Room is small and compact, but the location is okay — conveniently near Robinsons Fuente. However, the soundproofing is really poor, so I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is à la carte with limited choices. Staff are friendly though.

Super clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. I can’t understand the negative reviews about this hotel. The staff were always very attentive and reponded to any room issues promptly. The room cleaning was a bit hit and miss but the hotel was very busy over the Christmas holiday period so it was understandable.

The hotel itself is very close to bus terminal and the famius SM mall, and very close to the port area, I been using this hotel every time I travel back home to my home town, the staff are mix some are hospitable and kind but a few has rude and no etiquette to get the guest request to have them serve better, they just very strict to the rule. There is string alarm noise every hour not sure what is that purpose. There is 7 eleven store and ATM outside the lobby. The food has been change a little bit selection but still fried and a bit oily, the good thing was they serve a sweet soy beans we called it ”tahu” and had also chicken congee, it was better than the last time.

We didn’t avail the food, but overall we had a pleasant stay. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing. It’s a good hotel for anyone looking for a simple, smooth, and hassle-free experience.

Conveniently located near Ayala Malls and the business district. Eateries around the hotel. Good front desk, concierge service, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Rooms are comfortable.

Great location. Walking distance to Ayla Centre, lots of food and shopping. Lovely room, clean and very polite and friendly staff. The hotel was flexible with checkout time and they don't require deposit which is great. Cons: Pretty noisy - mostly traffic noise and vehicles sounding their horns throughout the night and early morning. Not sure if it is due to the facing of our room. The Sky TV was not working during our stay though. It would have been nice if that was shared when we checked in, we spend some time trying to figure out how to work yhe TV. Will be good if there's teaspoons in the room, had to borrow a spoon from the restaurant just to eat my yogurt.

It was good stayin here, the ambiance is great! The place is peaceful and quiet, we had free breakfast which was nice👌👌I just have a little complain with the shower, during night time almost no water came out🤔 I didn't ask the stuff since me and my son were very tired from activities we did the entire day, however overall all was great staying here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which really made the experience enjoyable. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to many places of interest. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The city view from the room was a lovely bonus. There were a couple of minor issues: the hot water in the shower would sometimes stop and turn cold unexpectedly, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no water dispenser in the hotel, although I noticed a neighboring hotel did have one. Not a major issue, but something to note for future guests. Overall, Dragon Home Inn offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a comfortable and well-located base in the city. I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel is very accessible and convenient-just walking distance to the gym, convenience store, fast food, supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants. For location, I’m giving it a 6/5-it truly deserves it! Cleanliness needs some improvement. We saw a cockroach in the room when we arrived, and there were some mosquitoes too. I understand it’s more prone to this since all rooms are on the ground floor, but I hope they address it. Amenities are minimal, but that’s okay. Service is excellent-6/5 as well! The staff were very accommodating and even let us leave our bags at the reception after checkout. Overall, it was a good stay and we’ll definitely come back again.
