We stayed at the apartment premium studio, initially we booked the premium studio but it seems that Trip by mistake passed wrongly the booking information to the hotel. So we went to a standard double room, we came to the reception and explained what we have booked. Despite the error, the people from the reception were very nice. Since there were no studios available they got us the larger room. The room was amazing, very well decorated but must important it was all very clean. I will recommend for sure.

This hotel was very nice and clean. There were a pool and terrace. I could the sea from my room. The view was very nice. Breakfast was good. I stayed here for 2 nights. In the second morning I had to leave here early so I thought I couldn’t have breakfast but staffs prepared my picnic breakfast. I satisfied it. Staffs were very kind. I left my luggage in the bus. I told them about that. They called the bus office immediately and picked it up to my room. Thank you so much.

Very convenient location close to Praza de Galicia, walking distance to the city centre and the shuttle to the airport in Rúa do Hórreo. Nice little cafe on the ground floor. Reception is at the first floor. Modern installations and very clean room. We had a balcony so we were able to enjoy the fresh air from Santiago. The bathroom is very spacious and toiletries are included. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is a good size, although we did not use it.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very simple but very nice, with a writing desk, closet, and bed. The place is clean and well-kept. There is also heating. Breakfast was great as well with an assortment of fruits, juices, bread, and cold cuts. I got the Spanish tortilla, cheese, a muffin, a yoghurt, and a kiwi. Also had a glass of pineapple juice and heated up some milk in the microwave.

At a reasonable price, tableware, washing machine, refrigerator, gas/microwave, washing machine are available, and the room/living room/kitchen/toilet is spacious, so it was good to stay alone The staff can speak English and are friendly and the service is good. It is close to downtown / school, so it is easy to access.

The hotel is walking distance from the train and bus stations, where there is also a very big mall (supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants) It is almost at the top of a hill so get ready to walk . The hotel is a 15 min walk from the historic center so it`s more quiet but the street is usually packed with traffic. The room was very comfy, and I slept very well.

There are things to improve that may cost money. I don't get in there. It's true that prices are very cheap and that more can't be asked. But there are things that are free and can give you the reverse to this business that has everything to win: 1) Knowing to delegate, as in the lucio home , the mayor has already to let the dresses be taken to the younger. (That man could teach us a hill of knowledge) 2) Basic hostel rules, repay drinks, ask customers if everything is okay, NOT put the second dishes at the same time. 3) Laugh+Education +Laugh+Laugh (comes on the pay ....we have a good day or not) 4) if I have a full dish I always come back with a vacuum 5) practice welcome and goodbye, both for whom asks for a nice and for whom asks for a cut.( The coffee may be back tomorrow for nice) 6)A mule for q the door of the hostel no cottages. 7) You have to try the food and watch every day if we pass from salt point .....for eg. I'm sure that the business reality is a lot of information I don't know. Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville, d’une propreté irréprochable avec une salle de bain impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, bien que pas exceptionnel. Cependant, la chambre est mal insonorisée. Le parking souterrain de l’hôtel est pratique, mais les manœuvres y sont extrêmement difficiles en raison de l’étroitesse, et le tarif de 16 euros par jour est excessif.

Bad wifi around the room, however the reception and staff were nice. There was nice breakfast and the hotels were very clean. They would give more amenities however that is not a big deal. The location was not the best as it was next to a motorway in a small countryside town however the place was very quiet which is an advantage.
