2 persons 1serviet despite request. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. No salad at breakfast on Sunday morning. Many bread hygiene, everyone touches it to be able to cut it. The room is located in the eastern side of the window with a cross-seaking balcony. No air conditioning, it was very hot but impossible to open the window the world passes on the balcony. Sorry the outer greening framework is nice. Very disappointed.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy. The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!

Everything is what you can expect if you pay 80 euro's per night. Location is actually near perfect, just a small walk to the center. You can park at the hotel too. However, it's was 30 degrees outside when we slept there. It was a sauna inside the room, really bad.

Very nice and helpful staff. The location is good, close to the city and several restaurants. The rooms very nice and spacious. The breakfast quite OK. The only thing we weren't happy with was that all the scrambled eggs were completely gone already at 08.00 when we were supposed to have breakfast. When we asked for more, the breakfast staff said it was out and more would not come.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center of Mulhouse. The staff is very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is good, although the variety could be improved a bit. The room was very comfortable, with clean sheets and everything you need. There were a few signs of moisture or mold in the kitchen area, but that’s understandable due to frequent use—especially if you plan to cook there. Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby, but overall, I highly recommend this place for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Mulhouse.

Hotel room was clean and with all required amenities. Reception is not open 24 hrs but we were given instructions on where to find the key card and everything was fine. Free parking outside the hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room but there were machines available in the breakfast room - at a charge.

The room was small, smaller than expected, but the shower had plenty of hot water. There were no supermarkets nearby, and the location was quite remote, so you had to drive out to buy things. There was no refrigerator, but it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. It's very close to Colmar, just a 10-minute drive away.

DDiscontinuedgrapeAVOID AT ALL COSTS as this hotel is not worth the money or trust from its guests. I stayed at Le Grand Hôtel Strasbourg from October 5–6, 2025 (Room 317). What happened that night was unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a three-star one. At around 2:00 a.m., I was abruptly awakened by loud knocking. The man outside refused to identify himself, only saying, “You called for something; I’m bringing it to you”. I hadn’t requested anything. He refused to give his name, and I couldn’t confirm who he was with no peephole. He then asked, “Are you a Chinese man in Room 317?” I am a Chinese woman travelling alone. When I said no, he replied, “Oh, maybe you exchanged rooms, or maybe someone made a joke” and left. I tried to call reception using the bedside phone, but it was broken. I then used my mobile to call the number on Google Maps; the same man answered, confirming only then that he was a hotel employee. He said a “Chinese man” had called asking for help, said he was in 317, and asked the receptionist to come because he had disabilities. Instead of verifying this request (which in the end turned to be from a guest in ibis hotel), receptionist simply checked the hotel system, read my full name aloud, assumed it was correct because it “looked Chinese”, and came knocking at 2 am. When I asked whether he confirmed the caller’s name, he said, “We don’t usually ask the names of our guests”. He also refused to tell me his own name. Only the next morning did the manager say his name was “Francis”. When I asked for his surname, she replied, “That’s the name he goes by here”. This entire event shows serious failures in safety, professionalism, and privacy: -No night security protocol; staff knock on guests’ doors at 2 a.m. without verification. -Broken in-room phone and no peephole reflect clear safety risks. -The employee failed to confirm the caller’s identity. -He accessed and disclosed my full name aloud, a privacy violation. -His assumption that a Chinese name equals a Chinese man reveals racial and gender discrimination. -He tried to distribute the responsibility to me, someone woken up BY him, instead of apologizing. GOOD NEWS: The manager’s vague answer about his identity shows the hotel's good protection of personal privacy. It's just the privacy had nothing to do with its guests. Because of this, I spent the night feeling unsafe and could not sleep until 4 a.m. I have neurasthenia, and being awakened like this caused serious distress. The next morning, the reception manager admitted that proper protocol requires checking a guest’s name before approaching their room — meaning this employee ignored standard procedure entirely. She kept repeating, “this is the first time this has ever happened to us”. This statement once again showed the amazing corporate culture of this hotel: distributing their responsibility onto innocent guest. She tried to make the incident seem as an isolated case rather than a systemic issue. But if their training were truly professionally standardised, such a mistake could never have happened. The whole thing WAS a systemic problem: poor staff training, lack of supervision, and disregard for privacy and guest safety. The hotel was unable to distinguish between internal and external calls, meaning they can’t verify where a call comes from. If the man at my door had not been an employee, I would have had no way to protect myself. Guests deserve safety, transparency, and respect — not fear, negligence, and discrimination. Until this hotel takes responsibility and implements real safety measures, there will still be danger of another guest being disturbed at 2 am, there will still be invasion of privacy by its staff, and there will still be chances of wasting your money only to get no rest over night and mental distress.

DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.

EExploreWithMoThe location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away. The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small. The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

GGuest UserThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

GGuest Userno electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

DDominiqueThe hotel is a good hotel, quiet and welcome staff. The transport card is rechargeable, 1 single journey = 1.90 €. The unlimited 3-day package = 10.40 €. The rooms are very well maintained and the breakfast is good, varied and suitable for all gouts. I recommend this hotel. This is a good hotel, quiet, and hot. 500 meters away from the Les Halles Chaoshi and Ancienne Synagogue/Les Halles tram stations, just go to the Strassberg train station. The pass card can be recharged, one way = 1.90 euros. 3 days unlimited package = 10.40 EUR. The public area and room maintenance are very good. The breakfast is great, the variety is rich, and the taste of everyone is suitable. I recommend this hotel.
