Front desk staff Lu upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was very kind. The garden restaurant is beautiful and all the staff are very polite. My baby wasn't feeling well, and the restaurant even made some plain congee for him, which we really appreciate. Oh, and when we were leaving, the concierge, I think his name was Wen, helped us with our luggage to the car. Overall, everything was excellent! 👍🏻

The room was spacious and tidy, clean and comfortable. The balcony offered a fantastic view. They also provided a complimentary Miao ethnic costume experience, welcome fruits and drinks, a rich afternoon tea, and thoughtful goodnight sweet soup. The service was warm and attentive, even helping us carry our luggage up and down the stairs. All in all, this trip to the Miao village was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the Miao village.

The hotel is a standard five-star hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was good and the check-in experience was very good. The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. There are also many restaurants around, especially the Liupanshui specialty food Laoguo Street, which is only a few minutes away. Hygiene: Very clean. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the village, offering amazing views from both the common areas and the rooms. The breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly generous and delicious. I also really appreciated the attention to detail with things like high-quality tissues, slippers, and even the toilet. The five-star butler service was outstanding – even better than what I usually experience at five-star hotels. I stayed at another place nearby on my first night, which was similarly priced, but the facilities, service, and food quality were significantly inferior. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the village!

I brought my kids to Guiyang and we chose to stay at the Guizhou Hotel VIP Building. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and I sincerely recommend it to everyone. The hotel is right in the city center, very close to the metro station. You can walk to Qianling Park, which makes it super convenient whether you're running errands or sightseeing. The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated with many Guizhou ethnic elements, giving it a very stylish feel. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed's firmness was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent – we couldn't hear any street noise at all, so we slept very soundly. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a smart toilet and electric curtains; the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast selection was abundant. Besides the usual fare, they also offered local snacks like beef noodles and sticky rice, which tasted very authentic. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The robot delivery service for food was also very convenient. The only minor drawback was that the elevators could sometimes take a while during peak hours. Whether you're on a business trip or visiting for leisure, this place is a perfect choice. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang.

The hotel's location is perfect, with a private, convenient passage directly to the Xiaoqikong scenic area, making sightseeing incredibly easy and stress-free. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with a refined and tidy layout. Anna at the front desk was exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and enthusiastic. All the staff were very accommodating, patiently answering all our questions with professional and warm service. The overall environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. This is definitely our top choice for a vacation stay in Xiaoqikong, and we'll certainly choose this hotel again for our next visit!

Guo Yonggui at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, check-in is efficient and fast, treats people politely and intimately, answers all questions, professional and warm heart, the stay experience is superb, it is recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions like Jiaxiu Tower. The rooms offer great city views. The service was also very thoughtful; we even received a warm call before check-in. Parking was convenient with dedicated spots on the ground floor for those driving. Room service was good, and breakfast was plentiful. The chef even personally introduced us to the specialty dishes. During check-out, we met the lovely Janice again, who not only gave us a unique souvenir but also thoughtfully helped us waive the parking fee. The young man in the lobby on the ground floor proactively helped with our luggage and enthusiastically recommended fun places to visit in Guiyang. It was a perfect, 'home away from home' experience.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to popular snack streets and landmark attractions, saving us the hassle of taking taxis. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped us plan a two-day itinerary and recommended affordable yet delicious local restaurants. Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.
