Clean room, no frills with plenty of food options within walkable distance. Not far from jonker walk. Bathroom should install a shower curtain. Should also provided slippers.

Stayed for a night in Malacca and booked a deluxe twin room, but I wasn't too happy with the room on the first floor. After speaking with the front desk staff, I paid a little extra to upgrade to an executive suite. Overall, the executive suite's facilities were fantastic. The hotel's location is also excellent, right by the river, so you can take a stroll along the river after breakfast in the morning. It's also very close to all the main attractions on Jonker Street. Highly recommended.

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. stayed in a twin sharing room with 2 single beds and it came fully equipped with a tv, mini bar, iron and kettle + mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a convenience store and a self service laundry right next door. for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance.
one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

Arrived late at night and wasn't prepared with cash, as the hotel front desk doesn't accept cards for the deposit and tourism tax. I really appreciate that the staff waived the deposit for me; I quickly went to exchange for Malaysian Ringgit the next morning. The hotel offers bike rentals: a single bike is 30 MYR, and a tandem bike is 50 MYR per day. The prices are affordable, but you can only rent them during your stay.

For a 3-star hotel, it is decent. The property has its own parking space, and the check-in and check-out services are friendly. The room was clean and very basic. The only issue is the smell coming from the bathroom drainage, which most properties usually have. Other than that, everything is good.

I like this hotel, so near to Jonker street, good food, history and shopping. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is like a museum, lots of historical items, Melacca history, displays and awesome experience of an peranakan house.
I appreciate there is free parking and most unexpected... there are EV charging points.
We had a wonderful experience, will be coming back again.
Weak Wi-Fi.
The bathtub is old and plastic, while taking shower standing in it feels like it’s gonna break!
Their windows haven’t been replaced in ages, really dirty, and they leak—traffic noise kept me up all night from bedtime till morning.
Hot water, kettle, and AC can’t run at the same time; power tripped three times in one night.
But honestly, the staff are awesome—super quick to help, really friendly, and the front desk is great. Just wish the facilities were actually decent… really hope they fix this stuff soon.

The hotel name sounds grand, and its proximity to Jonker Street makes it a quiet haven amidst the hustle and bustle. The service attitude is excellent. However, there was an issue with the toilet that kept needing repairs and was never fully resolved. The overall infrastructure is relatively old. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good!
This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance.
**Location:** Very convenient.
**Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them.
**Cleanliness:** Needs improvement.
**Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard.

The stay was ok, the cleanliness of the toilet was also okay, but just that there was not window in the room, but this is quite common in Malacca hotels. But during our stay, there were some sauces that was not cleaned on the side of the rubbish bin, that may have caused some mosquito in the room

GGuest UserOur stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼
The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour.
Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more?
I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
AArty_ArtClean room, no frills with plenty of food options within walkable distance. Not far from jonker walk. Bathroom should install a shower curtain. Should also provided slippers.
AAlyakhooMany shops, restaurant and 7-11 nearby.
There's hotel parking on the street.
However, hotel corridors and room is very warm. Air cond services need improvement.
ZZhouyoulieguodeshaguaIt feels a bit like a hostel, but the hygiene is good, and you have to take off your shoes when you enter. There's a very cute and friendly cat. On the first night, there was no hot water, but it was resolved after I reported it. The concept of Swallow's Nest is environmental protection and energy saving, so sometimes it feels inconvenient, but on second thought, it's not bad. The room is quite small, and the bathroom design is extremely compact. Since they don't provide breakfast, the hotel offers free instant noodles and coffee packets. The lobby on the first floor feels like a living room at home. It's very comfortable to sit and chat with a cup of Milo before bed.
AAlfredo KExceed my expectations!. This was my first stay here and overall a very good experience. The location is great close to top attractions and easily walkable.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a restful night. The room ensuite with bathroom that comes with new WC and completes with high pressure rain shower, hot & cold water, shampoo and body washer. The AC in the room is good and a wall fan to circulate the cold air in the room.
The hotel is clean and very close to Red Square. The locker is provided with towel, slippers, toothbrush and a bottle of drinking water.
The front desk staff were friendly & informative. The hotel is cozy, new and well-maintained with a lift and a clean pool. Even with a 3 star hotel, it feels like a 4 star hotel.
The self service simple breakfast offering mini croissant, white bread, jam, butter, local made ”kaya”, cereals & cornflakes with milk, fruits such as orange & papaya and hard boiled egg. Breakfast starts at 8 AM to end at 10AM. Coffee & Tea served with milk creamer & sugar.
The common area has a lot of seating to chill and the public areas invite socialization with other guests.
The Coffee & Tea served whole day at the common area with Coway filtered water machine that comes with Hot & Cold Water. The hair dryer, an iron and iron board are provided at the common area.
The most greatest plus point of this place is its location, you can walk to Jonker Street, Dataran Pahlawan & Mahkota Parada Mall and A Formosa within 5 to 10 mins.
The service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
The central location made exploring the city convenient. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Malacca and for sure I will come back again.
JJef12My First Stay at Styles Hotel
Had a wonderful first stay at Styles Hotel! The location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk to Jonker Street, making it super convenient. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. A special shout-out to Ikram for the warm hospitality and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
AAnonymous UserGood hotel. Nice and clean.
Very convenient for us since just a walking distance hotel for the feast day (St. Pedro).
This is not our first timer. Been regular to this hotel without miss for a yearly event.

GGuest UserI tried to reach out the night before check-in regarding the check-in details but received no reply. On the day of check-in, my calls went unanswered. I had to contact Ctrip for help, and it took about half an hour to finally get the check-in instructions.
The living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were all very clean and modern. However, the bath towels were very old and had an unpleasant odor; as you can see in the picture, the 'white' towels were actually a yellowish-brown.
The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and leisure facilities nearby. Be warned, though: as the apartment is right by a main road, there was a lot of noise from late-night street racers. This is a heads-up for light sleepers.
Mmr hishamVery suitable for family gatherings, worth the price .... only the expectation is not very high, for those who like quiet, it is the best tmot
