:** Excellent! Just a two-step walk downstairs to the lakeside. A large park has been built around the entire lake, perfect for morning exercise or leisurely strolls – very relaxing and pleasant. **Service:** As an InterContinental hotel, the service standards are definitely up to par. However, I do have a few suggestions: 1. It's understandable that restaurants hire temporary staff during busy holidays, but their training should be more thorough. Many service procedures clearly lacked proper execution. 2. The hotel elevators should require room card access for better security. 3. The parking lot isn't very large and is open-air. Guests mostly find their own spots, and it's often parked haphazardly, making entry and exit difficult. It would be best to have staff to direct traffic.

TTangchaopiaoziIt's been ten years since I last visited Tianjin, and it has changed so much! I only had three days, so I chose this Four Seasons hotel, which is located right above a subway station in the bustling downtown area. Overall, I was very satisfied. Facilities: The room space was ample, and the functional areas were particularly well-divided. The pillows were just to my liking, and the most thoughtful touch was the heated floor in the bathroom – it felt so good to come back to after a cold day out. Environment: There were quite a few construction sites downstairs, and two apartment buildings across the street. However, the night view and city lights looking towards Tianjin Station were absolutely beautiful. The location is unbeatable; it's convenient to get anywhere by subway or taxi. For someone who grew up strolling along Binjiang Road, it felt like coming home. Service: From getting out of the car to taking the elevators, I felt well taken care of every time. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful and attentive. I absolutely loved Tianjin!
