The location is absolutely perfect, right near the pedestrian street and directly above Wuyi Square subway station. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting foreign guests with finding information. The room was spacious and very clean, and the free laundry service was a thoughtful touch. I think it deserves full marks and I highly recommend it to foreign friends. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Changsha.

This hotel can only be reach by foot after admission tickets to Furong Ancient Town is presented at the main gate. Great view of the river not overlooking the main waterfall. Good location. Lovely breakfast included and can have cooked noodles made. Staff were very helpful. Communicate via WeChat

Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; an auntie cleaned the room every day. Environment: The environment was also good. It was quiet at night, and there were many places to eat right outside the hotel. Service: The service was great; the lady at the front desk was very patient and answered all our questions. It's super close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, highly recommended!

This hotel is right next to Huangxing Square, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, offering a quiet escape despite being in a lively area. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. It's excellent value for money. Staying here for a trip to Changsha is truly hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

I specifically booked the room because of the large floor to ceiling window. I was initially put in a room with super small windows, quite dark and I had to ask for the room I actually booked. Unfortunately there is a massive building and construction site right in of window! So, despite the room being really nice and comfortable, in that specific topic, the pictures are quite misleading overall. There was not so much noise from the construction, but the ”mountain view is sideways. The location is super convenient. The bus line 17 stops few meters from the hotel and connects to the high speed station. The cable to the mountain is just a couple of minutes walking distance. 1 person of the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and does everything to give you information and help. The other one doesn't speak a word of English, struggles to use translator app but also puts no effort. It was really hard to communicate. The restaurants below the hotel are good.

I booked here for a night to explore Furong ancient town. The hotel is located right into the old city and just close to main attractions. On top of everything, the hotel is located with a magnificent view of Waterfall. The view from the room is very picturesque. The hotel also offered complimentary free pick up and drop-off. The staff and owner are very friendly and generous and they helped you as much as you can. The locations are closed to local restaurants, snack and coffee shops. Highly recommended.

This is definitely a four-star hotel. Someone helped me with my two pieces of luggage while I was checking in, and even though there were a lot of people, the front desk staff were quite welcoming. When I got to my room, I found the sheets and duvet to be spotless, and the room was incredibly clean. Breakfast didn't disappoint, with freshly ground coffee available. Overall, the value for money perfectly matches the price.

They gave us good information about the different activities to do there. We even booked the Tianmen mountain ticket with them at a discounted price. And they let us check out a bit early when the bus from the South Gate back to town took longer than expected.

There is a large parking lot downstairs, parking is free, there are many breakfast shops and Chinese restaurants next to the hotel to choose from, and there is a laundry room and dryer on the 3rd floor, which is quite convenient. It is recommended to stay here.

The staff were friendly and responsive, especially the front desk, who were warm, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the restaurant was elegant. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and easy to use. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, making it suitable for families and business travelers. The only minor drawback was the weak Wi-Fi signal in some rooms, but this did not detract from the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the city and would recommend it to friends.
