We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.
There's very little information available about hotels in New York City in Chinese, so I'm writing a detailed account of my stay here in the hopes that it will help others choosing hotels. The hotel is located on a corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout. I went to the Trump Tower by mistake, so be careful with the address when calling a taxi or using navigation. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for jogging or strolling. There are many restaurants, supermarkets (a huge supermarket with milk, fruit, and more) and shopping malls nearby, all within walking distance. You might be able to book a Michelin-starred French restaurant like Jean Georges through the hotel reception; I tried it and it was delicious.
The hotel lobby is very small, but there is luggage service. The room is shown in the picture. I stayed in the smallest, most basic double room, which is smaller than a standard studio. Hotel rooms in the city center are generally not very large. There were two walk-in closets and a kitchen with gas, microwave, cookware, pots, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The cookware in the room was dishwasher-washed and very clean. Disposable coffee cups were provided so I could bring my own coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wore earplugs to bed because the city center isn't quiet. The room was cleaned before bedtime each day, and a glass bottle of Evian and chocolate chip cookies were placed on the bedside table. Two bottles of water were also provided upon check-in. The room was cleaned twice a day and was very clean.
The hotel is comfortable and clean, the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are new, and it is a pleasant experience. This is a very good hotel in Ithaca. I will stay here next time. The busiest street in the town is just outside the hotel, and there are many restaurants. To get to Cornell University, you have to go north and climb uphill. It is also very convenient to take an Uber. In addition, there is an entrance to the canyon trail not far away. After entering, you can see several waterfalls along the way. The scenery is beautiful. The exit at the end of the trail is the campus of Cornell University. The hotel is not far from the bus station, about a ten-minute walk. In short, it is a very good choice.
My husband and I spent our 1st wedding anniversary at Del Lago-we were super impressed. We loved the ******. And, we loved loved our room. The bed was so comfy-felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. We plan to go back hopefully around News Years Eve. It was everything we expected.
Sincerely,
Mrs.Wheeler:)

Fingers Lake By the lake, the scenery is beautiful, that is, the windows of the room are not large, which is a pity. The room was clean and tidy, quite satisfactory, the two beds were big and comfortable, enough to sleep four people. Dinner on the balcony of the hotel restaurant, each dish and dessert are delicious, the price is reasonable, that is, there are many guests but the waiter has one, and you need to be patient. In short, the hotel rooms and restaurants are very satisfied, I hope to go on vacation again in the future.

GGuest UserThe price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.
GGuest UserThe room was exquisite and elegant, and the hotel boasted an excellent location in the business district. I thoroughly enjoyed admiring the grand, historic architecture nearby. This was a significant upgrade from the Westin Grand Central I stayed at just a few days prior. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserGreat location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds. The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice. The hotel is older and it definitely shows. We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet. The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.
GGuest UserThe room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.
GGuest UserStaff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a really good location. Just near port authority bus and just one block from time square. The staff are really friendly from the first time you arrive to the very last day. The breakfast is good. Just enough for what we needed. The rooms are very clean with lots of space. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again .
GGuest UserNot the WSH that I have stayed in so many times before. The doorman stood and watched me struggle with the doors when I arrived; and never offered to help me up the stairs with my luggage. Upon checking in I inquired about the restaurant and lounge hours. There was nothing in the WSH web page to indicate they were closed for remodeling. When I made that comment one of the desk clerks said, “If you knew you might not have come”. Correct; but I would have come back in the future. Now I will never return, especially since the room I was given had a window with a view of a fallen steel I-beam and a brick wall. Not to mention it was at the end of a hallway where the door to the stairwell slammed loudly enough to shake the room all day long while staff were constantly using it. A very ugly way to treat a loyal customer. When I was informed that the hotel is under new management my only thought was “obviously”. The transition has not been for the better. At almost $450.00 per night you could do much, much better.
ZZuiyoumodouzuiyoufeelThe hotel is in a good location, with a subway station just outside, many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is also convenient to go to attractions.
The room is average in size, with a cooking counter, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.
In addition to the room fee prepaid online, the hotel also charges an additional fee of US$25 per day. However, this fee includes the ability to pick up US$25 worth of goods at the canteen every day, and also gives two people a Statue of Liberty cruise ticket.
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is good.
