Hotel near Miðborg,Reykjavik
Our ideal location in the city center is next to Icelandic Parliament- Alþingi and across from Austurvollur. Reykjavik Cathedral, Harpa concert hall, and city hall are all just a five-minute walk away. Enjoy first-class dining at our restaurant and indulge in a trip to the spa. As a leading conference and event venue in Reykjavik, we offer 8,500 sq. ft. of event space.

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location (I had a view of the main square and parliament building). The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant was superb with selected dishes from the local cuisine. The Spa design has taken inspiration from Icelandic nature in both colours, materials and textures, and is a fantastic addition to the experience with thermal pool, steam room, sauna, cold mist/rain and cosy relaxation areas.  Would highly recommend choosing this hotel when visiting Reykjavik, or using it as a base when exploring further around."

Hotel near Miðborg,Reykjavik
The Reykjavik EDITION sets a new standard of luxury in Iceland's capital. Set against scenic mountain views on the Old Harbour, this downtown Reykjavik hotel is conveniently located adjacent to Harpa, the landmark concert hall and conference center, and is just steps from Laugavegur, the main shopping street in downtown Reykjavik. Alongside 253 rooms is a collection of distinct restaurants and bars, including the 7th-floor Rooftop at EDITION, which is an ideal spot from which to enjoy the bright summer nights as well as the spectacular northern lights in the colder months. There is also a series of flexible meeting and event spaces, and a pioneering social spa concept with a bar. The perfect location from which to explore Iceland's natural wonders, our city center Reykjavik hotel is a vibrant new addition to the city's growing allure as a cosmopolitan destination.

"A once-in-a-lifetime trip made more meaningful and charming by world-leading staff and service. We messaged ahead and told them that we were on our honeymoon. Iceland is a unique place on Earth, but almost as surprising as the geology, geography and weather was just how remarkable and excellent this hotel was. Its location was outstanding right in the old city centre and an easy walk to boat trips (for organised bus trips, which all use the same bus stop numbering, the nearest bus stop is number 5, about 5 minutes’ walk away), the breakfast was splendid and the room was unbelievably cosy, which was particularly welcome after a winter’s day adventuring amongst the ice and snow and especially the epic and cold wind. This once-in-a-lifetime trip was made extraordinarily special by the outstanding and attentive staff who really impressed with their thoughtfulness and commitment to excellence throughout. We cannot thank the whole team enough, both everyone we met as well as everyone who worked behind the scenes, for delivering a world-leading stay. We felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen this hotel, and so delighted that we did!"

Welcome to the Konsulate Hotel Reykjavik, Curio Collection by Hilton, where Icelandic history and style meet. Once a 1900’s department store operated by Consul Thomsen’s family, this charming building has been renovated with modern amenities and nods to Reykjavik’s vibrant culture. It’s a quick walk from our city center hotel to Iceland Parliament, Harpa Concert Hall, the Laugavegur main shopping street, and top restaurants and nightlife. Settle into a guest room that’s uniquely Iceland with eclectic architecture and natural building materials. Along with a 49-inch HDTV and complimentary WiFi, comforts include a mini-refrigerator, espresso machine, tea kettle and laptop-sized safe. Suites offer more space and a separate living area – treat yourself to a Diplomat Suite, a corner room with a beautiful private terrace. Our luxurious amenities will keep you relaxed and recharged for your stay. Indulge in treatments in the spa, featuring an original 19th-century stone wall that reflects Iceland’s tradition of natural bathing. An award-winning chef is at the helm of our hotel restaurant and bar, open all day, and the fitness center has everything you need for a full-body workout.

"The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation. The front desk service is very nice. The room is very large, and the mini bar is free on the first day. There is a hot tub and sauna on the basement floor, which is very refreshing before going to bed every day. The breakfast is 5200 Icelandic kronor per person, which is equivalent to 300 RMB per person. The hotel computer system needs to be updated. When I arrived at 8:30 pm that day, the hotel said that I had not paid the room fee. I contacted Ctrip to let me pay first to check in. Ctrip followed up, but when I wanted to pay, the system could not enter the payment..."
