"Let me start by saying: I highly recommend this guesthouse, it's perfect for families traveling with children! The guesthouse is right in the center of the village, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. If the kids get tired while playing, you can return to the room to rest at any time. Compared to staying outside the village, this saves a huge amount of time going back and forth, making family trips so much less stressful. Vehicles can't enter the Dong village, so the hotel arranged a shuttle service in sections. Staff helped carry all our luggage throughout, so we didn't have to worry about a thing, which was a very pleasant surprise. I initially thought it was just an ordinary guesthouse, but after staying, I felt the quality was on par with many five-star hotels. You could tell from every small detail that the owner has very high standards for quality. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and every piece of welcome fruit in the room was delicious, even the apples were small New Zealand apples. The fruit forks weren't just ordinary toothpicks; they came with delicate kiwi-shaped accessories. Little touches were everywhere. The tissues, slippers, and toiletries provided in the room were also of excellent quality. Breakfast started at 8 AM. While the variety wasn't extensive, every dish was meticulously prepared, and the ingredients were top-notch. I especially recommend the beef noodles; the beef was butchered fresh that day, ensuring maximum freshness. We're from Guangdong and are typically picky about food standards, but this place completely satisfied us, and the staff were very friendly to children. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, exceeding our expectations. Even the children's slippers were so clean that we momentarily thought they were complimentary. The bedding was also very comfortable. The room even came with a washer-dryer and laundry disinfectant, solving the problem of washing dirty clothes when traveling with kids – truly thoughtful. After checking in, we upgraded to Room 310, a two-story Loft with two beds, and the view was absolutely stunning. Key point: you *must* try this room! Lying in bed, all you see is lush greenery. Stepping onto the balcony, there's a sense of openness as the houses below gradually recede, and you're greeted by vibrant green all around – a fantastic experience. The room also had a large bathtub by the window, where you could soak while enjoying the beautiful scenery outside, very relaxing. The service from the staff made us feel truly at home. While most guesthouses contact guests a day in advance, they proactively created a group two days prior to coordinate our itinerary. They actively reminded us of various services, even thoughtfully informing us about afternoon tea so we wouldn't miss it. The hotel also had special Dong Big Song performances, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the ethnic minority culture without having to jostle with crowds in the village. This trip completely exceeded our expectations. When we left, we genuinely felt a sense of reluctance. Interacting with the staff, you could truly feel that everyone genuinely runs this guesthouse; each staff member treats it as their own home, making the stay experience particularly warm."

"This B&B in Tongren Ancient City exceeded our expectations! We had originally booked another place, but when we were exploring the ancient city, the host of our original booking said there wasn't enough space for our group. After canceling that, we spontaneously booked Fanjia in the ancient city, and it was a pleasant surprise. The kids absolutely loved it. It's just a few minutes' walk to the foot of Dongshan Mountain, and if you go up, you can see the 500-year-old Dongshan Temple."

"My brief one-night stay at the Sofitel Guiyang Hunter completely shattered my preconceived notions of a city hotel. The lobby, perched on the 55th floor, is instantly recognizable, with French design subtly blending local Guizhou elements, creating an elegant yet authentically regional ambiance. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic room, where a full-length window offered breathtaking views of the Nanming River, Jiaxiu Tower, and the old city skyline. Watching the morning mist caress the buildings and the evening lights twinkle across the city was incredibly soothing. The hotel is conveniently located above the Hunter business district, offering easy access to dining and shopping, and within walking distance of several attractions. Andre at the front desk provided discreet and professional service, never intrusive but always responsive to my needs. Janice from guest relations was also incredibly thoughtful and proactive. The MyBed bedding was soft and luxurious, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep after a day of exploring. It's a truly sophisticated choice for a stay in Guiyang."

"I didn't take any room photos. I've been traveling around Guizhou for a long time, visiting many places. I made the same choice when I first arrived in Guiyang and when I left. I think the service and facilities are good (although not brand new, everything works fine). This hotel truly showcased Guiyang's warmth and professionalism. I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit. When I first stayed, I told the hotel manager I hoped to get the same room next time, and this time I actually did. This shows that the hotel staff really value guests' needs. Highly recommended! (One small suggestion: there was an issue with the living room wiring at night, and the lights wouldn't turn on. I hope it gets thoroughly checked, as it can affect the guest experience.)"

"The hotel is located within the scenic area, so they arrange for staff to pick up luggage from a designated shuttle point outside the area. You can tell the owner is very dedicated and provides excellent service; they're always ready to help and patiently explain all the good food and fun spots within the scenic area. The afternoon tea was quite good, and breakfast offers a choice of noodles or vermicelli, served individually and very clean. The rooms offer great views, and the viewing platform on the 5th floor is especially nice. The rooms are clean and stylish. This hotel is truly top-tier within the scenic area."

"I brought my elderly parents and young child to Zunyi, and after comparing about a dozen five-star/diamond hotels, we ultimately chose this one. The stay truly exceeded our expectations. A few details really highlight the hotel's management quality: 1. The lobby manager, around thirty years old, was incredibly perceptive. He proactively met us when we arrived for check-in and brought us water while we were doing the paperwork. The next day, after I dropped my family off at the hotel entrance parking area, another car parked to the side, making it difficult for my somewhat wide car to pass. Just as I was about to get out and ask them to move, the lobby manager appeared and helped coordinate the car's relocation. In short, he even took on the duties of the bellman. 2. The front desk staff proactively helped my family take their luggage to the room. 3. My elderly parent scraped their arm while hiking, and the hotel front desk helped us purchase ointment. 4. After coming back in the evening and wanting to wash some dirty clothes, the front desk arranged for them to be picked up. They were washed, dried, sealed, packed, and returned, all within three hours. In the past, these were standard services for major international five-star chains, but now many Ctrip five-diamond and even five-star hotels don't offer this level of service anymore. It's rare that this hotel still maintains it. The hotel's decor isn't brand new, but it's generally clean and hygienic. The bedding and throws met expectations, and very importantly, the carpets didn't have that dirty, dingy look. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Road, just a two or three-minute walk away, in a bustling commercial area with many restaurants. Our room faced the residential complex side, so it was quiet and not noisy. This hotel also offers a complimentary daily fruit platter, executive lounge afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. I heard you can even book a session to feed alpacas. Although we went out to eat and drink every day and didn't have time to pet animals, the free amenities were really nice. The service attitude of the front desk, lobby manager, and even the cleaning staff was beyond expectations. They smiled sweetly, responded quickly, and proactively greeted us from a distance, which is much better than the usual 'professional' smile. This is truly commendable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a rare five-diamond hotel that truly met our expectations."

"The butler Yu Guo's service is very excellent, meticulous and thoughtful, responsive, and very friendly. Not only did the basic reception successfully complete, but also provided many value-added experiences that exceeded expectations, which is the only highlight of this service. "Overall, the stay was excellent! The staff were very attentive, and my child even got to make a crystal bracelet for free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable – perfect for a holiday. In the afternoon, we returned to our room to find complimentary welcome fruits and snacks in a gift box, which felt very special. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps use less packaging for environmental reasons. Before bed, we were surprised with a complimentary sweet soup (bingfen, goji berries, pine nuts, and mint leaves) that was incredibly refreshing and cooling. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and every staff member was warm and friendly. Many dishes were beautifully presented, which really enhanced the breakfast experience. However, the steak was unfortunately too tough to eat, so I gave up after one bite. Parking and getting around was also very convenient. There's a direct hotel shortcut from the lobby to the scenic area that you can access by scanning your ID. This hotel comes highly recommended for a relaxing getaway, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The experience was pretty mediocre, and the service was particularly poor. Firstly, the front desk service was unclear. When I was checking in, the front desk told me to wait a few minutes for them to confirm the room status. When I came back a few minutes later, the previous staff member was gone and hadn't briefed their colleague. Secondly, after checking in, the front desk staff only said, 'The elevator is next to you.' Couldn't they at least tell me which floor the hotel rooms are on, and where and when breakfast is served? Is that too much to ask? Is it really that hard to provide this basic information? I'm not even talking about help with luggage or guiding me to my floor, but later when I was wandering in the lobby during the rain, I noticed they actually do offer that service, maybe just for members. Finally, in the 'naughty castle' (indoor playground) on the first floor lobby, the climbing net was broken. Normally, it's a grid of fabric straps that would only allow a foot to go through at most, but several spots in the middle were torn, meaning smaller children could fall right through. My three-year-old fell right through and hit the ground, crying immediately. I know parents are responsible for supervision, and I didn't check the facility beforehand, assuming that a hotel of this size would at least have safe facilities. But I still recommend that if they're going to have an indoor playground, they should thoroughly inspect it for any safety hazards! Lastly, the front desk efficiency was again poor. Before checking out, I left my license plate number at the front desk. They asked if we were coming back or leaving now. We replied we weren't coming back and were leaving now. They said they would register the license plate immediately. However, when we drove out, the barrier failed to recognize the car. We circled back, and it still failed. We eventually had to park in front of the hotel and communicate with the front desk again before the barrier finally recognized the car and lifted! Objectively, the executive lounge staff were very polite, the overall food was good, the location was also good, and the hygiene was acceptable. It was just the service that let everything down!"

Qingyun Market is a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is also a 10-minute walk. Craving sour soup beef? You don't even need to leave the hotel! The hotel is directly connected to a commercial building, a 2-minute walk will take you to 'Guichef,' which is incredibly delicious! The hotel also has a pet-themed restaurant that is interactive, friendly, and clean. The kids absolutely loved it!
