My third time going to Boracay, my first time was in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, however it was too far, 2nd time we stayed in Villa De Oro, and for my third time, we stayed here at La Carmela. Our stay here at La Carmela was a clutch decision but a truly memorable one. We celebrated New Year's Eve 2022 at La Carmela. We stayed there for 9 nights. But I must say, some employees are not that dedicated and passionate with what they do, except for the security personnel who were all very accommodating. I myself, I am a front office agent, I can't even feel the sincerity with the service they provide. I was actually expecting a lot from La Carmela since Mr. Boy Abunda has always been promoting this resort during all his shows, in addition to that, so many celebrities and even influencers have stayed in La Carmela and seemed to like their services. But, to my dismay, all my expectation weren't met, unfortunately. Food is average, our daily breakfast was always served ice cold, pool is massive and beautiful, location is priceless since it's near the beach and just near to everything else where. I just wished they can step up their services including personal services to their guests, most especially that there are already a lot of hotels booming as their competitors. I know La Carmela has been there for countless years already, so why not make their legacy a good one. Overall, our room was okay, we waited for so long for our MUR, plus the ac in my mother's room is not functioning well. Would love to consider this hotel once more as it is perfect for budget travelers like me. stayed for 9 nights with my partner, mother, and my sister, and we only paid PHP 25k for everything including their plated breakfast. I hope you consider all the points I have mentioned, See you soon, La Carmela. :)

Staff were amazing. Kind, friendly and helpfull. Even some amendities look old still usefull and work mostly. Breakfast was perfect. Many choices. Hotel location was amazing. We enjoy every minute of our holiday. Only problem we faced was amendities. Even we book room for 4 person (2 adult 2 kids, and price include 4 brakfast) hotel gave us 2 towel each day and more towels we had to pay each towel 100 pesos. Even amount is small, gesture was not warm.

We had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore. Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!

We had a fantastic time all in all the pool the service the breakfast was just marvelous. Staff are already friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom was up to the mark very clean very nice and quite spacious as well. We love the rooms. we love our location Although we didn’t have a seafront beachfront view. We had a pool view which was perfect, and and the food was just delicious. They catered to both native and western dishes so all in all we had a fantastic day. Would love to stay at the same hotel when I return to Boracay

Went there for the Valentines day weekend. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff and the suite was clean and wonderful. Very quiet and within walking distance to White Beach and conveniently located near a 24 hour McDonalds and Subway which certainly came in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. They offered a complimentary free for one day breakfast voucher in their hotel, whuch was also very delicious. Its a bit of a ride to and from the ferry to get there but if you can get a package deal going to there and back certainly recommend it. Plan ahead with one of the local drivers so you have plenty of time to catch your plane as ours flew only once a day to and from Clark in Luzon. But very enjoyable, also wear a lot of sunscreen because its very easy to get sunburned in a short amount of time while having fun in the beautiful crystal clear water as we did. The air conditioning in the room was quite helpful and enjoyable esp after getting sunburned. Although the shower didn't have a door so expect the bathroom floor to get a bit wet easily. Plenty to watch on the cable television in the room as well, bed was a bit rickety sounding on one side but otherwise very comfortable. Easy access to the room with a keycard.

Location: The hotel is ideally located at Station 2 with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I did experience a slight delay during check-in due to a room request initially located at the East Wing where construction is being made, but it wasn’t a major issue. They upgraded our room and placed us near the swimming pool and breakfast buffet area. Room: The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you’d expect, including a welcome home chocolate pieces, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern, with a large walk-in shower and bath tub. However, I did notice a bit of noise because we were at the ground floor, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Facilities: The fitness center is well-equipped for a hotel gym, and spa for relaxation. Hotel kept the pool clean, hygienic and it looked inviting. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight with a variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. The hotel also boasts the singing and dancing chefs which gives entertainment to all guests Service: The service was generally excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. Cons: While the hotel overall was excellent, the street noise in my room was a bit bothersome at times. Additionally, the prices for dining and drinks at the hotel were on the higher side, but that's expected at this level of accommodation. Conclusion: The Henan Regency Hotel offers great value for its location and amenities. I’d definitely consider staying here again, though I might request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

The hotel's location was another significant advantage. It is onveniently situated in front of SM City Iloilo. Overall, our stay at Injap was a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and would consider staying there again in the future.

The location is in Station 2 which is in the middle. Room towel and beach towel are separate. All pools are accessible. Staff are all very nice and even guide you how much you should pay for fare when going land tours. They also offer water activities at a fair price. Breakfast Buffet is great! Will definitely book again on this hotel.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

Well deserved 5 star rating! From the front desk to the pool and buffet attendants, everyone was very professional and accommodating! Service was topnotch! They had ongoing renovations of rooms and I had to request for the construction to stop due to noise issues. Staff immediately took action and apologized with accompanying fruit tray as their form of apology! This was not needed but appreciated anyway.

This is the 2nd Hennan I’ve tried and I would say that I prefer this than Hennan Regency because it is new. Never had any problems from check in up until the check out time. Hotel staff are accommodating and they always allow me to sit by the pool during breakfast. It’s 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel going to the beach so if I have an option to choose I would prefer a Hennan beach front. Nonetheless, I like the hotel. Also, for deposit they require 2000 PHP per room/per night using card and if cash it is 4000 PHP per room/per night so be aware

Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

Well deserved 5 star rating! From the front desk to the pool and buffet attendants, everyone was very professional and accommodating! Service was topnotch! They had ongoing renovations of rooms and I had to request for the construction to stop due to noise issues. Staff immediately took action and apologized with accompanying fruit tray as their form of apology! This was not needed but appreciated anyway.

This is the 2nd Hennan I’ve tried and I would say that I prefer this than Hennan Regency because it is new. Never had any problems from check in up until the check out time. Hotel staff are accommodating and they always allow me to sit by the pool during breakfast. It’s 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel going to the beach so if I have an option to choose I would prefer a Hennan beach front. Nonetheless, I like the hotel. Also, for deposit they require 2000 PHP per room/per night using card and if cash it is 4000 PHP per room/per night so be aware

My third time going to Boracay, my first time was in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, however it was too far, 2nd time we stayed in Villa De Oro, and for my third time, we stayed here at La Carmela. Our stay here at La Carmela was a clutch decision but a truly memorable one. We celebrated New Year's Eve 2022 at La Carmela. We stayed there for 9 nights. But I must say, some employees are not that dedicated and passionate with what they do, except for the security personnel who were all very accommodating. I myself, I am a front office agent, I can't even feel the sincerity with the service they provide. I was actually expecting a lot from La Carmela since Mr. Boy Abunda has always been promoting this resort during all his shows, in addition to that, so many celebrities and even influencers have stayed in La Carmela and seemed to like their services. But, to my dismay, all my expectation weren't met, unfortunately. Food is average, our daily breakfast was always served ice cold, pool is massive and beautiful, location is priceless since it's near the beach and just near to everything else where. I just wished they can step up their services including personal services to their guests, most especially that there are already a lot of hotels booming as their competitors. I know La Carmela has been there for countless years already, so why not make their legacy a good one. Overall, our room was okay, we waited for so long for our MUR, plus the ac in my mother's room is not functioning well. Would love to consider this hotel once more as it is perfect for budget travelers like me. stayed for 9 nights with my partner, mother, and my sister, and we only paid PHP 25k for everything including their plated breakfast. I hope you consider all the points I have mentioned, See you soon, La Carmela. :)

Staff were amazing. Kind, friendly and helpfull. Even some amendities look old still usefull and work mostly. Breakfast was perfect. Many choices. Hotel location was amazing. We enjoy every minute of our holiday. Only problem we faced was amendities. Even we book room for 4 person (2 adult 2 kids, and price include 4 brakfast) hotel gave us 2 towel each day and more towels we had to pay each towel 100 pesos. Even amount is small, gesture was not warm.

We had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore. Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!

We had a fantastic time all in all the pool the service the breakfast was just marvelous. Staff are already friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom was up to the mark very clean very nice and quite spacious as well. We love the rooms. we love our location Although we didn’t have a seafront beachfront view. We had a pool view which was perfect, and and the food was just delicious. They catered to both native and western dishes so all in all we had a fantastic day. Would love to stay at the same hotel when I return to Boracay

Went there for the Valentines day weekend. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff and the suite was clean and wonderful. Very quiet and within walking distance to White Beach and conveniently located near a 24 hour McDonalds and Subway which certainly came in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. They offered a complimentary free for one day breakfast voucher in their hotel, whuch was also very delicious. Its a bit of a ride to and from the ferry to get there but if you can get a package deal going to there and back certainly recommend it. Plan ahead with one of the local drivers so you have plenty of time to catch your plane as ours flew only once a day to and from Clark in Luzon. But very enjoyable, also wear a lot of sunscreen because its very easy to get sunburned in a short amount of time while having fun in the beautiful crystal clear water as we did. The air conditioning in the room was quite helpful and enjoyable esp after getting sunburned. Although the shower didn't have a door so expect the bathroom floor to get a bit wet easily. Plenty to watch on the cable television in the room as well, bed was a bit rickety sounding on one side but otherwise very comfortable. Easy access to the room with a keycard.

We recently had an overnight stay at Henan Regency Boracay, Station 2 and it was a nice experience. Location: The hotel is ideally located at Station 2 with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I did experience a slight delay during check-in due to a room request initially located at the East Wing where construction is being made, but it wasn’t a major issue. They upgraded our room and placed us near the swimming pool and breakfast buffet area. Room: The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you’d expect, including a welcome home chocolate pieces, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern, with a large walk-in shower and bath tub. However, I did notice a bit of noise because we were at the ground floor, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Facilities: The fitness center is well-equipped for a hotel gym, and spa for relaxation. Hotel kept the pool clean, hygienic and it looked inviting. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight with a variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. The hotel also boasts the singing and dancing chefs which gives entertainment to all guests Service: The service was generally excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. Cons: While the hotel overall was excellent, the street noise in my room was a bit bothersome at times. Additionally, the prices for dining and drinks at the hotel were on the higher side, but that's expected at this level of accommodation. Conclusion: The Henan Regency Hotel offers great value for its location and amenities. I’d definitely consider staying here again, though I might request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

It was a very pleasant stay at Hennan Garden. They have direct access to the beach and even have their own lounge beach chair which is only exclusive to Hennan guests. The location is in Station 2 which is in the middle. Room towel and beach towel are separate. All pools are accessible. Staff are all very nice and even guide you how much you should pay for fare when going land tours. They also offer water activities at a fair price. Breakfast Buffet is great!
