We had a nice stay, room was clean, comfy warm beds, the air con was nice, in a great location and good price for the Christmas period. everything ticketed the boxes ๐ except for the cleaners they were a little nasty banging on our door at 9am because our car was gone and they assumed we checked out. Booked an extra night went and got some food come back to them in our room doing a service that wasnโt needed ๐ I was very upset, that was the only hiccup we had but other then that weโd stay again ๐
When i first entered the lobby, I thought โOMG what is this place ?โ It seemed like a hotel version of the Bates motel.
The owner who is less than fluent in English seemed incredibly enthusiastic to please but his ideas about running a โhotelโ need some mentoring..
The hotel is past its best and is probably more suited to be classed as hostel style accommodation. Certainly not in the $100 a night (solo) that is was listed. $70 would be tops.
I arrived wet from a motorbike ride so having a clean bathroom, a hot shower and a/c in the room that I could use to get warm was great.
The room was clean, the bed comfy but as other reviewers have said, it needs crisp white sheets..
It is a big, largely empty building and doesn't seem very inviting and has that smell of a million fat fried meals having been cooked there.
In summary, it was convenient for me to use but nothing like the picture i had of the place after going to the au.trip.com/hotels to book.
Very good, the practical consideration of services and facilities is very thoughtful. Except for the sound of the next door, they are all very good, but everyone is very conscious that they won't be noisy when the time comes.
