The hotel service is good since the employees are friendly, they also located it is very good since it is inside a shopping center with restaurants or cafes, it is also very close to Antea and it is a very safe area, breakfast is very good with a good assortment and also good taste the atmosphere of the hotel in general is good and the rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable it is a very good hotel it only lacks a swimming pool there is good value for money

Clean and tidy spacious rooms, ample hot water in the shower, and strong water pressure—anyone knows these two points are crucial for guests traveling long distances. And the best part is the affordable price.
The evening traffic noise outside is tolerable. It would be nice if the room also provided napkins instead of having to use toilet paper

Great hotel, the location is very convenient, the bus terminal is only 15 minutes away. There is a la comer supermarket diagonally opposite, the price is very good, there are ATMs in each bank, there are supermarkets' own cafes and small restaurants, things are not bad, there are salesmen who can speak English. Behind the hotel is an ordinary residential area, very ordinary, a little dirty, but Mexico is not like this, some small restaurants, not bad. The room is quite good, personally feel that the pillows are relatively high haha

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

SSophita23The environment is good and the location is okay if you have a car. The hotel is a little outdated but the bedrooms are still okay and comfortable. We stayed for a week. Nothing much to complain. Service is good. The only negative thing is that we could hear the noise coming from the hallway and even from other bedrooms.
